I really enjoyed it. Suspenseful. Thriller.
Fast paced action heading toward an inevitable confrontation. Somewhat predictable
Loved it
This book was just “OK.” The plot was interesting, and the main character likable, but he kept putting himself (and his best friend) into situations that they really should not have survived. For a guy that was portrayed as “crafty and wily” he really did not make intelligent decisions. That made the plot a little unbelievable. I bought both book #1 and book #2 at the same time, but I’m not rushing to read the second one. I probably will though, just to see if his decision making skills improved any!
Good, fast read. Realistic characters who were easy to relate to and a quick and believable story line.
I love the Serenity series – they are easy to read and entertaining and have twists that cannot be foreseen.
Extremely interesting. I read this non-stop to the finish. Great read.
These books read really fast….short chapters but also the book is not that many pages. I actually like a book I can get into a little more but at the same time, it kept my interest until the very end. It is not entirely predictable which holds my interest, as well. The main character is likable and you find yourself rooting for him in his unorthodox approach. I liked it enough to keep reading more from this author.
I really like this character. A good read. I will read the rest in this series.
