New York Times bestselling author Molly McAdams delivers another heart-wrenching, emotional novel in her Thatch series… swirl in chaos. But Charlie doesn’t know how to let him in… until a stranger stumbles upon a notebook filled with her innermost secrets, and shows her how.
Deacon Carver is known for sleeping his way through the town of Thatch, as well as the surrounding cities—something he used to take pride in. But that persona has haunted Deacon ever since he decided to leave that life behind for the girl he wants more than anything: Charlie Easton.
But when another girl falls into Deacon’s life, allowing him to be himself without judgment for his past, will their conversations hinder his relationship with Charlie … even if he’s never seen her?

Show Me How was a bittersweet read for me. I was looking forward to reading this book and I was not disappointed at all. I LOVED this book. But it is bittersweet because this is the last book in the Thatch Series and I am sad to see this series end. I loved each and every book in this series. To be honest each book got better then the last. Molly gave us such memorable characters, that I know I will have to revisit these books again in the future.
One thing any fan of Molly’s knows that when you read any of her books, be prepared to have you emotions thrown all over the place. Her books always leave me emotionally exhausted but in the best way. I always tell anyone I recommend her books to, to make sure you have tissues handy. Molly definitely knows how to bring tears to her readers eyes.
Show Me How is the third and final book in Molly’s Thatch Series. Even though each of these books can be read as a standalone…I really wouldn’t recommend it. This is a series I really think should be read in order to fully understand the characters. Because each of the characters in the books play such a main role in the other books of the other couples. These characters are all linked together. I will say I thought Molly did an excellent job filling in all the blanks for any reader who didn’t read the previous books. She makes reading these books as standalones very easy.
Show Me How is a friends-to-enemies-to-lovers story. Charlie and Deacon have known each other since they were kids, but over the course of this series (things you learn in the first book Letting Go) Deacon has come to hate Charlie and isn’t very nice to her. But over the course of this story Deacon learns to open up to Charlie and things turn toward the better for them. I thought Molly told this story in an interesting fashion. I am not going to expand on that, but just know I thought it was perfect!!! I will admit there was a small part around the 40% mark that I wasn’t too happy with, but it didn’t take away from my enjoyment of this book.
So I will conclude by say this much…..This is a MUST READ BOOK/SERIES!! I thought the way Molly concluded everyone’s story was perfect!!!
I’m so thrilled to get the last book in this series! When I received the book I was like
I decided they my review is going to be a written as I read and have thoughts and reactions throughout.

I’m cherishing the fact that we get to see into the lives of Grey, Jagger, Knox, Harlow, and Graham. Characters we have fallen in love with in Letting Go and To The Stars
I’m feeling like Raven while reading this book. I predicted a few things.

“Where’d you go? I’ll come for you.” Gah Molly and the lines she writes in every book there is always something she says that I am never the same afterwards.
Deacon frustrates me so much! His mood swings and his back and forth. Men I swear

Oh Jagger being the protective older brother. I love him so much and I really want him to just punch Deacon.

I’m hurting and feeling for Charlie so much. The mental abuse from her mom her whole life and then the things Ben vocalized, leading her on, knowing about Keith. I just want Ben to come back so I can punch him! I feel so much for Charlie all those fears, doubts, and insecurities. Deacon saying things he has always said and her getting so hurt by them. I get that. Getting over any abuse is a daily struggle forever.
Deacon you are so so dumb! You are ripping my heart out!

That epilogue…My heart can’t take it, it can’t take it at all. Molly I love how you ended The Thatch Series but do you have to do such damage on my heart and emotions?
