I don’t like people.I avoid them whenever possible. They always want something from me whether it’s money or attention. My ten-figure net worth isn’t the product of being what people would consider a “nice guy.”When I see something I want–I take it.I’ve been called an asshole more times than I can count, and I don’t care.Caring about things makes you vulnerable, and vulnerable is the last thing … makes you vulnerable, and vulnerable is the last thing I’ll ever be.
Until Christina walks in and threatens the foundation of my life with her tight little body, sassy mouth, and soft curves.
She doesn’t put up with my sh*t.
She makes me human.
I fight the attraction.
But, there’s one problem…
I have to have her.
I will have her.

Another great book from Alex Wolf. I enjoyed the story of Matty and Christina and how it took a different turn that what I was expecting when reading the blurb about the book, that doesn’t happen often. I LOVED how strong and determine Christina was and how together they softened each other as the story went on. I look forward to reading more books by Alex Wolf in the future.
I loved this book I read it as a trio of books. They were all super. Thank you Led for writing. Please read and review your books.
I will start with the good. There were very few if any grammatical mistakes. The ending was sweet and Matty was well written, but definitely not the man of many women’s dream. He may have had money, but he was a hot mess.
What I did not like was that Christina was, it seemed, to be written as a strong female character. She made good decisions, cared about people and was realistic with her expectations. However, after her second encounter with Matty, she did not embody one of these qualities. She was weak, thoughtless, naive and a bit unrealistic with how her actions would affect her career, life and reputation at that. I almost stopped reading the story at that point.
I think a major issue was that the story was too short to be properly played out. It’s length prohibited the story from unfolding as it should have.
4.5 Stars for Shagged by Alex Wolf.
A quick read but that didn’t make this hot read any less enjoyable, Matty is a man who has it all, he is rich, he is hot, he has a computer named Mia who is supposed to run his house but he stills finds his life in disarray because let’s be honest a human touch is better than a computer voice.
Christine is hired to sort out Matty’s professional life, she see’s him as her boss and an arrogant playboy but there is also something about him that she can’t seem to shake.
This book like Matty has it all, you will laugh, you will be fanning yourself through the seriously hot moments and as this story goes on you will fall in love with Matty and Christine and what can I say about the ending apart from a perfect HEA.
Looking forward to the next read from Alex Wolf
This was not the book for me, more because of the type of story not the writing style. I wanted to like this book and I tried very hard to give it a chance, but everything about Matty pissed me off. He was like a giant child and felt entitled to do whatever he wanted with no thought to anyone else. I honestly do not understand how Christina would even fall for this guy.
I loved this story. Alex is a new author for me. I like his style of writing.
3.7 Stars for me. I enjoyed the relationship between Matty and Christina that developed and it was a sweet read filled with laughter and romance. I didn’t feel the desire to keep going in one sitting, I felt the overall storyline was good but my interest was a bit up and down until about 80% and then I was hooked. I think this author definitely has potential and I will be keeping an eye out for more of their work in the future. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.
his is a good book. Matty and Christina are a nice couple. The story itself is done well. The flow to this book is nice.
4 Star Review Shagged by Alex Wolf
Having read only one other book from Alex Wolf I wanted to check this one out. Shagged was a quick read I enjoyed it.
The attraction between Matty Spencer and Christina Smith is tangible. When Matty hires Christina to assist him to get his life in order, he has no idea of the impact she will have on his life both professionally and personally.
However Christina is no push over, she is feisty, efficient and in no way overwhelmed by the arrogant Matty. I liked her, she gave as good as she got and putting Matty in his place was awesome, particularly since I felt he was a real jerk in the beginning, but he did grow on me.
Shagged was a good read with a story line that was deeper than the first book I read by Alex Wolf which I enjoyed. I look forward to reading more from Alex Wolf.
Steamy Quick read
This is a great read. Loved how the story developed. Great characters
When Matty Spencer realizes his life is a mess and hires a highly recommended PA, he doesn’t expect to get Christina Smith. She’s too contained for his taste and he wants to break her demeanor and find out what makes her tick whatever the cost.
This is my third read by the author and the one I’ve liked best. Shagged is a short story about complete opposites that fall prey of the immediate attraction they have for each other.
Though I’m not a fan of insta-love and the bulk of the story develops over a short period of time, there’s an explanation for it and I ended up enjoying it to the very end.
I’d love if the author had further developed the characters’ background stories, but it was an overall entertaining read.
