They thought they could get away with it, but they are sorely mistaken.
They have been judged. They have been sentenced. All that remains is their execution.
No one goes unpunished. We’ll make sure of it.
We are The Society and all who dare cross us will find their miserable end by our hand.
Don’t be fooled. This is not their story.
It’s ours.
Finn
As long as I can remember, I’ve played by … story.
It’s ours.
Finn
As long as I can remember, I’ve played by the rules.
On and off the football field, I’ve done everything that has been expected of me.
Until that fatal night.
Now my life and the lives of my best friends hang in the balance, hung there by a sadistic sinister shadow forcing us to do their will.
And it’s just my damn luck that I’m the first to be put on their butcher’s block.
I must prove my worth by eradicating a certain pebble in their shoe.
The order is simple.
To save ourselves, I must ruin another—a life for a life.
Meaning Stone Bennett’s life is about to be forfeited in exchange for my own.
The poor girl never stood a chance.
Stone
He’s all American perfection.
I’m the poster child for this country’s rejects.
He’s old Asheville money and privilege.
I’m the Southie eyesore people stay clear from.
He’s caviar dreams and champagne wishes.
I’m the trailer trash his momma probably warned him about.
I doubt it can get any further away from the elitist’s social spectrum than the two of us.
So why the hell is Finn Walker, Richfield’s football god, suddenly all in my face wanting my attention?
Nothing good can come from this.
I can feel it.

I have determined that Ivy is a one of a kind author. She spins tales that are so realistic you wonder sometimes if the stories are nonfiction. See no evil is dark and delicious. I instantly fell in love with the characters and may even have a girl crush on the FMC, Stone. She is a woman after my own heart. I love this concept of a secret society and the mystery it invokes into the whole storyline. This book is amazing and I can’t wait to see where the stories go.
Whew.
This was a suspenseful tale, woven thick with characters you both love to hate and hate to love.
A brotherhood, a secret society pulling the strings, innocent bystanders. This story had it all.
The dynamic of the four friends is tightly woven with their misdeeds. I don’t know exactly what they’ve done, but it put them on the radar of some very powerful people.
In the midst of everything, there is Stone, a girl from the wrong side of the tracks, working extra hard to climb out of where she’s from and make something magnificent of herself. Unfortunately for her, she’s garnered some attention she really doesn’t want, but can’t seem to escape.
Finn has everything going for him. His family(except for that one guy), his friends, his college life, it’s all setting him for success.
What follows these two around is hard work on both of their parts, quirky characters and a mystery that needs solving.
See No Evil is one darkly, delicious story full of intrigue, wicked twist and turns and unforgettable characters. The book lets us know right from the beginning that something has happened and Finn Walker, Easton Price, Colt Turner and Lincoln Hamilton – golden boys, with influence and money are in the thick of it. They’ve done something and someone knows about it. The Society knows… and they aren’t going to let these boys get away with anything.
Finn is given a task by The Society, get Stone Bennet on his side, make her fall in love with him and then destroy her. We never know why that is to happen, but we do know that Finn thinks it is going to be easy, until he comes up against Stone and everything changes.
Stone is literally from the wrong side of the tracks. She is trying to make ends meet, look after her mother whilst going to school, working a soul sucking job and now all of a sudden, golden boy Finn Walker has set his sights on her. Stone knows nothing is what it seems when it comes to Finn, she sees his vulnerability, knows he is harbouring secrets and has this huge persona that he puts on for the rest of the world. She also knows something is going on and, in the end, it is going to affect her in a huge way!
This was a delicious story to read, not only are both Stone and Finn amazing characters, you also have this epic story that keeps you on your feet with huge twist and turns, scorching hot passion between the main characters and heart-wrenching scenes just thrown at you left and right. Throw in not only the drama of The Society but also the drama Finn has with his own family and Stone’s background story of who she is and why she is the way she is, then you just have this amazing read that you never want to end.
I love strong, feisty, female characters and Stone was just a great character to read about. She knows her own worth; she knows who she is and although at times she may come across as cold, you really understand as a reader why that is. I couldn’t envision another person for Finn who needed a bit of a shake-up. (I also wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of his momma!) Finn is also unapologetic. What started off as something he had to do because of The Society and what would happen to his brothers if he didn’t, soon becomes unravelled and you see him trying to make the best out of a really dire situation.
This book has left me wanting more. I want to know what The Society’s deal is, what the boys actually did and what’s going to happen next. You need to start this series today!

WHOA. Whoa, whoa, whoa. New obsession alert!
See No Evil introduces us to four guys who are thicker than thieves and consider themselves brothers. Finn, Easton, Colt, and Lincoln have been close their entire lives, but a deadly secret binds them together now. While they thought they were able to fly under the radar, they soon realize they’re targets for the one group they don’t want to be: The Society. The Society decides to take action against the group, starting with Finn.
His mission? Befriend Stone Bennett and destroy her life. Something so simple is anything but. It doesn’t take long for our beloved pretty boy to fall for the Southie brat and honestly, who can blame him? Stone is unapologetically herself; she’s fierce, intelligent, confident, and driven. I was taken with her instantly, so it’s no question as to why Finn was as well.
But oh, The Society demands their pound of flesh and have no qualms about how they receive it. See No Evil is fast paced, fun, and steamy, but it’s full of mystery and suspense, too. With a great cast of characters that we’ll get to know more in the coming books, I cannot wait to see where this series goes! I have my theories and I’m eager to see if I’m close to hitting the mark.
“See No Evil” is definitely a strong start, to what it’s expected to be a nail-biting series. Beware the story will suck you in from the start and drag you all the way to the end. The story starts with a mysterious vibe and keeps it strong throughout the chapters. You may thing that you’ll get answers eventually, but the book will leave you with more questions to answer.
Lincoln, Colt, Easton and Finn have a secret. They have a part in what really gone down the night of Lincoln’s parents’ murder, and it looks like someone else knows as well. The Society is a secret group and it’s coming after them. In order to keep their secret, they have to do what they tell them. The first target is Finn, and his assignment is to befriend a girl from the university, Stone. What he might find relatively easy is nothing but since Stone has no patient for the wealthy asshole and especially the famous quarterback. I won’t spoil more of the story. The way things happened is best experienced firsthand!
“Everyone has their demons to face, Stone. The place where you’re born doesn’t factor much into it.”
I must say that I loved Stone. She’s a badass, working really hard to achieve her dreams. She knows who she is and doesn’t care what others think about her. She takes no bullshit and definitely doesn’t bow to Finn’s charms. How she made everything hard for him, it was so entertaining to see the cocky quarterback finally struggling because of a woman!
Finn might be rich but having money doesn’t mean that his life is perfect. He’s living a dream that’s not his own. His father dictates most of it and that just leaves him miserable. He has to keep his true self hidden, sometimes even in front of his best friends. Stone is the first one to see the real Finn.
The suspense will kill you for sure. I kept reading hoping to find out more about the secret Society and who’s blackmailing them. What really happened it was that I kept speculating who knows and who doesn’t; I still don’t know though! What I do know is that I’ll be waiting for “Hear No Evil”; Easton’s time is coming. I have no doubt that I’ll be once again on the edge of my seat!!!
