“There’s a lot more to me than what I’ve let on in the public eye.”—Georg Kolochev, VEGAS CRUSHNo, I don’t drink vodka straight from the bottle. I don’t pour it over my breakfast cereal either.I am not in need of an intervention…unless it involves me and a certain blonde bombshell alone in a room with a locking door.I’ve done my fair share of partying, I’ll admit. And yes, I’ve built up … I’ll admit. And yes, I’ve built up something of a reputation with the ladies when not on the ice. That’s on me for being careless with my posts on social. And I do know what’s most important in my life.
Two things.
Hockey…and Pamela Jenson.
My favorite physical therapist needs me so much more than she knows.
Because I am the guy delivering her SIN SHOT.
Yeah, you heard me.
I’m her first.
Sinning with Pam has never felt so good.

Georg and Pamela have histories, much of it not the best. They also have a short and eventful history with one another. When they wind up working together, her the newest PT while he works at becoming the best defenseman the Crush has ever seen, sparks fly and feelings become difficult to ignore. This roller coaster ride is sexy, fun, sweet and heartbreaking as well. The characters will learn who they truly are deep down inside and learn valuable lessons about being the best version of yourself while also allowing someone else to be a part of that life, too!

Sin Shot is book two in the Vegas Crush series by Brit DeMille and I have read other books by her under her other pen name and LOVED. This series so far has taken me by surprise. I haven’t been much of a sports romance fan, it’s not a trope that grabs my attention all that much, but every so often I will read a blurb and get intrigued enough to read the books, and this is one of those cases. I loved Crushed (Book 1) and when I had finished it, I was so eager to start this! Raine Miller aka Brit DeMille has always had a way with words. She strings them together to create a hot, steamy and intense romance that you just can’t get enough of.
After reading about Pam and Georg, the two main characters in this book in book 1 as secondary characters, I knew I needed to know more about them. I was smitten with them in book one and could read that they had major chemistry together, so when the author announced that they were getting their own book, I was over the moon! I wanted to know how things went down after Pam joined the Crush organization, I wanted to know how they were going to make things work with this no-fraternization rule if they could make it work.
I loved how the author played these characters out. Georg was the party boy, the ladies man, and he never took life too seriously, but when it comes to this one woman, he is willing to change it all, to be the man for her, and Pam is the new team therapist. She’s smart, feisty, witty, and a little reserved, she has her own demons that she is fighting and struggling with, she sees herself as broken, and often steps back when it comes to relationships and getting close to anyone. Her childhood and her past played a big factor on why. But Georg sees her for who she truly is, and how incredible she is. She is strong, and she’s been through a lot, but she hides it well and even though this thing between her and Georg is something that she normally never let’s happen, and goes against everything she believes in, for the first time ever, she can’t help but want more, she wants more than a casual root and boot, she wants something deeper with Georg and she was just the girl he needed to tug him back from his partying ways. They bounced off each other perfectly and it was hard not to cheer for them to get a HEA. But will actually get this perfect happy ending? When things start to deepen between the two of them, something keeps getting in their way.
I also loved how well the author wrote the hockey side of it. As I mentioned, I’m not massively into sports romances, but I found myself so hooked on this one. Also mixing in the life outside of the sport… It was fantastic and extremely well written and I can’t wait to see where the author takes us next in this series!
5 stars!
A super sexy STANDALONE sports romance about a Russian bad-boy hockey god and a not-so-innocent virgin physical therapist! Things are about to heat up in the therapy room…
I mean, it’s hockey, right? You can’t go wrong with a hot Russian hockey player. One-click this steamy standalone sports romance!
The first book of this series I liked a lot and I thought it would be my favorite, but then Georg came and baaaaam! He changed that.
The story of Georg and Pam is a bit more of everything.
More complex, more intense, more romantic … (hard to believe, I know)
You will fall in love with Georg from the first moment you hear his “voice”, you would want to slap him and to embrace him, both at the same time.
This is a story touches some sensitive topics but in a fun and hot environment.
You find characters that make you feel empathy, love, anger, sadness, mortification…
There is interaction of some secondary characters but they won’t deviates your attention of the main ones (Georg won’t let you put your eyes on anyone else, that’s for sure)
I read this book with many expectations because I enjoyed the first one A LOT, and honestly, this second exceeded expectations!! Not just for hockey thing, it’s for everything, the InstaLove, the author’s way of writing, but mostly because she has shown us once again that we can fall in love with the world that she has created.
A fun, sports romance that burned up my Kindle.
Ahhhh I new Raine Miller book, and I’m in love!!! This is a sport’s romance fanatic must read!
A super steamy pageturner sports romance from my fave Raine Miller! Add in some hot hockey players? Yes please!
4 Stars!
Pam Jenson is a 24 yr. old single woman who recently moved from Los Angeles to Las Vegas for an amazing career opportunity. She’s been hired by the Vegas Crush hockey team to be their newest physical therapist. The only complication is her attraction for the hot Russian bad boy Georg Kolochev. They shared a few steamy moments that she’d never forget, and now she had to put aside her crush on this funny, sweet, beautiful man, and stay professional. Working together prevents them from dating, so he’s off limits to her. It would be asking for trouble to break team policy, but the temptation is hard when her work is so hand’s on.
Georg Kolochev is playing in the NHL for The Crush in Vegas. He has a reputation as hockey’s partying playboy and wants to change his image, and push his career further. While trying to work on himself, he’s reunited with a gorgeous blonde he’d hung out with a couple times. She’d made an impact on him, and things with her always felt unfinished. Now Pam Jenson was in his daily life, and he felt like this was his chance to get to know her better and pursue their connection. He decides to go after what he wants, and won’t stop till this stunning woman is his.
Sin Shot (Vegas Crush #2) is a sexy standalone sports romance by Raine Miller writing as Brit DeMille. As the delicious hockey god and the woman of his dreams heat things up in the therapy room, chemistry explodes, and we get a fun, flirty, emotional love story.
Raine Miller and her Hubby are definitely what we need. I didnt read the first book in this series but I definitely didn’t feel lost.
Georg is a party boy, hot shot manwhore hockey player. But more that he is sweet and swoony, he has a heart full of love to give. He is sometimes misunderstood. He is funny and just needs a ying to his yang.
He has met his Match in the new physiotherapist. Pam is such a beautiful package. Yes she shy hence her being a virgin still but at the same time she is no ones doormat. She is sassy and has fire.
Their chemistry goes live instantly and you know that these two are gonna explode. Boy do they explode. Watching them bring out the best in each other was swoony and all i could was smile and giggle..
This book is sweet and just the perfect weekend read.

