Tressa Stone knows how important a public persona is. Killian Brenton knows he looks good and he has an ego that needs some air let out of it. Our author is good at making you wonder about these two people. They can’t be more polar opposite than the Arctic Circle and the Antarctic Circle. And that’s when the fun begins.

If you’ve not read the rest of the Heart of Stone Series that is a shame but not a total loss. Once you start this book you’ll start to wonder what you’ve missed and then find you want to check out the other eight books in the series. At the very least, check out Tressa’s parent’s story in Crash Into Me. Maybe you’ve never read this author’s work before, what a great way to be introduced.

I don’t know who she used as a reference point when creating Killian but I’d like to meet him. I just want to give him a little poke with a pin to see how much he would deflate – get rid of some of that hot air. At times I felt he overshadowed Tressa because of his big personality. But the heat between these two more than made up for that. I also loved how sneaky our author made him – so that gave him a few brownie points to make up for the oversized ego. But it was more than worth it for the chuckles he will supply and the ending that will leave you with a smile on your face.

Oh, I love this Stone family. They are loving, connected and a force to be reckon with! I absolutely love Tressa and Killian. The dynamics between these two is off the charts.

Tressa is a Stone and she tales that seriously. She’s determines, focused and aloof. She has no time her in life for relationships, love or any of those other humans that show we are human. She is all business all the time. When relationships seem to be overwhelming for her she runs.

Killian just wants to have fun. He is a tad bit cocky, a smidgen arrogant and a whole lot of fun. Sports are his thing, and he excels at what he does. He’s just looking to have a good time and play some football while doing it. Until he decides he wants to chase.

When these two get together, it is spontaneous combustion. Tressa wants to do what she always does and run, but Killian has made it known, “you run, I chase.”

There was so much fun and laughter in this story. I love that though these are all individual stories, they are all family stories.

Great job and I look forward to more.

Lol Killian had his hands full with Tressa. The QB and the COO alone were HOTTTTT!!!!! She’s ridiculously private and cameras follow him everywhere. She’s a businesswoman from a wealthy family and he’s the starting QB for one of the best teams. She doesn’t think they can work but he doesn’t give up when he wants something. When he pulled out the big guns for her to agree to a dinner I couldn’t stop laughing. Tressa fought against her feelings for Killian but she couldn’t help it. These two were amazing together even after the hiccups. But Killian realized what was much more important to him than football and that was Tressa. Her dad was hilarious in all of this. I can’t wait for more on this family.

GAAAH! This book! While Tressa can be beyond infuriating, I can understand from her perspective why she is the way she is. She is guarded because she doesn’t want the hurt but also because of who she is. She loves her life private. Then you have Killian. The lover of lime light and to make the media chase him. But when their gazes connect, all bets are are off. For both of them. I love how Killian works his way into Tressa’s life regardless of how much she fights it. How Tressa’s walls break down because she has a real connection with Killian and she is scared that the other shoe will drop. It is heart wrenchingly beautiful seeing their story come to fruition.
Passion sizzles between these two and Scott does it with flare and grace. Between the character growth to the story concept,her words flow seamlessly and are absolutely stunning. Set in Stone is a brilliant addition to the Stone family and I am so looking forward to the final book.

Set in Stone by K.M.Scott has captivated my heart, fascinated me and made me fall in love hard with this beautiful and heartwarming love story. The passion was off the charts hot. The chemistry was burning the pages. The deep enticing feelings made me swoon and melt. An amazing and absolutely stunning love story!

Killian , the new Quarterback in town is a celebrity. He is gorgeous, charming, sweet talking, a bit arrogant and in whole a man of every woman’s dream. But Tressa Stone, the heiress and COO to Stone Enterprises is not going to fall for his manipulations. At least she feels so and thinks so. But when Killian almost forces her to go on a date she won in a charity auction, everything changes. She sees the true man with a heart of gold who makes her feel deliriously happy and cherished like no one ever did. But her past experiences make her insecure and doubtful. She is a smart, successful and independent businesswoman but she is private and introvert. So adjusting to Killian’s world in limelight is a bit difficult for her. When she feels all is going well, something comes out of the blue and destroys everything.

