Everything is fun and games until someone gets hurt, and what Jameson Kane did to Tatum O’Shea goes so far beyond hurt, he is well into the realm of unforgivable. Tate says she wants him gone for good, and he quickly learns that the old saying, “you don’t know what you’ve got ‘til it’s gone”, is most definitely true.
But Jameson has never been very good at following instructions, and when Satan … when Satan decides to seek redemption, he’ll go to great lengths to get it. He proposes one last game – one to end them all, if she agrees to play. He is very confident that he can win, but Tate warns him that it’s not possible; she will not lose again. Little does she know, Jameson is prepared to do whatever it takes. Prepared to lay the entire world at her feet. Prepared to bear his soul.
What he didn’t count on, though, was handing the damn thing over.
Now Jameson can only pray that his evil ways haven’t rubbed off on Tate too much. Sometimes, it’s very difficult to tell who the Devil really is …
WARNING: contains a semi-reformed devil, a woman scorned, and more Sanders than anyone has a right to witness. Also graphic sexual situations and strong language.

I can’t get enough of this series. After the way book one ended, it seemed unlikely things would ever be better between Jameson and Tate. He shredded her, hurt her, almost killed her with his behaviour, and he was wrong. All he did should never have happened. He’s trying to fix things. Tate’s determined not to rub shoulders with Satan again. Only their mutual friend, Sanders can try and save them. LOVED this and went straight onto book 3.

“Intuition’s such a funny thing
There’s some things you really can’t explain with words
I’ve learned
Opposites attract, but do they last?
Light us up and burn out just as fast
That’s lust, that’s us.”

What’s this book about? (I’m trying to give as little spoilers as possible)
It’s over. That’s what Tate keeps repeating to herself. It’s done. She wants nothing to do with Satan. She tells him so. But Jameson has a reputation of not listening. He doesn’t take no for an answer. He’s prepared to do anything in his power to get her back. The lines blur once again and we end up asking ourselves, who’s the real devil in this story?
I need these books signed, PRONTO. My tears are ready. Degradation was the first book I read this year. I chose it as a start into my bookblogging adventure. I first discovered this trilogy years ago in 2016 when I graduated high school and it’s been with me ever since. I keep re-reading it (I’m at four times). Whenever I lose hope in today’s romance world, I read this. Jameson and Tate are a duo for the ages. Their back and forth, their chemistry, their stubbornness… I can’t even begin to describe them in words. Anything I say won’t do them justice. And then you have Sandy. What can I say about Sanders? He’s sweet, honest and he’s integrity in person. He’s also hilarious, but he doesn’t actually mean to be LOL.
In Separation, the main couple finds itself at an impasse. For this instalment, we journey overseas to the sun and the heat that cold Boston is missing. I know everything about this book, yet every time I read it, I’m stuck on every word, captivated by the flair. This never gets old.
I recommend this book to anyone who calls themselves a (dark) romance lover. This is a classic of the indie genre, PERIOD. Jameson Kane is one of a kind. Tate is THAT bitch. Sanders is also THAT bitch; one that you DON’T mess with. The other boys and girls wish they had an inch of what makes these characters.
Wonderful
This is the second book in a trilogy and you must read the books in order or you miss EVERYTHING. Separation starts where Degradation left off. All similarities end there. In this one, Tatum and Jameson are forced to deal with the pain they caused the other. I love that they have gone from both being arse hole sluts to and with each other to being raw, wounded human beings. Jameson is determined to get Tate back while Tate desperately tries to convince herself she doesn’t want him. I have to admit, I went from loving Tatum in the first book to wanting to throttle her in this one. I was thrilled that Sanders had more of a prominent role in this one. I just love him. I am terrified how book 3 is going to start given how this one ended. If Sanders ends up hurt….I’ll be pissed. Please don’t hurt Sanders! To sum up, I loved how different this one is from the first, how human Tate and Jameson are, I love that they are forced to deal with their pain, I love that Jameson is fighting for her, I love that Sanders is seen and heard more in this one. I hate Pet. I have lost love for Ang, and her sister…I’m on the fence about.
Another great book for me! There’s bitch fighting, sweet moments and one hell of a WTF?? I’m still seriously in love with Jameson. It’s like you want to hate him, you do, but gah! He just kills me. Not going to lie, Tatum was getting on my last nerve for a quick second, but I don’t care, this shit is good! Oh Sanders. What’s up with you? He needs a story! Oh and F U Ang! Bad form for a bestie my friend, bad form!!
Not a stand a lone book must read book one first.
Very well written. Relationships are not healthy, characters are destructive, passionate and do not make the best choices but I loved the story and the writing.
Another fantastic read!!! There is no way to read the first book and stop and the second book is even better, if that’s even possible. You will fall in love with Tate, Jameson, Ang and Sandy. I laughed as much while reading this book as I did reading the first. There was suspense, laughs, steamy sex scenes, revenge, betrayal; this book has it all. I have no idea why I haven’t heard of this series before up until a few days ago because it’s absolutely amazing.
