I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
This is a great heartwarming second chance romance. Grayson and Rachel were instantly connected with each other when they were together at first. They were pretty much attached at the hip. When he left for his assignment overseas he is injured and decided to stay away from her. She was so heartbroken when he went missing. Five years late, they are reunited again by a chance of fate. These two still love each other, but they contain their feelings. Rachel is so hurt by knowing that Grayson is alive and never contacted her. There chemistry is still as hot as it was as is their connection. They spend more time together and try to work out all their feelings. Will this be just a summer fling , or willit be how it always should have been? I loved this story. It was sweet, heartfelt and gives you the feels. There are some twists and turns that will make you mad. I loved pretty much all the characters and there were some that I was telling at. Definitely get this book and fall in love with Grayson and Rachel.
Rachel and Grayson were a couple back in high school. She was the rich girl and he was the poor boy from the wrong side of town. They meet and fall in love. Even though she is raised in a wealthy family she is very kind and doesn’t care that Gray is poor. She loves him for who he is. Years later these two meet up again and not exactly on the best of terms.
My heart broke for Grayson. To have to live with that type of guilt is unimaginable to me. There were so many times in this in story I just wanted to reach through the book and give him a hug. I kept telling Rachel to not give up on him even though he is running hot and cold with her.
Rachel is a very strong woman. When Grayson left, she turned to the one person who should have supported her but yet her mother wasn’t a good person. Rachel decided that she needs something of her own and after a awful discovery she decides to strike out on her own.
Reading about these two going round and round was both extremely hot but yet frustrating. They were both hurt and also hurting and they were letting it fester for too long. My favorite parts of this book other than the sexy times was when the tension would get so great and they would stop and yell at each other. Not that I’m a fan of yelling, but it was the one time they were open and honest with each other.
Kiss Me Again is so much more than a second chance romance. There are aspects of sacrifice, and dealing with the life after service.
Grayson left Rachel for 5 years while in the Navy. After the time apart they find themselves face to face again. Will they be able to work together after all this time apart? Will Rachel find out why Grayson left five years ago?
Grayson has suffered throughout his life and carries around so much pain with him. This pain makes him struggle with everything he has gone through. My heart broke for him through out the story.
Rachel has held a lot of pain with her. This pain has caused her to be vulnerable and self conscious. Her character was very relatable.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can’t wait to see/read what Vivian Wood comes out with next.

Rachel and Greyson are one of the reasons I love second chance stories! Missed chances, lost loves, mistakes and regrets. This author knows how its done and conquers all the good tropes with her own angsty blend of heartache so I shouldnt be surprised, but that being said she consistently surprises me with her unique talent for bringing her characters to their knees, you will feel so bad for Rachel and Greyson before she gives them what they never knew they needed, only to make them stand up and rejoice! If Vivian Wood is not on your one click list you need to check her out and join the rest of us eagerly awaiting her next release!
Another amazing book by this author. I was sucked in from the start and I couldn’t put it down. This book has everything you want, a brooding alpha, love lost, a past full of pain and regrets. I loved Rachel and Grayson. They were together once and when he shipped out they stayed in touch for a while and then he just disappeared and left her, left her to move on without her knowing what really happened to him and why he did what he did. Rachel’s life isn’t her own, she’s ruled by her fathers thumb and when she catches Clay with another woman that’s it she’s done with it all and takes a job in Seattle, and little did she know that she would come face to face with her past. Can they work together or is there just too much between them to make it through the summer? Will Gray come clean and tell her the truth of what happened to him? So much passion and feelings still between them if only her father and Clay would just disappear, and let them figure out where they stand with each other. Such an amazing book, loved it. It’s told in different points of view, no cheating, no cliffhangers, and a hea. I highly recommend this book.
Rachel and Grayson were a couple before he left for the Navy. They were from different worlds but managed to make it work. Grayson left without a word and Rachel was devastated by his loss. Now years later she has a new job and is looking for a fresh start. Only she runs into Grayson when she is told he will be her boss. Grayson never expected to see Rachel again. He doesn’t want to tell her why he left. He felt like he wasn’t good enough for her. This was a great read and wonderful story.
A second chance romance with heart and heat! I loved Rachel’s character she wasn’t your typical spoiled rich girl instead she cared and deserved what she got. Grayson’s character was more on the grumpy side but still a hot ex-seal. Together they had a painful history and when they once again see each other the chemistry explodes. I enjoyed their storyline and was routing for their HEA with drama, danger and a whole lot of sizzling loving.
