Two hotter-than-hell boyfriends to juggle, one merciless archangel who wants me dead, and then there’s Francis. I still don’t know what his deal is, and after that fateful night in the caves beneath the Academy, I’m not sure I want to know. Everything around me is changing, but I’m the same. I’m still the only human. No powers, no special skills to speak of. Just a prophecy that says a human will … human will one day retire the most powerful Grim Reaper alive, but I doubt I’m the savior the supernatural world has been waiting for. If I am, the implications are too horrible. Because this powerful being they’re afraid of… is my real father.
***Author’s Note: This is book 2 in the Grim Reaper Academy series, intended for mature audiences. Please be advised that it may contain situations that are triggering to some, profanity (way more than in my previous books!), and a lot of steam.

I am loving book 2 nearly as much as book 1! Carrying on from book 1 this fast paced storyline continues to develop and the characters continue to grow and I just love Mila! An exciting read with humour, twists and turns and some sexy moments this is turning out to be a fab series!
Must say that reading book 2 has got me waiting on the edge of seat for book 3, intrigued what is installed for Mila.
The way the story is written and keeps as much reality in daily school struggles. Is refreshing. Book 2 is calmer and gentler, but that is for a reason, perhaps book 3 holds the bang to the series, another twist on its way

Slaying Year Two: Reverse Harem Bully Academy by Cara Wylde is one the most fantastic amazing stories I have read. This is book number twoin this amazing series that I can not get enough of. I loved reading this story and I highly recommend this to everyone who loves reading about erotic and paranormal romances in their stories.
The second book in this series and is still just as great and addicting as the first. I can not get over how well this story is written and i love all the characters. She is still the only human in the grim reaper academy.
Mila is trying to deal with the revelation about her birth parents – mostly by trying to ignore it, but her plans get blown up. I like that Mila is real, her new status goes to her head a bit, but thankfully she has some good friends. The dynamic between Mila, GC, and Paz is fun, and then there is the tension/attraction with Francis and Sariel. Then there is Morningstars final order/challenge to Mila – I can’t wait to see how she takes him on!
Wow, could not put this book down. Mila has her boys, but more want her or do they? Valentine Morningstar shows up in Mila’s class and now everyone knows who she is. Can she deal with everything? What about her parents? Will they tell her the truth? What does Morningstar really want with her? Can she live like this or will it change her? What does life really have in store for her?

Ahhhhh this book was just so good and so easy to get lost in. I just absolutely loved getting to go back into this world and see all these amazing characters. I will most definitely be reading the next book in the series.
This is book two of the Grim Reaper Academy and it picks up where book one left off. Mila leaves the Academy and heads home for a visit to find out the truth about her birth parents but ends up taking on another mystery. There is another twist in this story that had me on the edge of my seat wondering how Mila would handle it.
Great writing, fantastic characters and an interesting story leave me looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
This is the second story in Grim Reaper Academy series. You have GOT to read this. Yes, you should read the first story in the series, Surviving Year One, so you can understand what is going on with the Academy, the students and of course Mila. I have go to say that Cara Wylde has created a fantastic world here where supernatural beings live among humans and they don’t even know. Angels, demons, mages, vampires, all sorts of beings. Cara has introduced us to some of these beings who were invited to Grim Reaper Academy. Fantastic characters!
In Surviving Year One, you learn that supernatural beings are invited to the Academy only every 200 years. There is a test you must pass to continue, and at the end of the test you choose a scythe. That tells them what type of Reaper you are. Merciful Death, Violent Death, Natural Death and Righteous Death Reapers. You learn about Mila’s background. She is human. Her parents are poor and was emotionally and physically abused by her father. When she got her letter, he ripped it to tiny pieces, but when Mila went to bed crying, the letter was under her pillow. She is the only human who has ever been invited to the Academy. She is then verbally abused by the students at the Academy because she is human. They pull pranks on her, and in a couple, she could have died. By the end of the first year, she has two boyfriends and has learned about a prophecy where a human takes down the most powerful reaper of all, who just so happens to be Mila’s biological father.
In this story, Mila is more confident in herself. She does have two elite boyfriends, one a false god, GC, and one is a son of Satan, Pazuzu. They spend every moment they can with her, most of the time all together. They all sleep together in one of the guys rooms, being they have nice big rooms and hers is barely bigger than a closet. She also seems to have two guys, Frances and Sariel, who seem to be around her all the time. She is doing well in school, when her father shows up one day and everyone now knows that she is the daughter of the most powerful Reaper of all. Now, she has the biggest room there is for students, more the size of a large one bedroom penthouse apartment. She has tons of money and a Pixie. (Think house elf but smaller and pretty.) The school has two field trips, one to the nine spheres of Heaven and one to the nine circles of hell. She has dinner with Sariel’s family while in Heaven and dinner and overnight in Hell with Paz’s mom. This year she participates with the practice months with the actual Reapers. I really like how Mila stands up for herself now. She won’t allow anyone to bully her any more or push her around, even her all powerful father.
OMG, you have got to read this series. I am SOOO looking forward to the next story.

