This 2nd book’s story line was okay. I liked the chemistry in this story. I liked the hot & steamy scenes. I liked Maise’s character. I liked Beck’s character. I liked the ending.
enjoyed this book. I liked the characters and the Alaska setting. The sex scenes were steamy, but after a while, I got tired of reading the same phrases over and over. There wasn’t much action or conflict.
To be honest it took me a while to invest in this book. I’m not quite sure why I was falling asleep in the beginning and took me about a month to really finish it, but I am glad I did. The second half of the book I believe was what got me going to the end.
Didn’t like it it didn’t catch my attention didn’t finish it
Sorry but this book just didn’t do it for me. The plot was sketchy, sex was thrown in just for the sake of sex and did nothing to enhance the story. The characters were weak and I could not bring myself to care about them. I usually finish a book even if I don’t like it very much but I quit reading this one less than half way through.