Sports romances are one of my go-to romance categories, and it doesn’t really matter what sport is played in the story as long as it balances the time spent in the chosen sport and the developing feelings of the hero and heroine. Hockey romances, though, seem to be the type I find myself reading more often than not, which is why Brit DeMille’s Vegas Crush series was on my radar when I started sifting through my blog tour sign-ups. And even though I didn’t have a chance to read book one, Crushed, because each book focuses on a different couple, I was able to dive into Georg and Pam’s story without difficulty.
Despite the chemistry between Pam and Georg that resonates from the pages of Sin Shot, these two have quite a few obstacles to tackle, both personally and professionally, and they require both of them to figure out exactly what they want from each other and then determine how far they’re willing to go to make things work between them. One of their biggest roadblocks, besides the baggage they both carry, is the Crush organization’s no-fraternization policy because with Pam’s physiotherapist position with the team, nothing is supposed to happen between them, but tell that to their bodies and potentially their hearts.
I have to admit…I wasn’t all that impressed with Georg when I started Sin Shot; he seemed to be just another partying playboy – one who definitely took advantage of the perks of being a professional athlete. And, as much as I tried to reserve judgment on him until his character was fully developed, I struggled to see past his initial antics. But once he met Pam, he did start to change and the person who he becomes seems to prove the theory that the right woman has the potential to tame even the wildest of men.
Even though it took me a bit to warm up to Georg, I liked Pam as soon as she was introduced. She’s an intelligence, sassy, and strong heroine who has had to endure way more than anyone would think just by interacting with her. And it’s her past that makes her hesitate getting close to anyone or taking a chance on someone when that person could break her even more. But Georg seems to be just as much a game changer for Pam as she is for him, so the more time they spend together and start to develop feelings that are more than just physical desire, readers see that these two just might be perfect for each other and as long as they can work through their issues and figure out what to do about the Crush’s strict policy when it comes to dating, they’ll take their shot at something more permanent.
Sin Shot is a fast-paced and steamy read that illustrates the importance of not allowing anyone or anything to prevent them from taking their shot at happiness. And while it’s a quick read, the story line doesn’t feel light on any of the components that make for an enjoyable reading experience, which is exactly what I want in any story that I read.
Bring on the next Crush hockey stud’s story!

If you love hockey romance, I highly recommend this one! It’s sexy, smart and addictive! 5+ stars all the way!!
Nothing makes me happier than an alpha-dog brought to his knees by a sassy woman. And that’s exactly what happened in Sin Shot.
When Pamela is given an ultimatum between the hot hockey player, Georg, or her job as a physical therapist, she finds herself in a bind.
Georg is a hot as sin playboy who is just looking for his next drink. But when his old fling starts to work as a physical therapist for his team, he sets his eyes on a new prize.
Sin Shot was a great read! I love me some hockey romance stories and this was was fantastic!
Calling all hockey fans! There’s a sexy new standalone that’ll delivered the goods! What’s not to love about a no-so-innocent virgin therapist and Russian hockey bad boy? Sin Shot: A Hockey Love Story (Vegas Crush, #2) is one steamy read!
Fun and flirty and oh so dirty……yes that’s Georg Kolochev for you and Pamela Jenson is about to get up close and personal with this Russian bad boy of hockey in an entirely professional manner of course, well unless Georg can work his magic and persuade her otherwise. We first met Georg and Pam in Crushed and there was obviously a sexual attraction between them which they didn’t fully act on. Being the bad boy of hockey isn’t working for Georg and there is the possibility of losing everything which includes Pam. As they spend time together he finds himself falling for her. Could she be the one? Pam finds her thoughts consumed by Georg but is wary of long term relationships and the reputation he is trying to put behind him. Can he change his bad boy ways for her? Will he be the one to deliver her ‘Sin Shot’ or will breaking the rules inevitably break their hearts? This is the second book in the Vegas Crush series and I have to say that I enjoy Brit DeMille’s style of writing. It’s romance which will leave a smile on your face the way fun and flirty romance should and with so many delicious players on the team who knows who will be coming our way next…..
I loved this book so much!!
We met Georg and Pam in the first book Crushed. They had an encounter and I was curious to know more about them.
Their love story was rocky at best, both running scared. Both had issues they needed to overcome. Together they could! But things got hard and Pam ran scared. I was worried! I wanted them together! They were great together! They needed to be together!
I really loved seeing familiar game from the previous book. This book was low on drama but high on emotions
What was a simple story line was made AMAZING by Raine Miller. I love her writing style. Her books are very addicting, once you start you can’t them put down.
This is the second book in the Vegas Crush series. We first met Pam and Georg in Crushed, but as Pam now works for the Crush they have to deal with their chemistry. Georg is trying to be more focused on the game and his health and Pam is dealing with some childhood trauma. This is a good love story and I very much enjoyed it. I enjoyed the epilogue when you see a couple of characters from another book. Definitely recommend this book!