This character grows stronger and more confident than the wide eyed child in the previous book. I did like her better before, I think she’s gotten too big for her boots and become the type of person she doesn’t like. I have to admit I skimmed the sex scenes as they took me away from the action of the plot. I enjoyed the insight into the ‘reaping’ and her relationship with parents past and present. I look forward to book 3 to see where this is going.
Well that escalated quickly….
Things seemed to finally look up for Mila. The bullying got turned down several notches, she was dating two of the most wanted guys at school, her grades were improving and she seemed to find her footing with her parents. Everything seemed to be going smoothly…until it wasn’t. Sometimes all it takes is one word to set things in motion. It seems year three will be one to remember…
This second book was a little more mellow than the first but still just as good. The story does get better and more interesting, but I felt like some characters were being pushed to the background. I felt that the connection Mila is suppose to have with GC and Paz sort of took a back seat. I saw more lust between them than an emotional one. I am hoping that chances in the next book and hopefully have some more Francis and Sariel included as well.
Can’t wait for the next one!

This is a great world building series that will keep you guessing. This is definitely a page-turner and just when you think you have it all figured out – another mystery unfolds. Our story picks up smoothly from where we left off in the prior book, with the usually suspects. Mila’s father inserts himself into her life at the academy with his own agenda. Definitely an addictive story I can’t wait to see what happens next year for Mila at the Grim Reaper Academy.

Well worth reading!
Holy cr**! The emotions get your nerve endings standing on high. A mystery box is opened, and sends your curiosity through the roof! There’s so many twists and highs.
Mila really comes into her own, it works for now, but how will it play out through the rest of the series? It is so hard to wait for the next installment, the cravings are real!

She Slayed It
Mila’s back to slay year two, a trip to heaven and hell, year two is filled with more mystery and unanswered questions, we also get some anticipated steamy scenes after the build-up in year 1, yay. She confronts her parents, meets her real one, she finally got to participate in practice. I found the interaction of all the parents very interesting and defiantly need to know more. I feel it can only go up from here as Mila becomes someone to be reckoned with in year 3
Mila character develops from being bullied, although things change in her attitude which at times I did not like but I felt that it is true to the character development, if you were given the things that she gets in book two, wouldn’t you change a bit too? Its human nature! Paz and GC still intrigued with her and the slight jealousy that keeps them true to their characters, Sariel and Francis are coming closer into the fold of the harem but not quite there yet, which had me slightly frustrated at times, but ready for year 3. Oh, and I love the addition of Corri … I wish I had her by myside too.
Bring on year 3, Grim reaper academy is a great story and the plots keep developing, that keeps me hooked to the series.
Another awesome installment to the series! It was awesome to see Mila come into herself more through the story- she became so much more confident and stood up to people, that the ending was incredible to read. I can’t wait to see what happens in the third book….I’m totally needing to go in my corner and re-assess my abilities to move forward in time to get my hands on the next installment of the series!
The theme that people aren’t what they appear to be, is strong in this book…Mila has soooooo much to learn and navigate through, I’m quite impressed with how level-headed she’s being throughout it all.

What a great addition to the series it’s so well written and continues to grow with well developed and engaging characters and a storyline that kept my attention from the beginning to the end.

Mila has some questions about her real parents that she needs answered, so she heads home for a brief visit to talk to her adopted mother. Her mother didn’t have much information on her mother, and didn’t know her real father. So they went to talk to her abusive adopted father, Stepan Lazarov. She stayed the week before school started, hoping to force the information he wouldn’t give her. But he left early to avoid her and she learned nothing from him.
It had been determined that Mila is merely human, which is not too bad since humans can be reapers. Her father is a Nephilim and her mother was human, so she had turned out to be human. But there is a prophecy that a human may shake things up when the most powerful Grim Reaper of all is retired (i.e. killed). She’s pretty sure she is not the one the prophecy refers to as the savior of the supernatural world – because that powerful Grim Reaper is actually her real father, Valentine Morningstar!
Mila’s relationship with Paz and GC is changing and having the two young men for her protectors means bullying is not much of a problem anymore. But when Valentine Morningstar shows up in one of her classes and his identity as her father becomes known, everyone wants to suddenly be her newfound best friend! Mila is smart enough to recognize that her father cannot be trusted. Where will things go from here? Will the prophecy disrupt her life and her future?
This has been a really good story so far. Mila is so much stronger in this book, and I like the changes in her. Grab your copy and keep up with the changes as the story line moves on to Book 3.
