Loved the whole series. Read it twice. Mount is a very likeable guy and feisty Keira is a perfect mate for him.
Sinful Empire has left me with a happy sigh and a kickass ending to this amazing series. If you don’t already know I love this series and it is my favorite set of books by Meghan March. Sinful Empire was a great ending to this series as it kicks off right where that jaw=dropping cliffhanger ended in Defiant Queen. My heart pounded fast as the suspense, then the devious triumphant grin spread across my face as Kiera fully slipped into her role as Mount’s queen of darkness. I wanted to scream with glee as she realized that she was in love with him after they both nearly died and turned into the woman Lachlan had been hoping for. And boy does she know how to threat and demand.
I liked this new side of Lachlan as he became a little less of that dangerous man we see in Ruthless King and more of a man so hopelessly in love. I love how Kiera’s acceptance of him and his lifestyle took him by surprise. Learning more about his past was great as well. You truly understand Lachlan after reading this book. The suspense was really good and took me by complete surprise. I seriously loved it.
Needless to say I loved every second reading this book. Once I started reading I couldn’t stop. I’m so happy this one did not disappoint and I am on a book high after reading Sinful Empire.
Meghan March made me love the really, really, really bad guy. Even if his “bad” was in a way, kinda good. So this one started up not exactly right where the last one left off, which would normally be frustrating seeing as how the last one ended on a cliffhanger. However it wasn’t, because we got some of Mount’s background. And that I loved! I was able to learn more about him, and even though he was still a pretty scary guy, I was able to start to fall in love with him. This book we see how the two really are starting to fall in love. But there is so much else going on in this one. We learn some things about how in the world Mount found out about Keira waiting that first night. And all I could think was I needed more from the person who did lead him to her. I kept needing to know more, and the author kept putting that off. Then something really major happens, and finally Keira’s family comes around. But all I can think as she keeps waiting and waiting for Mount is that he’s decided to separate himself from her to keep her safe. I’m so glad that isn’t the case.
This book has the fun of Keira kind of coming into her own and starting to order around Mount’s employees. Including V, I do love V. By getting the background story of Mount, he might be a man I can fall in love with. A bad guy, but with that avenging angel edge. What happens towards the end isn’t what I expected, love that the author could still surprise me even as I knew something was coming. This one was much longer than the first two. I will say that I’ve decided I’ll read anything by this author now. I will not let the tropes that normally turn me away, like mafia romance or dark romance, turn me away, at least not if it is written by Meghan March.

It was soooooo good !! Meghan never fails to bring the drama, sex, twist and turns !! She always makes you want more and then she delivers with a BANG!! Maybe you should write at night from now on lol !! I love this darker side !! I can’t say he is my favorite because I love all your men equally !! I will never choose !! Keira is a bad butt ( seriously have to type butt so they will let it go through. lol. ). I want to be just like her !!!

This whole series had me totally awe struck! I don’t think I have ever smiled so much at such a dark couple of people! This ending to a fantastic trilogy had me on edge the whole time! What a way to end! And the bomb that got dropped caught me totally off guard! I did not see that coming AT ALL!!! These 2 had me all over the feels board! I love them! I think its that thing about teaching a man to love when he doesn’t think that he can or is worthy of love has got to be the headiest feeling ever! This has got me all in for Meghan March books! I feel the need to go through her entire catalog to get all caught up!
I’m a HUGE Meghan March fan and I’ve read all of her books to date..and this is still my favorite trilogy of her. Just writing this makes me want to go back for some more Lachlan Mount LoL

This was such a fantastic trilogy. What a wide and crazy ride! I read all 3 books in 2 days, I just couldn’t get enough.
Amazing! Sexy! Suspenseful! Twists and Turns! Phenomenal conclusion that has everything. A sexy anti hero that you will love and a strong sassy heroine. Highly recommend this trilogy. A must read.

Meghan March saved the best for last! Sinful Empire was an insanely sexy, dangerous, suspenseful, addicting, and epic conclusion to the Mount Trilogy, and I absolutely LOVED it! The storyline, characters, and Meghan March’s writing style were once again phenomenal, and I loved everything from beginning to end. She completely blew my mind with Sinful Empire, and the entire Mount Trilogy, and I am so freaking excited to devour more of her amazing and unforgettable stories!
The storyline blew my mind and shocked me at nearly every turn. I honestly didn’t think I could be more surprised, but Meghan March did her magic and literally had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. There were so many surprising plot twists that left me guessing at every corner and my mouth gaping open in shock. I honestly don’t know how Meghan does it, but she is hands down the QUEEN of romantic suspense and epic plot twists that throw you for a loop and leave your mind spinning with all the possibilities.
Lachlan and Keira were out of this world amazing. They truly get better and better with each book, and I fall even more in love with them every time. The chemistry between Lachlan and Keira was still off-the-charts HOT, and I absolutely loved how their relationship progressed throughout. I loved reading the book from both of their POV, and all of their banter and interactions with each other. I loved delving more into Lachlan and his past. It really put all of the pieces into perspective and everything made complete sense. I also loved getting to see a different side to him from time to time, and it endeared him to me even more. Keira was still as feisty, stubborn, and amazing as ever, and she really came into her own. The progression and growth of Lachlan and Keira’s characters from Ruthless King to Sinful Empire was amazing, and I loved every single minute of their journey. It was an epic and unforgettable ride, and I am so privileged to have been a part of it. The only negative aspect was that I would have loved a little more depth and detail in certain areas, but otherwise Sinful Empire was perfect, and I was thrilled with the conclusion to Lachlan and Keira’s story.
Sinful Empire was a sexy, suspenseful, entertaining, and mind-blowing conclusion to the Mount Trilogy, and I would HIGHLY recommend it and the other two books in the trilogy! Meghan March outdoes herself every time, and Sinful Empire was no exception. She did a phenomenal job with this book and the entire Mount Trilogy, and I was extremely happy with the outcome to Lachlan and Keira’s story. Meghan March is by far one of my TOP favorite romance authors, and she never ceases to amaze me. I can’t wait to devour more of her books, especially the Savage Trilogy!

Sinful Empire was one heck of an ending for this trilogy. The ending about did me in. I couldn’t even with it. I loved it and wanted to start the journey all over again with the books. Gahh!! I loved this story.

If you want intense chemistry and smoking hot sexy times…get these books.
If you want a man who is all alpha and stays that way even after he falls for the girl….get these books.
If you want a female who finds her voice and becomes who she was meant to be….get these books.
If you love suspense and an action packed ride from the first book till the last…then get these books.
There are many more reasons to get these book if you haven’t already but I will leave it at this. If you are worried about the ending and hoping it is everything you wanted and more. Then fear not Meghan nailed it and then some.
Sinful Empire is the third and final book in the Mount trilogy and in true Meghan style this novel in nothing short of amazing. It continues right where book two – Defiant Queen leaves off and as expected this story had me hooked until the very end with its engrossing, addictive storyline.
If you thought you loved Mount and Keira before, be prepared to fall even harder for these two and how perfect they are together. I’ve loved them both from book 1 – Ruthless King, but OMG they were amazing in this novel.
Secrets were revealed and questions were answered in this fast paced story. Meghan gave us action, suspense, romance and so much more. This page-turn was the perfect conclusion to a phenomenal trilogy and I absolutely loved it.
This trilogy is without a doubt Meghan’s best work to date and definitely worthy of a 5-star status. This was an excellent read and I would highly recommend it to everyone.
