Will Juliette spill her secret for a chance at love?
Foreman at Three Rivers Ranch, Garth Ahlstrom left Montana after the death of his wife and started over in Texas. Almost three years later, he’s got a crush on Juliette Thompson, and things were going great between them when she unexpectedly cut him out of her life. Months have passed, and he can’t get her out of his head. So he parks at the … he parks at the end of her street, hoping for a glimpse of her, hoping she’ll give him another chance.
Juliette is hiding, literally. She left her abusive husband years ago, and she can’t risk him finding her. And Garth Ahlstrom used to be one of his acquaintances in Montana. So though she’d like to see if she can feel loved again, she simply can’t risk her heart–or her safe life in Three Rivers.
But her job as a veterinary technician takes her out to Three Rivers Ranch, where the cattle have contracted pinkeye. A few sunsets on the range with Garth, and Juliette confesses who she is and why she ended their budding relationship. Garth can’t imagine her ex-husband will find her, but nothing’s as sure in Juliette’s mind. Garth and Juliette will have to rely on their faith–and each other–to find love and safety.

Sixth Street Love Affair is a fantastic sweet and clean romance with a bit of suspense. I was quickly caught up in the realistic storyline. It has a wonderful pace and I couldn’t stop listening. The characters are so warm and believable with real life problems and feelings. They were easy to connect with and root for. The narrator gave a delightful performance.
Garth and Juliette have some tough waters to navigate. They are well developed characters for such a short story. The emotions are really brought to life. Take the time to read this one.
I received a free copy of this book and this is my voluntary, honest review.
We see these characters and some of their story in Fifth Generation Cowboy, you might appreciate it all a little more if you read that book first. I anxiously awaited this book to see what happens between these characters. This may only be a novella, but the depth and breadth of it made it feel like a novel. Intense and real. I loved it.
Juli Thornton goes by the name Juliette Thompson running from her abusive rodeo champ husband. She is a veterinarian and has been in Three Rivers for the last three years. She started seeing the ranch foreman Garth. The relationship was great until she found out he was friends with her ex. She broke it off leaving Garth without any explanation and wondering what he did. Now they are both miserable and wondering how they can get back together. Will Juli tell him her secret? Do they have a chance?
This is a wonderful well- written story that I was unable to put down. I feel this was the best story yet by Liz Isaacson .I recommend this book as a Good Read.
An imperfect love and life’s story, just as life is. Jack and Becca made a terrible mistake seven years ago, she left St Caroline then and now she is back with no future ahead. Jack is back in town to say good aye to her mother who is dying from cancer. Jakeand Becca are both struggling with their future and start seeing each other but Becca has a secret that can bring them together or tear their apart. An emotional story about, love, loses and second chances in life. I received this book for free from eBook Discovery. I voluntarily reviewed it. This is my honest review.
I love Liz Isaacson, her novels are truly wonderful! It is hard to find an author who can distinguish between a Christian Romance Novel and a Contemporary Romance Novel, but Ms. Isaacson does it and she does it well! I highly recommend every novel that I have read, and I hope that every novel I plan to read in the future is of the same quality!
“Sixth Street Love Affair” is a wonderful story and is actually the first in this series that I was reading for the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed this sweet and new romance, it had the passion and a little bit of danger to keep readers on their toes and coming back for more. I can honestly say that I never expected this story to have come out of the quiet Garth and Juliette; however, I will not say anything more for I don’t want to give anything away.
I recommend this ten novel series, each one is better than the last. Very well written, it’s like a story coming off the pages before your very eyes.
