‘Full of twists and turns… You will be gripped… I just couldn’t stop reading… A fabulous story till the end.’ NetGalley reviewer, 5 stars A MISSING BABY. A MOTHER’S NIGHTMARE. When Izzy Grant’s newborn daughter Alys disappears, her world shatters around her. Despite an extensive search the police find no trace of the missing girl, but Izzy refuses to give up hope that her daughter will be … that her daughter will be found.
Then a note is pushed through her letterbox, warning her off.
For Izzy it’s a ray of hope, another lead for the police to follow. For DC Gaby Darin it’s another piece of the puzzle that just won’t fit. But as a long-lost friend returns to Izzy’s life with a shocking secret, Gaby realises the truth of who took Izzy’s daughter from her might lie in the past – and far closer to home than anyone could have imagined…
Gripping and unputdownable, this emotional thriller will have you racing through until the very last page. Perfect for fans of Cara Hunter, LJ Ross and Erin Kinsley.

This is my second read from Jenny O’Brien and it’s no surprise that I absolutely loved this book. Missing in Wales is such a unique storyline, with a wonderfully complex female detective and all the twists you hope for in a police procedural.
I love Izzy. Her story is so emotional, and I found myself really connected to her. I absolutely love how character-driven Missing in Wales. Those are my favorite kinds of novels and Jenny O’Brien has created a cast of believable characters.
I love the twists and turns. The ending especially was super suspenseful, and I wasn’t ready for the reveal. I probably missed some clues along the way, but I was shocked!
I highly recommend checking this one out. Jenny O’Brien is quickly becoming one of my favorites!

This story really surprised me I was surprised at the end not at all what I expected How many things could happen to Izzy and how tragic what someone could do for love the only good thing for Izzy is the finish and her further with her child
This is a decent read. However, because I identified the culprit early on I couldn’t give it a 4. Good surprising twist at the end. Leaves you thinking>
Excellent book. Is highly recommend
Great thriller! Had me gasping for breath! Read it in one day!
A little slow moving but keeps you in suspense until the very end.
I couldn’t put it down until I got to the end of the book. Had a ending I wasn’t expecting.
Almost didn’t see that one coming.
This book boasts interesting characters, a plot that keeps expanding, contracting and twisting, and writing that doesn’t get in the way. Well done! Only a few quibbles keep this from being a 5-star (and to mention them would be spoilers). Sad, scary and engrossing. Read it!
Loved the flow of the story.
I thought I had it figured out until the last few pages.
It was ok
Loved this book great content.
I started reading this book and before I knew it I really didn’t want to stop. Story line was interesting. Did decide that I knew what happened. But it still had some twist and turns.
I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys crafty twist and turns.

A good book to read on a rainy day. Engaging.
intriguing unveiling of a tragic occurrence and the circling of those involved to reach a conclusion.
Well crafted book. Characters real.
Original and creative. I read it faster than usual because I didn’t want to put it down.