Love Grayson and Rachel’s second chance at love with each other. Love the connection between the two of them and how they fall back in love.
If you’re looking for an easy to follow, hot, steamy, sexy, smooth flowing read that captures your attention from the start. Congratulations my friends you”ve found it. The characters and scenes are realistic and believable. Twists and turns and unpredictable surprises that kept my eyes on the pages and on the edge of my seat. I followed the characters fascinated as their personalities transformed and blended. Vivid detailed descriptions were so life like and on point. The storyline was solided and well defined. Cold showers may be in order when your finished. Vivian Wood did a remarkable job bringing this story together beautifully.
I voluntarily submitted an ARC review for this book.
Rachel is from a well off family but with that comes control from her parents. She gets a letter of acceptance that changes her path but how will her parents react? Grayson joined military and it changed his life and now he’s just trying to survive. Then the past returns a visit, what will he do? Can Rachel finally get her freedom
I love second chance romance and this one was fantastic! I loved it!
It was so good that I couldn’t stop reading! I didn’t want it to end!
Rachel and Grayson were in love when they were younger but Grayson went into the navy. He disappeared from her life five years ago. They never thought they would see each other again, as fate would have it they meet in the wilds of Olympic National Park. Grayson is the park ranger and Rachel is his summer intern. Will working closely together bring them back together? Will her overbearing controlling family get in the way of their happiness?
Kiss Me Again is a fantastic second chance romance! If that’s what you like in your romances then read Kiss Me Again and you’ll love it too!
Trying to escape the present leads to the future!
Rachel runs to escape her cheating ex and controlling parents. Grayson is running to reclaim himself and escape his demons. What neither expects is to run into each other. Oh the feels!! I loved this book! I was so immersed I dreamt about being in lush verdant forests with a hot ranger. Rachel has a fragile armour but underneath it she is so much stronger than she realizes. Grayson is fragile but Rachel helps him rediscover his own strength. Such a good second chance romance. Love, love, love!! I received a review copy. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
This is a good second chance story. Grayson was very young when he was faced with unspeakable tragedy and he dealt by withdrawing from the world. My heart broke for him and everything he had to deal with and how badly he wants to better. Rachel was much harder to like. She took the adversity and became hard and cold. It wasn’t until the end of the story that I found myself really liking her and liking her for Gray.
What a lot of emotion there was in this fabulous second chance love story! I did cry at the vivid portrayal of Grayson’s struggle with PTSD, it broke my heart. The story is well written and really gripping. The loss of their young relationship felt real to me and I was fully invested in Rachel and Grayson finding their way through their past to get back to each other.
Rachel, to me, is just existing in her life after Grayson just disappears. No warning, no word of him being dead or alive. Her family are overbearing, controlling and heartless. I couldn’t detest them more if I tried. She doesn’t want to join their family business and after leaving she crashes into Grayson! The hot, sexy, dirty-mouthed, ex-military, Grayson.
A lot of slow burn later and plenty of hot moments out in the woods, they slowly reconnect and each get answers. I loved this couple and can’t wait for the next book in this series. I do hope I get a bit more on the lives of these two along the way.
This book was so much more than a second chance romance. It’s also about tough discussions, personal sacrifice, and dealing with the consequences of life after service. Grayson was such a complex character. Rachael is a woman who he left five years ago. Grayson was going through a rough time after returning from service as a Navy SEAL and because of what he is going through he feels ashamed and unworthy to remain by Rachel’s side. Rachael has tried to pick up the pieces of her life and thinks she has finally done that until one fateful afternoon when her world comes crashing down. She has an opportunity to work in the field she has always wanted to and picks a location as far away from her controlling parents and her cheating ex. When she gets to her new job she runs into the last man she expects to run into. Grayson! He also is in shock, he never thought he would see her again. The two must learn to work together now and both realize that the feelings they have for one another are still there. They both learn to listen and help one another. They find a way to forgive what has happened and find a way back to one another. There is also the element of Rachael’s father and the way he still wants to control her and force her to return home and do as he feels she is obligated to. Grayson proves to be very protective of Rachael and wants her to stay with him. They love they once had has returned and only gotten stronger as adults. They know what they want. This is a very well written story with a wonderful HEA!
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this story.
