Bear
Sshh…can you keep a secret?
If you’re hiding in the dark,
How long ‘til you leak it?
If you really must tell all
How far can we sweep it?
If you lay down the gauntlet
Can you make us leap it?
You know who we are
You know what we did
Will you keep it to yourself
Or will you lift the lid?
Sshh…can you keep a secret?
Honey
Psst…want to know a secret?
It’s big, it’s bad, it’s ugly
And I … secret?
Honey
Psst…want to know a secret?
It’s big, it’s bad, it’s ugly
And I don’t think I can keep it
If I tell and you find out
Your wrath, you will heap it
The tide will turn, you will learn
And now you shall reap it
I know who you are
I know what you did
Will I keep it to myself
Or will I lift the lid
Psst…want to know a secret?

Shake You (Boys of Trinity Hall Book 3) by MV Ellis. This dark romance kept me on the edge of my seat while the author’s storytelling and attention to detail kept me vested in characters and outcome of story. It’s raw, it’s gritty, it’s full of drama, strong tormented characters, suspense, and intense steamy scenes. I LOVED It! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
PHENOMENAL CHEMISTRY!
Insta everything! it grabs your attention and keeps you intrigued with unexpected twists and irresistible turns that thrill and excite throughout the page turning suspense. The chemistry tantalizing and phenomenal with A fierce side of hottness. A fantastic addition to this amazing series.
5 GRIZZLY BEAR STARS!! I am so addicted to this series….like bears are to honey. Bear and Honey will take you on one crazy, bumpy and sexy ride, so strap in and listen. Their story is very entertaining and will keep you turning pages. If you haven’t started this series….I would definitely do it, you are missing out.
This is the 3rd book in this awesome series and is Bear and Honey’s story. These two are total opposites but the chemistry between them is explosive. Honey is the editor of the campus newspaper and she is tasked with writing a story about the hot football player. No spoilers: this is an absolute must read series you will not be disappointed. This is a well written intense story which is filled with angst, secrets, drama, which all lead to an entertaining read. I was hooked throughout this addictive page turner and I highly recommend for all.
What is it with these college kids?!!
They full on hate one another one minute and then lust takes over and they’re tearing each others clothes off in the next!
All I can say is, I’m glad I’m an old married woman as I don’t think I would have survived the college life of MV Ellis’s world; these kids are downright vicious with a heaping of raging hormones!
But, I do love to read about them, and this third instalment of the Boys of Trinity Hall is off the charts volatile and sexy as hell!!
The not-so-secret, anarchistic society of Cygnus Dei are up to their old tricks; lording over the students of Trinity hall with threatened violence and repercussion.
So, when a damning Polaroid shows up at star footballer and Cygnus member Bryce “Bear” Hamilton’s apartment, the boys scramble to action to neutralise the intended threat of exposure.
Only, they’re not the only one to receive the insidious calling card, and when college paper journalist Honey St George, receives hers, in which she has a starring role, the cat has well and truly been set amongst the pigeons.
But Bear is already thrown into Honey’s path as she is tasked to write a story on him, something neither of them is keen on.
Cue the hostility folks!!
If I thought the tension and hatred between our previous lovers in this series was intense, the contempt between these two is next level and ultimately hot as hell!
It’s only a matter of time that said clothes start flying, though I was actually surprised it ignited when it did, as there was little in their exchange to indicate it coming, but with that out of the way it’s obvious to us they are far from “one and done”.
Bear gives you little to admire aside from his drive and intelligence early in this story; his almost cruel goading of Honey held little appeal, but as he softens to this viper in her own right, so did this reader’s appreciation of him and his loyalty to her.
Honey too, is unappealingly dogged in her determination to bring Cygnus down, but as her backstory is alluded to you understand her drive to uncover Cygnus’ devious culture of tyranny, and you have to champion her cause.
Xavier, is once again his arsehole self, making me wonder how I ever found him redeemable before, and Drew does not disappoint with his sarcasm and defence play between the members of the group.
But it’s actually Kane and Fox who stole the show of supporting characters for me and I’m now super excited to see what’s install for them in next of this great series!
I’m definitely heading back to Trinity Hall!!!
This is my favorite book of this bully romance series so far. Each book is a standalone and aside from understanding personalities of the peripheral characters, it doesn’t require that each book be read. I really liked Bear and Honey (names are a bit contrived) and their personalities. Honey was strong enough to stand-up to Bear and his friends and Bear eventually defended and stood up for Honey, which i appreciated. The plot moved along quickly and there was plenty of steamy parts to keep the reader interested.

Shake You is book 3 in the Boys of Trinity Hall series and this bully romance will fill you with angst and have you captured by the intrigue surrounding Honey and Bryce “Bear” Hamilton. These two are like a flame to fuel and the heat between them is explosive. As anger, morals and friendship all play a part in their story, you will be on the edge of your seat as it unfolds. A sizzling, steamy romance that will keep you guessing with all the twists and turns. A love hate relationship between Bear and Honey that will have your heart pounding and your pulse racing.
Shake you is book 3 in Boys of Trinity Hall series. Bryce aka Bear and Honey are as opposite as Night and day but with heaps of heat that they can’t get away from. I love a enemies to lovers romance with a whole heap of angst. Another amazing read by MV Ellis and looking forward to the next instalment.
A well written book with an interesting story line. The characters are strong and the story flows quickly and smoothly. I enjoyed reading this story.

