A see yourself out note isn’t how you want to celebrate the morning after your first one-night stand. The first time I meet Archer Callahan is when I block him in a parking spot. The second is a fender bender. The third is at a bar, drinking away our problems, and finding our way to his bed.I never expected to see him again. That changes when a month later, he’s introduced as my brother’s new … introduced as my brother’s new business partner.
In need of a job, I’m hired at their bar, much to Archer’s dismay.
We hate each other.
We’re off-limits.
But every time we’re together, flashbacks of that night shake through us.
We push, we pull, until one of us breaks.

Book 2 in the Twisted Fox series. We got to meet Archer and Georgia in Stirred and I have been waiting for their story and now it is here. Loved this story so much. A great enemies to lovers romance (one of my favorite tropes). They hated each other but were still drawn to each other. The chemistry between them was so hot. You will be pulled in from page one and their story will stay with you long after the last page. I can’t wait for the next story in this series.
Since the first book of the series I was so damn curious about Archer and Georgia, they had a hate relationship and I just wanted to know why! Now the time is finally here and the reasons was not what I was expecting. Charity created an romantic story but full of pain, hurt, angst and at times funny, because their bickering was so good!
I honestly don’t know if I would be able to handle everything that Georgia went through with Archer, that’s how I knew she loved him so much and would fight for him, but also giving back as good as she got.
They were so different and yet so similar with their past pain. They both were so broken and hurt by their families, with exception of their brothers, but how they handle the pain was how they differed. While she was sunshine and fight to move on learning from the past, he lived there, with his guilt and pain, and within every day that pain changed him. It’s is difficult to change back when you are so low.
And when I found out everything that happened to him and his family, damn, that was painful. Even now my heart is squeezing. And although I couldn’t agreed with how he act with Georgia, I definitely could understand. He wanted to protect her, she was a ray of sunshine and strength and he thought he was basically the Angel of death, he didn’t want to bring her down with him.
I just wish they stayed happier together more time in the book, it was like oh good they are fine, finally!, and the author came like a ninja and said: HAHAHA think again, babe! But the ending was freakin beautiful, they finally had their happy ending and I finally could breath. But now I can’t wait to read more of their friends and family stories, they are all awesome!
4.5 stars
Archer and Georgia don’t get off on the right foot the first time they meet. The second time is no better but it seems the third time is the charm and they end up spending the night together. Georgia wakes up alone, with nothing but a thanks for last night, see yourself out note and vows to forget about Archer and their night together. So you can imagine her absolute delight at finding out the guy who pulled a vanishing act on her is her brothers friend and business partner. Yeah this is going to go brilliantly (she says rolling her eyes).
I loved Archer and Georgia. Georgia knows how to rile Archer up and she never lets an opportunity to get under his skin pass her by. They have a love hate relationship and the chemistry between them is hard to ignore which really doesn’t help an already tense situation. Archer is dealing with some pretty big issues and I did feel for the guy but it was Georgia that won me over from the start. I loved everything about her.
This is a great book with brilliant characters. Emotional, a little bit angsty, a lot of chemistry and tension, with some humour sprinkled in, seriously what more could you ask for? Can’t wait for the next book in the Twisted Fox series.
After reading Book 1 of Charity Ferrell’s Twisted Fox Series, I needed to get my hands on Georgia and Archer’s book. In Stirred, we got a glimpse of their love-to-hate-you relationship and you just new that their story was going to be an interesting one. Their book, Shaken, blew my expectations out of the water, for so many, many reasons.
It’s a:
Second chance
Brother’s best friend
Enemies to lovers
Slow burn romance read.
As much as I wanted to hate Archer, I just couldn’t. As the book went on, I grew to like him more and more. There were times though, that I wanted to reach into my kindle and slap him upside the head for being such a stubborn a**, but his reluctance to form a relationship with Georgia, came from an honest place.
For her part, Georgia is a little ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. She is beautiful inside and out and her love, dedication and loyalty to her brother, nephew and friends is admirable. Even though her childhood was far from the best, she still maintains the capacity to love and forgive.
Shaken will reel you in and keep you reading, until finally, the happily ever after you want, no need, them to have comes to fruition. It’s not easy, sometimes it’s downright painful, but when they finally get together it is so worth every angsty moment.
TBR Charity Ferrell’s Twisted Fox Series and Enjoy!
This was a short and cute little book. Fate has a huge sense of humor in this story for Archer and Georgia. They meet more than once in hysterical situations which once ends in a one night stand. Neither of them EVER expect to see each other a fourth time. What are the odds??? These two dealing with each other on and off for years is one of the funniest things I have read. Both try not to hate each other so much and seeing them realize they may actually have genuine feelings for each other is the best. A great book and I recommend to all!
You couldn’t have two more different people work more perfectly well together. As much as they went back and forth, the chemistry between Archer and Georgia was undeniable. I love how the different tropes were mixed in here to create one angsty, passionate, and emotional story.
Aiden and CJ did a fabulous job bringing Archer and Georgia to life.
I’m so freaking happy right now! Although, my heart has taken a beating.
You saw in the first book the tension between Georgia and Archer – and in this one you find out exactly what went down.
It’s not an easy story, there is a lot of hurt, grief and loss. But, there is happiness and light – and there are also some very magical moments.
I loved the glimpses I got of Georgia in the first book (I knew she was going to be a fun character) and after hearing her story, I can honestly say; she is amazing. Her heart is so big, she sees the best in everyone and is everything I want to be when I grow up.
Archer – I’m not going to talk about him much because this book IS his story. You need to read/listen to it to understand him. What I will say is: he is complicated, broken and so much more than I ever expected.
This is one story that I couldn’t put down. Archer’s character is so complex you cannot help the love/hate relationship while reading. The character development is superbly written and you turn pages wondering if he will hinder any chance at a future with Georgia. These two both have issues that need healing. But can they do it together? I cannot wait for more of this series.
I was excited for this since you got glimpses of their tension in the first book! This took that tension and multiplied it by 1,000!! Shaken was the second book in Charity’s Twisted Fox Series. It can be read as stand-alone, but why would you want to? Their push and pull was full of angst but it was also super sweet and sexy!
Georgia and Archer’s paths kept crossing but each time seemed to get worse. The final straw was a note the morning after getting together. Georgia was done, except to her dismay, their lives were forever intertwined. They couldn’t get away from each other. Would their hate ever turn to love?
Holy wow! I loved how it followed their relationship every step of the way. These two were so perfect for each other but for some reason, they needed to take the long way to get there. This has been an awesome series and I can’t wait for more!
Charity knows how to write an angsty romance and though she promised me I wouldn’t cry at the intense tension, she LIED. Archer and Georgia’s romance is filled with slow-burning, angsty, heart-aching tension. Archer is a tortured hero and Georgia is exactly who he needs to break free of his pain—that is if he’d let her. There’s a lot of back and forth and will they or won’t they, but I promise you it’s the best kind of torture.
This is Charity at the top of her game! Y’all won’t be disappointed and I highly recommend reading Stirred too!

