Finished Silver Linings by Debbie Macomber last night… not my usual kind of read, but I breezed right through it and really enjoyed it! Reminded me of a Gilmore Girls episode–light-hearted with a fast-paced plot and lovable characters you end up rooting for. Would definitely recommend as a beach read.
I didn’t realize that Silver Linings was a part of the Cedar Cove series, but not to worry, I had read most of those! This book was a good continuation of the stories of characters portrayed in the series. It follows the stories of 3 main characters, 2 new and the owner of the Inn we’ve seen before. The characters develop well, the endings of 2 of the 3 come to a reasonable conclusion and the final characters is left with an open ending leading us to believe a sequel may follow. Debbie Macomber’s books are a quick, easy & entertaining read when you’re not interested in anything too heavy. Enjoyable!
Anothe Rose Harbor of the series such soulful read just get lost and live in this books !!

I really enjoyed this book. Will read more of this author. Ending didn’t just HAPPEN
I enjoyed the books set in cedar cove.
I enjoyed this whole series very much. It was sad when it ended but the series ended happily.
I really enjoyed the Rose Harbor series and am sorry to see it end with “Sweet Tomorrows”. I enjoyed meeting each and every guest that Jo-Marie booked at the Inn and how each and everyone had a HEA. I’m hoping that Jo-Marie will also have hers’ at the end of the series. This installment focused on the relationship between Marc and Jo-Marie with her two new guests attending their 10th year High School reunion. Coco and Kate both had personal motives for attending this reunion and both wanted to right a wrong past done to them/by them. Both guests stories were interesting because even though they were best friends in high school, neither knew the back story or the pain the other had experienced. The ending was a bit of a surprise and I’m sure that Ms. Macomber wanted us to return to Rose Harbor for the conclusion by inserting a cliff hanger. Very satisfying.
Debbie Macomber writes wonderful books that are easy reading and very wanting more.
If you like heartfelt Christmas stories, you will like this one.
I just love all her books.
An easy entertaining read with some heart in it.

Like all of Debbie Macomber’s books this brings t he pages to life and plops you in the middle of the plot. It encourages you not to just read, but also live and breath the story.