This was the third book in the series.
This one was sexy as hell and takes you on a ride as complete opposites become lovers.
Will Bear finally find his Honeypot.
Love how the sarcasm and insults between these two becomes foreplay and really sets up the scene.
Great addition to the series…. looking forward to the next one.

The third book in Boys of Trinity Hall and omg! Once again, I am completely and utterly blown away. These college kids are crazy!
Honey has uncovered information about a secret society at Trinity Hall and as the editor of the school paper, she knows she needs to see where this information will lead. As she starts to dig deeper into the mystery, she is also assigned to interview Bear, the captain of the football team. What she least expects is for these two stories to interconnect. Bear doesn’t want to be interviewed but when he realizes that Honey knows more than she should about Cignus Dei, it becomes his job to find out how much and get her off the story. The last thing he expects is to realize spending time with Honey is something he looks forward to. Is there a chance that this player could be taken off the market by the sexy journalist? Or will the work of the society send her running from Bear? This crew from Trinity Hall always keep me guessing. The things they do in the name of their secret society usually have me cringing but somehow, by the end of each journey, I get an incredible romance with an alpha male that I can stand behind. Love all the unexpected twists and turns along the way. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
Shake You is the third book in the Boys of Trinity Hall Series. This book focuses on Bryce Hamilton, aka Bear and Honey St George.
These two i found to be total opposites she is journalist a he is a jock lol i found her to be the nerdy type but then at the same time she wasn’t, she never let Bear get one over on her always had her guard up and never backed down. Honey and Bear seriously fought like a old married couple lol i loved it.
It all begins with Honey witnessing something she shouldn’t and her and Bear receiving a Polaroid of that night, and then her having to interview Bear for the news paper and it goes from there. We get to see Xavier and his moody self again and also Drew and Fox. The chemistry between Honey and Bear was off the chain hot . You can tell through the book at the start they have such a love hate relationship they really do try to resist each other all the way and its funny to watch it all unfold. When they are together it is hot as a steam room. I loved this book i cannot wait to read Fox’s story. BRING ON THE NEXT ONE..
Shake you! Well that’s a perfect title for this book you will feel the effects of this Bully Romance long after you have turned the final page.
This is an intriguing story of a young investigative journalist, Honey St. George who is assigned to do a promotional piece on the Captain of the College football team, he is not impressed by this scenario at all. Let the sparks fly.
Bryce “Bear” Hamilton is a hunky pierced Adonis, who is well aware of his stature. He is one of the key members of the Cygnus Dei, which Honey discovers along the way. She is a gorgeous woman with an inner strength who, for reasons of her own, is on a mission to discover the truth of this secret society and expose them.
As polaroid’s surface to both Bear and Honey it’s clear there is a mystery involving a third party. It has you keeping the pages turning. As these guys have a lot at stake.
Bear and Honey discovered that behind the tension the hate sex is off the charts so their one and done evolves into so much more. I really enjoyed getting to know the true Bear and learning what had led to the courageous Honey being so passionate.
The boys and their banter were back in full force and once again we got to hate Xavier (just for a little bit). I’m looking forward to more, Kane and Fox are next, I hope. Fox just cracks me up.
Shake You is the third book in the Boys of Trinity Hall Series. We are introduced to Bryce Hamilton, known as Bear to his friends and Honey St George. We’ve come to expect the shenanigans of the Cygnus Dei and the way they toy with peoples lives and minds. We are led through the woods on a bear hunt, when we find him he’s busy with his honey pot. I love the angst this book delivers.
Bear isn’t happy about having to be interviewed, and having a piece run in the campus newspaper. The Dean and his coach have approved and arranged it so he has no choice but to go along. However, he is not going to make it easy for Honey. When a Polaroid picture surfaces, proving someone witnessed the last Cygnus Dei initiation, the hierarchy call code black. He’s a one and done kind of guy, but he can’t seem to stay away from her, like a bee drawn to the hive. One thing is for sure, if you get to close you’re going to get stung. His biggest dilemma is in being honest to himself and staying loyal to his allegiance.
Honey St George is the editor of the Heathcote Herald the campus newspaper. She’s seen something she shouldn’t of, can she keep a secret or will she reveal it, with a scoop for her newspaper. She received a Polaroid picture, so she was not the only witness. First though, she needs to focus on the assignment she was handed by the Dean. A fluff piece interviewing a footballer called Bear. He’s huge, black and a bit of a grizzly bear, but Honey isn’t easily deterred. In fact the sarcasm and insults are like foreplay and keep stoking the fire burning.
4*
The 3rd book in the series and this time the focus is on Bear (Bryce).
When Bear receives a Polaroid picture of the night he was with the Cygnus Dei he feels the group are about to be exposed.
Honey isn’t impressed she has to interview Bear for the paper she reports for especially as she is working on another secret story.
Honey and Bear certainly have lots of chemistry
I loved how his character was fierce when needed but caring about others, Honey was certainly no pushover
