I’m not always okay with some decisions that Shane makes. However, I loved being able to read from his point of view. There is something that is always clear, his unconditional love for Beth and his family.
In this story the author shows us that things not always as easy as they seem and that men have their little hearts, and that sometimes they can be sensitive as well.
This is the book that helped me fall in love with Shane “It’s whatever you want to be, sweetheart “
Loved this. All the issues I had with the last book are all better hahahah. So glad guys can just beat each other up and be friends. But the convo between Tyler and Shane really opened up Tyler in my eyes and yes I knew all that info but to hear how upset he was really made a difference about his behavior. Loved all the inklings of matchings. Mhm. Cooper and Sam?! Erin and Mack?! Jonah and lia?! Can’t wait.
SHANE is a novella giving Shanes POV from what occurred in Fearless while also setting up for the next book Broken with sister Lia. You would need to read Fearless to better appreciate the story.
Shane’s POV in this novella gives us wonderful insight into his thoughts at a critical point in the series. A must read in the McIntyre world April created.
Shane and Beth are the first couple that had me completely smitten for April Wilson’s writing. Luckily April decided to give us another glimpse into this intriguing couple through the eyes of the sexy Shane McIntyre who loves Beth fiercely and totally which shows through in each of his actions. Whether he is arguing with her over her safety, standing against her over protective brother, or worshiping her body. If readers weren’t besotted by this alpha before, they sure will be after reading Shane.
Shane McIntyre takes us along on his journey of protecting Beth against the evil monster Kline who hurt her so many years ago along with the aftermath of tempers and flying punches that ensues. Just when you think that there is no drama left in Shane and Beth’s life, April surprises us again. Shane always manages to wiggle his way deeper into my heart with each page of his story that April creates. He is always there to look after not only his family but Beth also and if that isn’t enough to get a reader’s motor running, seeing Shane and Beth getting down and dirty is sure to do the job.
I am so excited to see Beth get the happiness and closure that she deserves. April shows readers Beth’s amazing strength through Shane’s eyes. Beth Jamison has become a remarkable woman despite all the horrifying events of her past. She is a heroine not to feel pity for but instead look up to and admire.
April Wilson has fans everywhere chanting “We want more!” when it comes to Shane and Beth and she is fulfilling our wishes with each new addition to the series. I highly recommend Shane along with ALL of the books in the McIntyre Bodyguard series for romance found in the midst of danger, drool worthy heroes, and heroines with some extra sass. April has me obsessed with the McIntyre family and ready for more stories featuring this rowdy bunch!
Nice to read Shane’s POV.