This is the most amazing book I’ve read by Miss Ferrell! I just loved Archer and Georgia! they’re my favorite couple from this author! I need more from this series!
This is the 2nd book in this awesome series and is Archer and Georgia’s story. These two meets in a bar and end up having a 1-night stand, which leaves Georgia with a note to show herself out in the morning. Never expecting to meet again they are stunned to meet again when he is her brother’s business partner in opening a pub. The love / hate relationship they have going on is humorous and entertaining. Georgia is more than a match for the uptight Archer, and she certainly knows what buttons to push to challenge him out of his comfort zone. This is a beautifully written story which is fun, entertaining, emotional, and with heartbreak, drama, and love, which all leads to an engaging and riveting read, I was hooked throughout this addictive page turner, and look forward to reading more from this gifted author whose work I highly recommend for all.
I am loving the Twisted Fox series by Charity Ferrell so much. Shaken, the second book in the series, can technically be read as a standalone, as each book is about a different couple. However, I truly enjoyed reading both and highly recommend them. Shaken gives reader a bit of an enemies to lovers story about second chances that was emotional, a bit angsty and so much fun to read.
Georgia and Archer have some history together and we finally find out how much. They share undeniable chemistry that sparks all around them. Even so, as the sister to his new business partner, she is off limits. Even if neither can forget the one night they spent together. Archer carries so much baggage that causes him to push her away. Georgia is sweet, caring and likable. Can they find a way to each other before it’s too late? A captivating read with characters I loved and a story I devoured.

