New York Times bestselling author Joanna Wylde returns to the world of the Reapers Motorcycle Club… I’ve learned, it’s that Shade always gets what he wants, and apparently he wanted me.
Right from the first.
Shade’s Lady is a stand-alone story. There is no need to have read any prior Reapers MC stories to enjoy Shade’s Lady.

I Love every thing Joanna Wylde writes, and she didn’t disappoint with this one either. The characters are people I would spend time with. I read her books over and over.
Mandy had a boyfriend that was a biker, she thought he was cheating on her but didn’t have any proof. She saw Shade at the bar that she worked at and he knew she wanted him, but she had a boyfriend and knew what he was like.
Mandy never expected her boyfriend to basically sell her to Shade for a night and make her feel like a whore, or the chemistry that she had with Shade, but after everything she’d been through she wasn’t going there with him.
Shade knew that something was different about Mandy, but he didn’t know exactly what, he would be leaving soon but she made him want to stay and he’d never felt what he felt with her with anyone.
Shade’s persistent and Mandy gives into him one night, she knows he’ll throw her aside when he’s done but decides that she doesn’t want a relationship, but she can do simply sex one night only, but she struggles he snuggles and wonders if they could have friends with benefits.
Shade wants Mandy to stay for the barbecue, but Mandy doesn’t, when he finds out she’s only had one, one night stand he says he knows the best practices and she should stay, he hasn’t brought her breakfast yet.
They continue to see each other with Mandy saying, it’s just sex, Shade knows he’s not finished with her and tells her he still hasn’t brought her breakfast. Shade new he’d claimed her, everyone did, except Mandy.
Mandy and her sister have some problems with her sister’s ex, she didn’t want to involve Shade, but he knows something is wrong and he assures them he will take care of it, he still hasn’t taken her out to breakfast yet.
Again, waking alone Shade comes and says he has to go, Mandy thinks that’s it, but he says he hasn’t taken her to breakfast, but let’s her know he’s not a keeper.
Are they ever going to have the morning after breakfast or will they both realise that it’s more than just a one-night stand.
This book is about Shade wanting Mandy. Mandy has issues with men in her life. She was working as a waitress after she got away from her ex. She moved in with her sister and family to help her but she keeps getting in to trouble. This book is worth reading and buying.
Shade is just so protective, “he touched what was mine on my property. That’s a problem between him and me.” Shade is the type of man who doesn’t ask for things but demands them, “Shade nodded, then leaned forward into me, his lips brushing my ear. “You’ll be comin’ with me after work tonight.” It wasn’t a question.” I loved this book, I was in love with Shade.
The Prez…. This hot little morsel gives us Shade’s story who is the Reeper’s National President. Full of everything you expect from a Joanna Wylde MC book – Alpha bikers, strong willed woman, smexy times on every surface, and a great story.
Loved it! It’s just not long enough. 🙂