The strongest point of the story is the electrifying and enticing chemistry between Killian and Tressa. I could read on and on about the run and chase. Killian can be so persuasive and funny and sweet and protective. And Tressa keep on trying to resist him. The push and pull was a treat. The chemistry turns from sweet to erotic to all encompassing, soul numbing love. The twists and turns have made this story impossible to put down.

A sensual, intoxicating and touching love story that will make you swoon, sigh and die for! K.M.Scott’s storytelling was exceptionally goodness. I loved every second of it!

Tressa is the next one of Nina and Tristan’s children (the couple of the first novel in this series) to get an happily ever after. Tressa is hardworking, smart, driven, rich and feisty. She’s a woman who knows what she wants. Tressa has an important position in the family company. She works a lot and she doesn’t take vacation easily. Her work is her life basically.

Killian is famous, talented, rich and sporty. He’s a football player and he just changed teams. He’s still settling into his new home, city and he hasn’t met many people. Killian goes to a charity event and there he will meet Tressa. I loved the way they met. There was definitely some tension between them. Killian and Tressa couldn’t forget each other after that night. Killian does everything to get a chance with Tressa, but she prefers to keep her distant. She thinks they are too different, mostly because Killian loves attention while she hates attention. Killian and Tressa will be great together.

I loved it that the rest of the Stone family appeared sometimes. Tressa and her dad have a special bond. They are similar in a lot of ways. Tressa goes to him when she needs advice or support. Her dad knows his little girl. The next novel will be about Tressa’s sister and I can’t wait for that novel. I have wanted her story since I met her in the previous novel.

I really enjoyed reading this book. As always K M wrote an amazing story. I loved the way Tressa and Killian interacted with each other.

You run, I Chase. Ahhh!!! I’m loving these kids books. This is Tressas story and she’s one tough cookie.

Solely focused on work, Tressa is heard strong and likes to keep her life private. So when she accidentally bids on the new quarterback at a bachelor action she’s immediately thrown into the limelight.

Killian isn’t looking for anything serious so when he comes face to face with his highest bidder he can’t seem to get her off his mind.

These two are explosive. There’s some tug and pull with these two, misunderstandings and lies which gives us a very interesting story. I loved these two and hope you will too.

Set in Stone is from the Heart of Stone series (book nine, but book two of the next generation) and each book can be read as a standalone if you choose to do this. It is nice to see Tristan and Nina in these stories and how much each of the kids took after them. For being triplets, they are so different from what you would expect. First, we got Ethan’s story in Hard as Stone and now we get Tressa’s story. Although I love reading the series, I’m still going to say that Diana’s story is the one that will blow us away. We shall see how this Stone tugs at our hearts.
Tressa has high expectations and is a workaholic just like her daddy. She’s strong but holds herself back from letting go and enjoying some me time. She does not let the rich life deter her and likes to live a private life. Killian is NY’s new football player and loves the lime light. Complete opposites, but then again opposites attract. Charity has never looked so interesting until you read this story. Donations may change on how they are given by people. Hahaha
If you thought the Heart was Tristan and Nina or the Hard was Ethan, you haven’t met Tressa fully then. Boy, was she a hard Stone to crack! It’s like a game of cat and mouse, but a game worth the score if you ask me. There is not a Stone story you do not enjoy and I’m patiently waiting for Fall to see how the next journey prevails.

Tressa and Killian are THE COUPLE!!!! I did not think it could happen to Tressa, but yes folks, she gets bit by the love bug. So that is all the spoilers you get. If you have read Ethan’s book, you will understand that Tressa is hard to please. But she has her reason and that is one of the many reasons why she is a favorite. Killian made the chase thrilling! I mean, I would have not mind trading places with our heroine.

So lets keep it real! I could not tear my eyes off my Kindle. I loved the dynamics. You will giggle, you will blush, you will be expecting the inevitable! Set in Stone will have you craving the forbidden and at the end, you will have the biggest smile on you face!
