The third book in the Sanctuary for My Mate series is a gripping and deeply emotional addition to the series. Caleb is struggling with the stress of life which includes running the resort, twins on the way and the taking care of his family which feeds a whole range of emotions into the story as Wednesday struggles to provide the support that he needs. These strong characters easily pull readers into their story and suspense builds throughout the story as readers wonder if Caleb and Wednesday can turn things around, especially after tragedy strikes and sends Caleb running for the hills. The story is fast paced and the intense emotions flow the pages keeping readers engaged in the story while causing a few tears. Don’t worry this story also warms the heart and brings smiles of happiness as well and readers can’t tear their eyes away from the pages of this sensitive and transfixing read that captures the heart.
I really enjoyed seeing Caleb and Wednesday in this story and reading about the trials that they were having. There were a couple areas that seemed a little rushed, but they worked themselves out in the end.
Of course true to style we had some couples find each other, even though the story didn’t evolve around them. I would have liked to see that more.
But all and all I loved the little story.
Until Next Time… Tabi
Shelter For My Mate takes us into Caleb & Wednesday’s story as they are preparing to welcome twins and open the resort. Marriage is tough. Keeping the love alive when you are working night and day is really tough. This story takes us along as Caleb and Wednesday figure out what it takes to get through the hard times together. This book had me crying ugly tears but left me with a happy heart. This book can be read standalone but is better if you’ve read the first two.
This was a well written story, with plenty of emotion. Poor Wednesday goes through so much and Caleb is so far in his head. Author Terri A. Wilson did a great job keeping me engaged in the story and endeared to the characters. I hope to read more about the characters in this shifter world.
Caleb and his mate, Wednesday, are preparing for the arrival of their twins. Unfortunately, there’s a tragic accident and damage to his resort. He doesn’t like to ask for help but learns that there are times you need it. For shelter isn’t only a dwelling, but the arms of love.
Since opening Libre Volare Resort Caleb’s life has been nothing but what is best for the resort. Even after mating Wednesday he’s still stuck working non-stop and allowing the problems with the resort to build and weigh heavily on his shoulders.
But now Caleb and Wednesday are expecting, twins no less and Caleb finds himself split in more directions than possible. However, one day everything is swept up in a fire and all of Caleb’s hard work is crumbling down in ashes.
What’s a man to do when he’s used to taking care of everyone around him?
Caleb was a character that I could really relate to. I’m one of those who obsess over a task and would rather do things myself than ask for help. However, it took the strain in his relationship with his family and mate for him to finally realize that asking for help wouldn’t make them view him any different or weaker. It meant he was stronger because he had the courage to ask for help.
Caleb’s trials, tribulations and responsibilities are more than one person can handle. Wednesday’s love, trust and perseverance are his saving grace. This is an amazing series.
Book 3
This 3rd book in the series was the most complex so far. It dealt with more emotion and problems that this family had to face. You don’t often read about the men facing emotional problems but this book showed how men face these self doubt issues all to often. When Caleb feels the world on his shoulders what does he do? Takes flight to the mountain and hides in a cave. This book was different also because Wednesday and Caleb are already mated. It was another glimpse into the Hanson family lives. I enjoyed this book and looking forward to #4.
I can’t get enough of this whole family. When disaster strikes, the entire family has to come together to save the man that saved them all. With his stubborn streak, his family worries that he may not allow them to save him.
I have fallen in love with each of these characters. I can’t wait to read the fourth installment.
In this book I got really attached to caleb because I understand how it is to push away those closest to you when are going through alot of stressful things. No one wants to see their dreams smash into a million pieces and we try everything just to make it work, but having your loved ones there supporting you and helping you makes all the difference in the world. This book was eye opening and emotional, but at the same time it was amazing. I couldn’t put it down.
Great story and the connection between Caleb and Wednesday is great and intense. I can’t wait to read more by this author.
He has built a place to help others but he has pushed his family further away. Can his wife gets through to him? He loses everything but he has lost everything. What will happen? Will they make it? See what will happen

Caleb struggles with running Libre Volare as his Mate Wednesday gets closer to delivering twins.
Libre Volare was built with the idea that it was a sanctuary but for Caleb the stress of running it is getting too much but with his Mate Wednesday pregnancy with twins getting more advanced he seems to be running but staying still with all the projects in hand. He seems to have less and less time to spend with Wednesday and argues more and more with his brothers. Then fate brings disaster. A Shifter romance to relax and enjoy.

This was a really good read and I just loved Caleb and Wednesday and watching them prepare for their babies It was a good realistic story and I was quickly pulled in. I did find myself wanting to shake Caleb at times though this was really good I enjoyed it.
Preparing for one baby is hard enough but to prepare for twins is twice as hard. Add in other issues and catastrophes it add so much more stress.
There were many times I could reach into the book and hug Wednesday while slapping Caleb. This is a read that is filled with emotions.
