Terrific read! Really enjoyed this suspense novel. The characters are really well done, the storyline keeps the reader guessing, and the plot has all the good and essential twists and dangers necessary to keep the reader turning the pages. My teen daughter also enjoyed this read…light romance , heavy suspense- perfect combination!!
I received this book from the publisher. All opinions are my own.
This is the first book by Sharee Stover I have read and it was intriguing. The fast-paced action and suspense moved the plot at a great speed worthy of the romantic suspense genre. The intricate plot line was fun to follow and the twist and turns had me guessing at the identity of the villain (which eluded me until the end). The characters of Asia and Slade have a huge backstory which was interesting to discover as they dodged the bad guys and figured out the mystery behind Asia’s husband’s death. If you enjoy romantic suspense, you will definitely enjoy this book.

Silent Night Suspect grips you from the very beginning. It’s a story filled with suspense, second chance romance, and nerve-tingling, delicious tension. My heart raced in places in this fast-paced story, and I felt the emotions of her characters come right off the pages.
Sharee Stover’s Silent Night Suspect has the chills of a whodunnit novel coupled with romance to delight readers.
It’s a fantastic read for the long winter nights ahead, and road trips to visit family during the holidays.

Silent Night Suspect

Silent Night Suspect is a Love Inspired Suspense with Riveting Inspirational Romance. I was drawn in at the start and did not want to put it down. This is an exciting story with action and suspense that will have you trying to read faster to see what is going tp happen next. Blood , Cartel leader, and holding a gun. She can’t remember what happen, is she guilty ,or innocent?
Can they help her before before things gets worst?
I was given a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions are my own.
Totally WOW! I absolutely loved this book for various reasons. First of all, the storyline was 100% believable. Sometimes suspense stories have so many random things happen that you know it would never happen in real life. That was definitely not the case with this story! Second of all, I really loved the history between the main characters. Slade and Asia had always been friends, dated in high school, but were back in the friend zone when Asia chose to marry their mutual friend, Zander. Asia blamed Slade for Zander’s death which placed him at the very bottom of her list of people to tolerate. They both had to regain each other’s trust and forgiveness for the past before they can find out who is after them and look forward to a possible future for themselves. Last of all, I was tickled pink by the fact that Sharee, the author, lives in Nebraska and used names of towns and landmarks that I know because I also live in Nebraska! It made me feel like this story was actually taking place in an area I know and love. That feeling is something that I can honestly say has never been duplicated with any other book I have read. Kudos to Sharee for making me feel like I was witnessing her words come to life!
I received a copy of this book from the author but was under no obligation to post a review. All opinions are my own. (And yes, you really, REALLY need to grab this book ESPECIALLY if you are from Nebraska! )
In her sophomore release, Sharee Stover gives readers a story bursting with tension, danger, and more than one suspect. Even when I thought I had it figured out, there was a niggling suspicion about someone else (believe me, I never had it completely figured out).
There is also lots of history between Slade and Asia. They were high school sweethearts before Asia married Slade’s previous partner. The dynamic between these two is heated whether in Asia’s anger toward Slade or his attraction and determination to prove Asia’s innocence.
Clear your schedule, folks, because once you start Silent Night Suspect, you’re not going to want to put it down.

Sharee Stover has done it again! A fast-paced, entertaining mystery with characters readers will love after the first pages. I highly recommend this story to anyone who loves suspense, action, and falling in love!
WOW! The heart-racing action…and danger…never stop in this exciting romantic suspense!
Right from the start, widow Asia Stratton is in jeopardy….and sitting in the middle of a crime scene. Then her ex-boyfriend, Nebraska State Trooper Slade Jackson, arrives. The question is, will he protect her or arrest her?
The action in this dramatic romance is truly nonstop as the couple desperately search for safety. They confront twists and turns around every corner. Having lost everything, Asia feels she is on her own to exonerate herself after what has happened. Trooper Slade battles remorse over how his past decisions have hurt Asia. He is torn between his feelings and his promises.
These characters are intriguing! With his strong protective instincts and self-sacrificing attitude, Slade is my kind of hero! He has cared for Asia since they were children. Now he hopes to make amends for his past decisions. Asia is strong, but emotionally hurting. Her predicament feels real as she struggles to understand the situation she finds herself in. While Slade and Asia piece together clues to the crime, their attraction to each other develops. Can they find a way to trust each other as suspicions swirl around them? This author’s powerful writing keeps us guessing…and rapidly turning the pages!
Author Sharee Stover is definitely on my must-read list. If you enjoy fast-paced, second chance romances, this will be high on your TBR pile. Great characters and non-stop action propel this exciting love story to a stunning conclusion!

*I received a copy of this book with no requirement to write a positive review. I’m pleased to offer my honest opinion about this story
‘Did his prayers reach God? Where else did desperate men go?’
When you wake up next to a dead drug kingpin with blood on your blouse and a gun in your hand, you can guarantee things are not going to look well for you when the police pull up. This is exactly what happens to Asia Stratton. She can’t remember a thing from the last two days, but she’s certain she isn’t a killer. And she doesn’t even know the dead man!
Sharee Stover is a new-to-me author and I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I read it in one day and fully intend to continue to read her books. In fact, there is a secondary character in this book, who I would love to see get his own story. The characters were well formed, the plot was good and the action great. I love to see this in a book, situations where the reader is kept guessing until the end. Very nice to find a new author! Recommended.
*My thanks to the publisher and author for a preview copy of this book. The opinions expressed here are entirely my own.
