I love a challenge. And Ember Jones is the perfect challenge for me.Those green eyes. That blond hair. That cynical, sarcastic tongue.I bet I can put her tongue to much better use.But first, I need to tackle something else. There’s a baby on my doorstep, with a note saying she’s mine. And I don’t know how to be a father. So, I’m paying Ember to look after my kid.If I end up in the nanny’s panties, … kid.
If I end up in the nanny’s panties, then…
Where’s the harm in that?
Problem is, being a billionaire comes at a cost.
Always someone out to get you, to destroy everything you love.
To keep my daughter safe, I need to come up with a plan.
Step one: get a fake wife.
Step two: prepare for a fight.
I know Ember can handle the pretend marriage.
And there’s something else I think she can handle too:
My bad boy physique, slammed up against her beautiful body.
Dominating her every f**king chance I get.
I just need to protect her at the same time.
Then I might even be able to make this marriage mean something.
And my pretty little wife will be gasping for all the right reasons.

Ember and Zee’s story.
It’s an entertaining and engaging. Definitely fun to read. Romance ,suspense, twists and turns.
When Ember plans went sideways she ended as nanny for Zee’s child. The baby girl was left on his doorstep..but he doesn’t know if he can be a father.
The attraction between them is instant and the chemsitry is off the charts. This is a sexy story that is nicely developed with great storyline .
Enjoy reading

Absolutely fantastic – I really enjoyed this book! It is a fast pace, action-packed, witty, and exciting page turner. The twists and turns, threats, suspense, and danger make for an interesting read. The characters are sweet, well developed, and believable; the chemistry between them is intense and off the charts. Definitely recommended.

That was a truly wonderful happy ending!
I enjoyed every single moment of this book. From the witty banter between Zoar and Ember to the dirty talk. Then there was the instant and sweet bond between Zoar and his daughter. There was so much to fall in love with.
I highly recommend this book.
Happy reading!

Not really my cup of tea. It started out pretty well but it wanted to cram a lot of different story lines into one book which didn’t work out all that well in my opinion. The main characters were very likable and baby Molly! Come on who doesn’t love babies?
I’m about to get on a soapbox so feel free to ignore the rest of my review. This next part only lost the book half a star. The cramming of story lines was 1.5 stars lost.
Pointless and/or hypocritical details…..
He rents a private jet multiple times (because owning one wouldn’t be environmentally friendly, really, lol), has a home big enough for 20 full of marble and granite (quarries aren’t exactly environmentally neutral and all that rock isn’t easy to ship plus a huge home seems a bit wasteful), and owns multiple electric cars (one older model fuel efficient car would have used a lot less mining of rare minerals and fewer batteries to recycle later) so his purchasing carbon offsets and environmental diamonds just seems silly. Why couldn’t he have just lived by the motto reduce, reuse, recycle?
The bad guys couldn’t have just been criminals using adoption agencies to launder money? They also had to be racist and homophobic? Why? What did any of those things add to the story? If the main couple had been not white or gay or part of a polyamorous relationship I could see and appreciate that being part of the story but instead they were just extraneous details I didn’t want or need.
***I decided to review an ARC of this book.***
Zoar, Ember and Molly get brought together in interesting and somewhat funny ways. Bringing these three worlds together becomes the perfect fit for them, even with the baggage from their pasts. Fun read

This is the first time reading Ms Everly Chase but it will not be the last. I enjoyed her writing style and how she creates wonderful characters with depth and like ability. These characters are both beautifully written and will win over your heart!! Definitely looking forward to more books by this author. Happy reading!!
Ember is having a bed day (heck not just one) when she is racing to deliver a client’s birthday cake and she crashes into Zee’s car. Zee is amused and intrigued by Ember but she just thinks he’s another rich, annoying (although gorgeous) guy. He brings her in to clean her up and as she goes to leave a baby is discovered on his doorstep. Zee convinces Ember to become his nanny. Before you you know it he is convincing her to become his fake wife so that he has a better chance of retaining permanent custody of his daughter. The chemistry between the two is off the charts and before you know it they are consummating their fake marriage. How will things work out for them? What is going on with Ember’s mother and step-father? Will Ember and Zee get their happily ever after? This was a fun story and kept me coming back for more until I finished. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
When Ember hit a pothole and thought her whole life was coming to a head her luck turns.
Zee and Ember help each other and along the way discover there is so much more in life then what they had.

Ember is working hard to support herself even selling cakes she knows look great but taste bad. She is on her way to delivery one when she is in an accident. Zee was the car she crashed into with her bike. He takes her into his place to get cleaned up because he knows that he should’ve been paying attention and he most likely would’ve missed her. Sparks fly between them and when he tries to make things right with Ember’s customer he dices against it because of the lady’s attitude. When Ember goes to leave they find an infant on his doorstep. She ends up staying because he is freaking out. Once he gets over the shock he convinces Ember to work for him as a nanny. He comes to learn that even though the baby is his that he’ll have to fight to keep her because he’s not on the birth certificate and not legally her guardian. He turns to Ember and asks her to marry him in order to help him keep his daughter. Will Ember help him out further? Can Zee see that they are perfect together?
This is an amazing story that will draw you in from the first chapter. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Who says romance can’t be eco-friendly? Everly Chase shows that if there is a will there is a way… Even when danger and the characters’ past threatens to stand in the way.

Loved reading the awesome and amazing romance story. When Ember is rushing on her bike to make a delivery, she crashes into a Tesla belonging to a handsome millionaire, Zoar. When Zoar finds a baby girl left on his doorstep, he needs help and hires Ember as the baby’s nanny. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written, and a must read love story.
Gage really just wanted to provide for his little girl to the best of his ability. And he did. In the process he had a really good support system with her. They helped each other deal with life in so many way. They grew with each other as a family under circumstances no-one should go through.