Happy reading!
Shaken is the second book in the Twisted Fox series and this one packs a punch with intensity and passion. Archer and Georgia’s story is emotional, drama filled and at times can be frustrating. The push and pull between these two has the chemistry between them high and just waiting for a spark to ignite it. This slow burn angsty story will have you captivated by Georgia and Archer and understanding that sometimes opposites really are perfect for each other.
This is book two of the Twisted Fox series, and in the first book we see Georgia and Archer constantly fighting and even though it looks like they hate each other, we know that they have a spark they don’t want to ignite. We didn’t have a clue about their story, but we finally get the lowdown on what really happened, and why they have this push and pull relationship. I will say I didn’t see any of this story coming. With loads of drama, some heartbreak, and some super hot naughty bits. This story was everything I had hoped it would be, even when I was wondering what was wrong with Georgia, I was loving every minute of the push and pull. I give this 5 stars.
Shaken is the second book in the Twisted Fox series by Charity Ferrell. It can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading Stirred first because it gives you the angst and sexual tension of Gergia and Archer a little bit longer.
Georgia and Archers story is full of angst and sexual tension. You know the saying „You always meet twice“ that‘s exactly their story. Many encounters lead up to a one-night stand with a not so good ending. As live wants it months later they meet again and that gets the ball rolling!
Archer has a hard past. He‘s trying to start fresh when Georgia storms into his life and turns everything upside down.
I loved this story alot and couldn‘t put the book down even if I wanted to. The characters sucked me in with their tension. I just needed to know everything.

I have been DYING for Georgia and Archer’s story since the moment they were both introduced in Stirred and Shaken was everything I could have asked for and more.
Archer and Georgia have had a few run ins (literally) in the past, however, when they were both down they happened to run into each other one night at a bar. From there things ensured and ended in a one night stand. Of course, they didn’t expect to see each other again, but fate had a different plan.
I loved the banter between Archer and Georgia at the beginning of the story. They both knew how to push the others buttons. They proved that there is a fine line between love and hate. Despite the hatred they spewed towards each other you can feel the chemistry between them and the tension.
There is so much more to Archer’s story than I expected. He is going through so many emotional struggles. I felt for him and for everything he was going to. He doesn’t realize how much he needs someone like Georgia in his life.
I loved everything about Archer and Georgia’s relationship. It was an angst filled slow burn that is 1000% worth the wait.
I was sucked into this book from the moment I saw this cover, it is absolutely stunning. I knew I was going to love Archer and Georgia together. The tension in Stirred was already apparent and I couldn’t wait to find out more.
I love how this book backtracked to the beginning and we got to find out how it all began. It explained so much I had assumed it would start where Stirred had left off but this was just so much better. It was perfect because the “before” Stirred part was fast paced but have you enough that you felt like you had the whole story. It was seamless and perfect.
And I was right I loved everything about Georgia and Archer. The chemistry is incredible and reads off the page really well. Georgia is sassy and outgoing and friendly and someone who anyone can talk to and Archer is brooding and broken and guarded and in desperate need of someone he can trust with himself. Together they are perfect. I absolutely love everything about their relationship, even when they are enemies you can feel how much they care for each other.
This is a great series. I love the bar so much and how it is the center to their whole world. It reminds me of an updated Cheers. I cannot wait to get to know all of these incredible characters more. They all have their secrets and mysteries for us to figure out.
The newcomers, Lincoln and Cassidy are great additions to round things out and their book is coming up next! I cannot wait.
Shaken is the second book in the Twisted Fox series and the angst in this lovers to enemies to lovers / best friends sister book is high!
Archer and Georgia met by chance one night in a bar. It did not end well. When they had yet another chance encounter it got even worse. Then when Archer realizes Georgia is the little sister of his best friend the real back and forth begins.
Archer is dark and broody and Georgia is the complete opposite. She is happy and draws everyone in with her bubbly personality. They couldn’t be more opposite and couldn’t be more right for each other. Part of the book I wanted to throttle Archer but the rest I just wanted to hug him. He has deep dark demons he must overcome and thankfully Georgia is a saint and stands by while he works himself out.
I have enjoyed these first two books in this series and look forward to reading more from this group!
I love this series! 5 twisted stars for this one!
In book 2 we get Archer & Georgia’s story!

When these two meet again, the sparks are still there, but it makes her even more mad that now that she knows who he is, he treated her the way he did. Now they have to work together at her brothers bar, can they keep their past a secret from her brother and work together like nothing happened?
