Seven Minutes in Heaven by K. G. Reuss is a short story about second chances.
Trevor and Sasha have history from years ago, when he liked her, he wanted to tell her, but he didn’t take the opportunity, and they were in a closet for 7 Minutes in Heaven (where her shirt came off), and they were caught. He didn’t stand for her and she left town. He was wealthy and she was from the wrong side of the tracks. Now friends and family have set them each up with a singles service, and *surprise!* they’re in a cabin for 7 days together.

I loved every minute of this book. The storyline and the characters drew me in from the beginning. It was great to read how they progressed throughout the story.
Once upon a time, a boy liked a girl. He finally had a chance to tell her when he got paired up with her for “seven minutes in heaven”. Unfortunately it didn’t work out and he lost her. Fast forward to today and circumstances team up to bring them together again. She needs a favor and he wants his seven minutes. Does it work out?

Beautifully written, well-developed, emotionally deep, and heart melting! It is drama-filled, funny, and witty; a fun fast pace page-turner that is intriguing with some ups and downs. Amazing characters who are deep, strong, and just perfect for each other; the chemistry between them is intense and hot! The ending is very satisfying and I recommend it strongly.

Trevor and Sasha come from such different backgrounds that it would never had worked out in high school. Years later, it’s still a big struggle to overcome their differences. I really liked the characters, but especially the neighbor Mike, who knew from seeing them together just once, that Sasha was in love with Trevor. It was a great story – just a little steamy – and a happy ending.

This is a billionaire second chance tale. Trevor’s sister pushes him to find his match with her dating site. As luck would have it he’s apparently matched with a former crush Sasha. They both have to spend several days alone together in a mountain cabin.
Of course things don’t start out smoothly as they have a past to sort out & what will happen in the future should they work things out.
Overall any fans of billionaires or second chances would love this.

Seven Minutes in Heaven is a wonderful second chance romance. Sasha had feelings for her friend’s brother, Trevor and the feelings were mutual. Unfortunately high school social status and a fear of straying from the pack tore these two apart before they could really get started. They get a second chance with the help of Trevor’s sister. I really enjoyed the chemistry between the two. I could feel how hurt Sasha was in high school and still years later. They both went back and forth with what they wanted versus what they thought should happen. I thought Trevor was a little stupid with the Haley situation, but he was struggling with the past and how his relationship with his father was. I really enjoyed their banter. I could easily picture them snowball fighting or playing in the blanket fort. I love it when the author makes the scenes easily imaginable to the reader. Great read with HEA!
This is a second chance romance staring a girl from the wrong side of the tracks and a rich, entitled boy that didn’t go out with girls like Sasha. Trevor wanted his seven minutes in heaven and then some, but didn’t have the guts to stand up for the girl he wanted. He let Sasha get hurt which made her run away.
Ten years later, thanks to Trin, they find themselves getting a second chance. Sasha is still struggling over money, having just watched her dreams burn up in smoke. Trevor became rich and famous but can’t seem to fill the empty hole in his heart. He finds his live in girlfriend hooking up with her friend Brent.
Trevor and Sasha have 7 days in a cabin to rekindle the old flame, forgive misunderstandings, and finish what they started. Things are not easy, thanks to Haley (the ex girlfriend). Looks like it’s time for Sasha to run away again, and who can blame her. I don’t think I could have given Trevor a second chance…especially with all the turmoil he is dealing with.
Written as a 1st person, multi pov. The main characters were okay. I really tried to become invested in these characters, but it was tough. I liked them well enough, but never became emotionally attached to them. A nice story line concept. Pretty predictable. Okay chemistry between Sasha and Trevor.
All in all, a nice way to spend a few hours.

I thought it was a great read overall , good chemistry between the characters.
This was a sweet read. I loved that Sasha and Trevor got a second chance for their HEA. I did want Trevor to man up and kicked Haley to the curb. If he had just thought for a moment, he would have realized she was lying.
A misunderstanding drew them apart ten years ago. Trevor became rich and famous, but no other woman managed to fill the void in his heart. Sasha, the girl from the wrong side of the tracks, still struggles to make ends meet. When the bakery she managed to open after many sacrifices goes up in flames, literally, she hits rock bottom. Enter Trevor’s sister and Sasha’s closest friend, who persuade each other respectively to participate in a promotional getaway for people who want to find their perfect match. As chance has it (or is someone playing Cupid?) they end up together in a remote cabin, where they have to spend a week together. Will they grab this second chance or there’s no hope for them any more?
I’m a sucker for second chance romances and “Seven Minutes in Heaven” was exactly what I look for in them. Misunderstanings, emotional moments, a bit of steam, true love and great plot-twists, this was a relatively quick read that satisfied my reading needs. A perfect book for the upcoming Valentine’s holiday!
A very well written short second chance romance. It has a great storyline and plot. I would have liked the ending not to be as rushed as it is. I also would have liked he was stronger when it came to his ex Haley and her lies. Nobody is not showing pregnancy when they are 8 months pregnant. I also would have liked that Sasha had trusted Trevor.
A story that is written in dual POV which gives more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters.
An enjoyable and captivating short read that I read in one sitting. Recommendable to others.
This is an entertaining Valentine’s Day read about two people who get a second chance together at love. Trevor and Sasha have a past together as they spent seven minutes in Heaven locked in a closet years ago. Each of them signed up for Single Status and they are sent to meet up with their perfect match at a mountain retreat. Not knowing who they will be matched up with they are surprised to see they are each others perfect match. A well written story with well developed characters and a great HEA.
Wow what a second chance at love . I loved the chemistry through out this book. This book will have your emotions on a up and down. This is a first by KG Reuss and it is a amazing read that will have you loving the words that come off the pages.
This is KG Reuss’s first step into contemporary romance and she made the jump without a hitch.
A second-chance romance that you all want to curl up with and read.
Trevor’s sister has made an app to put together your perfect partner and she decides her brother is the perfect person to trial it on. He ends up with a girl he has a history with. Can they make their second chance work?
Read it and find out 😉
Containing all the storytelling skill we’ve come to expect from Ms Reuss, her first contemporary romance is the perfect Valentine’s read!
I really enjoyed this story. Trevor and Sasha have a history and the reuniting of them is lovely. A well written sweet story, definitely worth your time.
She hurt him a few years ago. He signs up for this dating app. They don’t send you on a date. They give you an awesome experience. She helps promote it and runs into him. Can they fix what went wrong. I was given a review copy by booksprout and voluntarily review it.
Trevor and Sasha are an intriguing pair in this story. They have history and they parted ways. Now they are back in each others lives thanks to a date set up by her best friend that guarantees the perfect match. Will this be the second chance Trevor and Sasha needs to jumpstart their romance?
