HOW CAN IT BE WRONGIF IT FEELS SO GOODDating an American princess comes with a massive amount of baggage–all of which I’m willing to carry strapped on my back in quicksand and through seven hells. But Jane Cobalt’s baggage, I’m unprepared for. It comes in the form of her five equally famous and notoriously hard-to-please brothers. I want Jane. Completely. Unconditionally. But when there’s a trip …
Unconditionally.
But when there’s a trip scheduled that I can’t be a part of, I only have one option. It’s immoral.
Something I’d never consider until now.
But, hell, there’s got to be some perks to being a twin. So I’m doing it. I’m switching places with my brother.
Done and done.
It should have been easy.
There were little consequences.
Until the storm hit.

Trust me, the title may say Sinful Like Us but readers/listeners will be Swooning Like Us!
The Ritchies did it again. Cobalt, Hale, Meadows love is an undying thing. Just when you think about swearing an oath, you get pulled along by another. This Hale lover is inexplicably drawn to Ms. Jane Cobalt and her amazing man. While Jane’s inability to commit drove me batsh!t crazy. Thatcher was an unyielding presence of love, patience, and hunky-ness. (It’s totally a thing!)
Enjoy the trip, pack some warm underthings, and try not to enjoy the alone time…too much!
Sinful Like Us had all the elements that I expect from the Like Us series: drama, over the top scenarios, drama, internal angst, drama, and a lot of hot sex. At this point I don’t even try to guess the plot and instead just allow myself to go along for the ride. The characters are all so interesting and fascinating, and I honestly love all the different personalities. I’m definitely hooked on this series and can’t wait for the next book.
This couple is truly amazing!!! But add in the whole family- it makes this series even more incredible.

This is the best book of the series. It’s my favorite, beating out Lovers Like Us.
Jane and Thatcher are one of the cutest couples these authors have ever written. They’re up there with Raisy.
Tangled Like Us was cute. Seeing Jane and Thatcher get together was cute. But their relationship in this book is amazing. Their relationship grew, it got more serious, it had the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Sinful Like Us picks up right after Tangled Like Us ends, we get the answers to some those burning question we were left with in the previous book.
Thatcher is no longer Jane’s bodyguard at the start of this book, he’s been sent back to Xander, and it’s a pretty bittersweet situation. When the famous ones plan a trip *for reasons* Thatcher and Banks decide to switch places so that Thatcher can protect Jane, while Banks can stay with Xander.
As always, the plots for these books are a bit iffy. Not too much is usually going on, but I do think this books pacing was better than Alphas Like Us and Tangled Like Us . There were less lulls in the story and the secondary characters were brought in more. Which always results in better reading.
For any Cobalt stans out there, this book is for you. Connor and Rose make a few appearances, and we get a lot more from Charlie and Beckett as well. We also get a lot less of the Hales if that’s something you wanted. The Cobalts truly are one of a kind, and I really hope these kids get POVs because, straight up, the Cobalts are the most entertaining family. No shade, no tea, just facts.
It is also revealed in this book that there will be a polyam relationship in the future. No spoilers but… I’m not sure how that’s going to go. But I am cautiously optimistic (even if a lot of people aren’t).
Not much else can be said, if not you will get spoiled! I was so tempted to read the spoilers, but I’m glad I didn’t. This books should be read without too much info.
Overall, I thought this was such a fun read! There was humor and angst. Heartbreak and love. We saw a lot of sneak peeks as to what will come in the future. I truly hope these authors extend the series past 8 books. Sulli deserves at least two books (if not 3 or 4 like Moffy), the Cobalt twins deserve to find love, and a certain Space Babe deserves to be cherished.
Oh my! This story, via Audible, read by Stephen Dexter aka Thatcher is pure ankle crossing bliss!!!
Not wishing to take anything away from Holly Warren who portrays Jane perfectly but Stephen’s interpretation of Thatcher gives you shivers.
This series really is one to cherish. I thought this spin-off series would be enjoyable but in some ways, it far surpasses its parental predecessors.
As expected, the instalment has drama by the bucket load, especially where the Cobalts are concerned and poor Thatcher has no idea just what is in store for him.
Stories involving bodyguards and their clients will always hold a special place in my heart but these bodyguards and these clients will always win out for me. I can’t wait to see what other future forbidden relationships are planned.
Next up, “The Wedding”, and no doubt even more drama!
Okay guys! I’m finally gonna write an actual review for this baby… finally.
I liked this book way more than I liked Tangled Like Us. I lovedddd the winter setting, the heated tension not only between Jane & Thatcher but also between all the characters and bodyguards who got stuck in Scotland.. it made for some very entertaining moments that’s for sure.
I loved watching the buddying relationship between Thatcher and Farrow and again of course to see Jane and Moffy’s friendship through her eyes and how much she loves Marrow and is willing to do for them. This families love for one another never stops amazing me and warming my heart.
