A passionate novel of love, betrayal, and obsession, She Belongs to Me will have you falling in love and wondering if you can trust anyone right up to the last page. Charlotte police officer Jordan Monroe is used to being in control. Ever since his father died, he has provided for his mother and sisters and even hired his two brothers-in-law to help run his successful construction company. On a … construction company. On a chance business trip, however, he meets the one person who throws his life into a whirlwind–Jaynee.
Jaynee has lived a tragic life and has sworn off all men. That is until a rugged southern gentleman lands in her seating area, refusing to take no for an answer. From the moment they meet, Jordan sweeps her off her feet, assuring her that happiness exists. But can she really escape her past?
Five years later, Jordan finds Jaynee on their back porch with a gunshot wound to the head. While Jaynee lies in a coma, Jordan has to go back to their beginning and figure out what went wrong. Did he push his wife to the edge, or has her past come back to haunt them?

Story has twist and turns you didn’t expect. Lead characters are not what you would think. Loved the ending that ties up everything in a neat bundle. Will read more form this author.
This book is wonderful every page so very easy to get lost in the lives you read about i read this book on my commute to work so easy to get lost in time
Keeps me awake.
loved it!!!
A quick read and enjoyable.
I really enjoyed this one, very unusual ending
Really enjoyed this book. It was a good romance with mystery to it. Left you wanting to turn the next page to read more quickly….Really had you guessing to the end….
Loved this book! Clean, romantic, and a mystery!
Hard to believe at first that someone would fall in love head over heels but enjoyed the follow-up of the romance.
This was an entertaining book and a quick read.
I appreciated the fact that the author did not use bad language.
Hard to keep date in mind. Too much “thinking details” before moving on to whatever will occur next. I may finish the last third, and may not. I keep reading hoping for a redeeming chapter.
This book could have been 75 pages shorter if it weren’t for all of the emotional angst that kept it going, over and over again. Not enough suspense to make it worth the effort.
Just……no.
Weak characters
This was my first time reading anything by this author and I really enjoyed the book. To me she wrote this book as a romance and suspense as a Christian writer. Very good read!!
This book was a pretty good read…not too predictable. But it was kind of sappy with the “falling in love at first sight” theme, which isn’t realistic in real life.
A good read
The story was way too long. The guy was way too perfect. Not realistic. The plot was good but the story too long.
This book was very good until three quarters of the way then it started to drag. Still an interesting read.
