Cassie Franklin trips over nothing on perfectly flat surfaces every day, and she cannot seem to be able to simultaneously speak and look into her audience’s eyes. Cassandra Frank is the ultimate tease; her words have aroused, intrigued and captured the heart of thousands… And somehow, they are the same person. Hiding the fact that she writes erotica isn’t much of a challenge – no one would ever … – no one would ever think that a plain, boring little accountant like Cassie could so much as read anything so scandalous…
But one day, she makes a huge mistake.
Carter Harris employs so many people he can’t exactly recall all their names, but strangely, he knows her. She isn’t an executive, she isn’t sexy, or otherwise noticeable, but the girl is cute – in a helpless, unique sort of way.
He can’t pretend to say she ever crosses his mind, though… Until the day he finds the manuscript she worked on during her lunch hour.
Some girls do it is a series of adult romance with explicit content. Expect standalone novellas about different couples from the same group of friends, each of them ending on a happily for now note. There won’t be another book about any of the couples.

Funny, I especially loved the line about she had the written 3 books at work and had the hearing of a German Shepherd. Who hasn’t had a slow day at work and needed to look busy!
Loved it !!
So so….
Who would suspect that shy clumsy Cassie is really Cassandra, the naughty author. This is the perfect real life/fantasy story. This is the story where the shy girl really likes the hot boss and in reality nothing will happen from it. In Cassie’s fantasy, she knows exactly how to dress, what to say and how to seduce.
One misplaced envelope introduces Carter to Cassandra. Carter has always be interested in Cassie and he couldn’t figure out why but when he reads the words that Cassandra wrote it stirs something in him that makes him have to get to know her.
The chemistry between these two were off the charts. I really enjoyed this book!
Cute story with a happy ending…just what I was looking for in a quick read.
This book was funny, romantic and hot in a few places.
enjoyed it…
This book is a fast read. It has it’s fair share of sex, innuendo, and funny scenes! I wish it was longer and had fewer swear words. I didn’t like the how it ended and for that reason, I don’t think I will be buying any more of her books, unless she writes the continuation of “Shy Girls Write It Better”
It was to short.
A good relaxing read!
I really enjoyed this book
cute wish the book was longer
Loved It – Went and purchased the entire series!
I was really liking this book, just getting into the story… when it ends. It’s like wait what? Did you run out of pages? It just ends. Yes you can predict the ending, but let’s face it you can predict most books these days, but we still would like the author to bother to write it down. Disappointed.
very fun read
Cute book…. definitely entertaining
Fun to read but ended abruptly.
I really love this book I will definitely read more of her books. It was really a fun read the characters interactions kept me laughing and rooting for a happily ever after but I’ll have to wait till the next book to find out
I loved this story. At first I thought it was going to be an over the top sex book but it was a good story. A young woman working in a large office is rarely given any real work to do. She always finishes her jobs early and then has nothing to do. So, she decides to start writing a book. It is a book on erotica love but yet she has no experience in this field. she has a sexy boss that would never notice her if he bumped into her. She is just not his type. One day they get their folders mixed up and he winds up with the rough draft of her latest story. Fireworks from this point on. It is a fun read and one that you will enjoy. I definitely recommend it. It is sexy so if that is a problem be aware. I loved it. One of my favorites.
Normally I love this authors books and I did like this one right up until I was smacked with the too abrupt ending. I found myself wondering if there was another book where the story would continue as part of another book. This would have been a 4 or 5 star if not for that. May does a fine job instilling humor along with the sexy time in her books which I thoroughly enjoy. This book is def worth reading, but just be ready for the drop ending.