And I loved getting more of the Cobalt family… finally. Although they are all a little crazy and too secretive and Charlie just freaking grates on my nerves.. I love to add more pieces to the huge puzzle that is the Cobalt Empire. I actually loved how much they roasted Thatcher, it was crazy but so entertaining and it made the final chapters even more special. The family dinner scene… my heart. LOVED IT!
And I just fell a little more in love with Jane & Thatcher as a couple. They fit so well. They might not be my favorite couple (#Marrow & #Lilo forever!!! I guess I’m Hale all the way ahah) but I sure love them too!
If you haven’t started this epic series, you must! 6 books are out now but there are many more to come! I love these families more than I love any other book characters out there… they are my family at this point. And I can never and will never get enough of them. Whatever you bring me Krista & Becca, I’m here for, as long as you just keep writing and giving me more of my babies.
I can’t seem to get enough of the younger Hale, Cobalt, and Meadows clan and their bodyguards. Sinful Like Us continues the story of Jane Cobalt’s affair with her bodyguard, Thatcher Moretti. I must say I enjoyed this more than Tangled Like Us.
Who doesn’t love a good snowstorm and the accompanying blanket of quiet, hot cocoa, and a solid excuse to relax and escape from reality for a bit? Being snowed in for over a month, though, can test anyone’s sanity – even when trapped with loved ones, but especially with people carrying grudges. This scene creates the perfect opportunity highlight the various relationships.
I’m not a big lover of twin switch deception in general. In this particular case, I wasn’t convinced it was really necessary for Thatcher and Banks to switch places. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the opportunity for Jane and Thatcher to strengthen their bond, even if it means sneaking around. The risk of being caught in a lie adds an element of excitement – or, in my case, anxiety.
Thatcher is unwavering in his devotion to Jane. The man is a bottomless well of patience, which is much needed because Jane has a serious case of insecurities. I understood some of her fears, but at the same time the way she constantly pushes Thatcher away and then clings to him grows tiresome at times. There is no denying their intense chemistry, though.
Along with the seemingly never-ending blizzard, the story also starts to drag. I was happy to see the plot pick up steam when the crew returns home. There are some pretty exciting, dramatic, and life-altering moments.
The next book, Headstrong Like Us, cannot come soon enough. I am beyond excited for Maximoff and Farrow’s wedding!
4.50
I love love love Jane. I probably said this in my review for Tangled Like Us, but she’s relateable. Being 23 and having no clue what your passion in life is or what you should be doing is familiar. I loved seeing her be herself and find herself.
“‘I don’t need a career to be a smart woman.’ I go on. ‘I don’t need a job to be talented. I am both smart and possess talent, and the love that I give is just as important as the fashion empire my mom built. I am *enough* just as I am'”
This book makes my heart happy. It definitely twisted my stomach at times, which I always love. If it didn’t emotionally gut you at times, was it really a good read? (;
I can’t put into words how much I love this book, it was so worth the wait. I think I loved it even more than Tangled Like Us. Jane is one of my favorite female characters and not only because she has six cats and is the crazy cat lady like I’m. She is one of the kindest, selfless characters ever but I still wanted to shake some sense into her few times while I was reading this book.I looove how over the top dramatic Cobalts are. Their family dynamic is something special, unique and I love every single one of them even when they are driving me crazy.Thatcher is everything.I loved him in TLU but now he is one of my favorite male characters ever. I love every single thing about him but mostly his love for Jane and her cats. There is so much love, patience and understanding between these two and I get that warm feeling in my chest just thinking about them.
I was so happy to read more about Moffy and Farrow, they own my heart just like Moffy’s parents do. I loved Thatcher and Farrow interactions and that bond that Maximoff and Jane share is one of the most special things I ever read.I’m literally praying that Luna and Donnelly get their own book,no words for how much I love them.I didn’t want this book to end. Every chapter, every sentence and character is special to me. My love for these characters is indescribable. I couldn’t get enough of them and I don’t think I ever will.I love Krista and Becca for creating this world, and I CAN’T wait for Headstrong Like Us, Charming Like Us and Wild Like Us, I really can’t.
I adore this series. There is no other word for it really.
This is a fabulous read that has just about everything you’d want from a contemporary romance. Thatcher and his brother Banks executes a twin-swap in the name of love. There’s a drug intervention, heated arguments and family drama. There’s jealousy, an awesome menstruation-meeting and a month-long snow-storm. And lots and lots of raunchy, steamy, deliciously smutty sexytimes.
Jane is a marvelous character. Quirky as all h*ll, at the same time incredibly sensitive and strong, and with a completely unapologetic fashion sense. You can not not love her. Thatcher on the other hand appears to be her polar opposite, but underneath that stoic exterior (and rockhard abs) he’s a teddybear. A very naughty and NSFW teddybear, but still. Their chemistry is scorching and it’s hotter than hot.
I’m not usually particularly fond of overly mushy love stories or too eloquent (and therefore utterly implausible) declarations of love. Not of too many deep emotional discussions or soulsearching monologues either. Sinful Like Us have all of those things. And it still works. I still love the story. Kudos to the Ritchie sisters.
If you haven’t read this series, you are seriously missing out. The families and characters the Ritchies have created are so utterly engaging I can’t imagine I would ever feel I’ve had enough. I just want to immerse myself in their world. Sinful Like Us is about Jane and Thatcher, but the glimpses of the rest of the crew is just as as tantalizing. Farrow and Maximoff are my favourites, no contest, but I want all of their stories. I just hope that the Ritchies are planning to work their way through the entire Like Us-universe.

“Sinful Like Us” was more than I could ever dream. It was absolutely perfect! I am completely consumed by Jane and Thatcher! Their second book is all about falling deeper in love and figuring out their relationship. I love that it wasn’t easy, Jane had her insecurities she had to work through. Thatcher was so supportive of her and tried his hardest to help her through her insecurities and making sure she felt secure about their relationship. They were incredible. The lengths they would go to for each other is so amazing. They are one of the sexiest couples ever!!!! I had to fan myself a lot during this!!! I could not get enough of these two and their family. They were the best. We got so much more of Jane’s brothers and I loved it!! I love this family so much and seeing them all together was everything!!! This whole book was Epic!!! I loved every single second. I got home from work went straight to my room and read and until I was finished. It was honestly the best hours of my life!! I am so in LOVE with this series and this book! “Sinful Like Us” is defiantly one of my favorite reads of 2019!!!!! I can not get enough of this couple. I love these characters with everything in me!!! This book was EPIC!!!!! I am totally and completely in love!
OPENING YOURSELF TO LOVE IS NOT LOSING YOURSELF
This story was good, but not as intense as the others in the ‘LIKE US’ series. I was happy to see Tony humbled and Jane and Thatcher have their HEA. I was very disappointed in Charlie’s behavior and somehow wanted more in depth emotions. There was a lot missing in the story. Overall, the story got the two together, but I didn’t get the Sinful part. Still, great writing by the twins.
Sinful Like Us
I love the Addicted/Like Us series as a whole. As a reader I would love nothing more than to get all the books for each of the siblings. Otherwise I would feel like it was unfinished or just cut off midway. That being said, I feel like there was so much backwards progression for Jane in this book that they would have been better off not having a second book. I didn’t feel like they grew together more as a couple until the very very end and that was more of Jane finally getting with the program. She spent the majority of the book pushing him away (repeating the mistakes her mother and father made) instead of learning how to grow as a person and how to be independent and keep her identity while still being in a relationship. And letting her family decide if he was good enough with weird games, when she should have put a stop to it she just joined in. Had they left Thatcher and Jane where they were at the end of TLU and just continued to show their relationship/engagement/marriage throughout the book of the other family members I feel It would have been better than what we got. There is also a lot of backlash and negativity going on about KB’s choice to include a mfm & mmf triad into the series that I feel is overshadowing this book and creating higher expectations. I won’t bash KB’s choices because it is their creative right to make these characters how they want and to steer the story wherever they choose but as a reader I was hyped for a lot better of a story than a twin switch (that most everyone knew about) in a snowed in cabin, and character prep for future books.
‘Sinful Like Us’ picks up right where ‘Tangled Like Us’ left off. In this book, we get to see how different Jane and Thatcher’s relationship is going to be now that he isn’t her bodyguard anymore. Thatcher is prepared for anything that is thrown at him in order to keep Jane Cobalt his. He knows he loves her, but when her five brothers make it known he isn’t their favorite person, he is tasked with proving himself worthy. Jane knows how difficult her family can be, but at every turn she seconds guesses herself. When the ‘famous one’s’ plan a trip that Thatcher can’t go on, he and Banks do a twin swap. One week should be easy, but nothing is ever as easy as it seems.
This book, I’m not sure that I have the right words to fully describe how much I loved this book. From beginning to end, I was enthralled, I didn’t want to stop reading, but I also didn’t want to finish it so quickly. Needless to say, I have zero self-control and finished this book in one sitting (sorry work haha). I just recently discovered all of the books by Krista & Becca earlier this year through an ad on social media, and I’m thankful for that ad! I discovered two sisters who write from the soul, and pour everything into their books and into their characters. I absolutely love that we get to see all of the previous character’s in each new book, these books are love stories yes, but I think they are first and foremost about family. How people will go to the ends of the earth for those they love. Thank you Krista and Becca for yet another beautiful story.
Where do I even begin!? These two amazing ladies have done it again. Thatcher and Jane’s story is everything. I didn’t realize how much I needed Sinful Like Us until I read it. I lost sleep as soon as this bad boy downloaded to my kindle. I couldn’t put it down. I was hooked and HAD to know what happened. I NEEDED to know where this story went. Everything about Thatcher and Jane’s story was amazing, from start to finish. You’re hooked and you can’t help but want to keep reading to figure out what happens.
We get a glimpse as Maximoff and Farrow, you see the other Omega bodyguards and the rest of the cousin clan. What’s seriously everything you need. You can’t help but seriously love every single one of these characters.
I wasn’t prepared for the ending. It took me my total surprise, but I will tell you this…. I can’t WAIT to see what happens next.
