Never get so drunk that you end up posting on social media that you want your best friend to marry you.You might wake up the next day to find his butler on your doorstep ready to whisk you away to marry his boss.Wait, did I not mention my best friend is now a big a$$ billionaire? No? Well, then maybe I should also tell you that he took my V-Card back in college and kind of proposed to me on that … of proposed to me on that same night.
Ok, to be honest, he said this, “let’s get married in ten years.”
And what did I do, I ran. Packed everything up, moved to another town and never talked to him again. I mean, he was my freaking best friend. The guy who grew up with me, wet my bed during a sleepover and with whom I shared Everything. That one night was definitely not supposed to happen … even though it was like super unicorntastic and I ended up discovering how huge of a package he actually had.
BUT he was My Best Friend and You Don’t Do Orga$mic Things to Your Best Friend! Period.
Well, there you have it. Now, it’s ten years later and he is making good on his promise … without my freaking approval!
I mean you DON’T just get married to someone whom you have not seen in ten years!
And what the hell happened to the scrawny little geek I knew. Where did he lose his glasses?
And are those things my fingers touched by mistake freaking abs? Not just two or four but six of them! OMG.
This Geekalicious Billionaire is so ready to become an Alpha to get hitched and our heroine better be ready for it … because it’s huge … I mean the love is huge … not talking about the other stuff if you know what I mean.
Hey Loves, come meet those sexy men loaded with more than just that cash package and so ready to claim their not-so-reluctant heroine. Each book in the Alphalicious Billionaires series is a standalone and can be read in any order. And don’t forget, we are team HEA all the way! ♥‿♥

Adorable. Best friend’s since they were in kindergarten, Sydney and Jesse shared everything. They grew up together and were each other’s best friend. As young adults they made an agreement that if they were both still single at a certain time in the future, they would marry each other.
Then one fateful night Jesse and Sydney make love for the first time. Scared as to what this will mean for their relationship, Sydney goes running.
Years later, what starts out as a drunken post on social media to make good on their ‘agreement’ becomes an opportunity for Jesse and Sydney to once again come together. Now Jesse’s a billionaire and still holds a candle for his first love. Sydney isn’t so sure about this but agrees to give Jesse a few days to convince her.
I love Lindsey’s writing style. She always makes strong men who are not afraid to be vulnerable to the women they love. Her heroines are always independent minded and have some kind of obstacle to being completely loved by their hero as no other person can. I thoroughly enjoyed Seducing my Best friend, and I’m excited Lindsey Hart has another bestseller on her hands.
Sydney and Jessie were best friends until they had sex and Jessie said they would marry each other in ten years. What was a girl to do but run. It’s ten years later and Sydney gets drunk and post on social media that Jessie should marry her. She wakes up the next day with Jessie’s butler ready to take her back to his boss so they can get married. I really enjoyed this book.
Jesse is the best.
Ten years after they lost their VCards to each other, Jesse is still waiting on his best friend, Sydney.
Sydney up and left ten years ago, running from her best friend. They both tried to move on, but the minute Sydney posts if the offer is still open, Jesse leaps at his chance, bringing her to Philly where she is ambushed by his mother, the media and her mother that they are engaged.
How many tries will it take for her to stop running?
Will Jesse ever go after Sydney?
Best book, to date. Funny, sweet, engaging.
Highly Recommend.

I found this book to be very entertaining and fun. I really enjoyed reading this book even though I did not care much for Syd. The story line was well written and the characters well developed. Fun was the first thing to come to mind.

Fantastic story, great story-line and loved the ending. I know what its like to have a friend and be afraid to tell. This story was funny, loving and very caring, you want to yell at them to wake up!!
Running Scared
Jesse & Sydney have been best friends since they were youngsters. After things get serious one night between them, she leaves town, believing Jesse is better off without her. Ten years later, Sydney posts a “dare of sorts” to Jesse. Next day, life as she knows it, has changed for her as Jesse read the message & takes her up on her offer. This is a hilarious entertaining novel with a HEA. Love it!

This is definitely a 1-click book. The characters are witty, endearing, and show vulnerability. It’s an awesome second chance romance. It also shows you why you shouldn’t post on Facebook while drunk. Go grab this book.

Second/third chance romance with heart and humor
Seducing His Best Friend (Alphalicious Billionaires Book 4) by Lindsay Hart was a very enjoyable read by an author I had not tried before. This plot and storyline really intrigued me, so I decided to give Lindsay Hart a try. I was not disappointed!
Jesse, the alphalicious billionaire, wears his heart on his sleeve and couldn’t hide his true feelings for Sydney if he tried. Sydney on the other hand, with her inventive non-swearing swearing is in complete and utter denial. These two have such a wonderful and solid foundation that it was hard to read their struggle! This author handled their story and HEA with lots of heart and really creative humor. It certainly made me smile more than a few times and has created a curiosity to read the previous books in this series. For me it’s win-win; well written romance with steamy chemistry, heart and humor ending with a HEA. You just can’t beat that.

In this book we meet Sydney Underhill and Jesse Samson. Jesse and Sydney knew each other from the time they were little. It all started with Sydney pushing Jesse down the slide just so she could go. From that moment on they were friends. As they got older though Jesse realized how much he had come to fall for his best friend on night in college was all it took for these two to not speak for the next 10 years. Now Sydney has posted on social media after on failed relationship after another and a night of way to much drinking that she remembers the promise he made 10 years earlier and she is ready to cash in. This sounds like heaven to Jesse to bad Sydney after sobering up doesn’t feel the same. Can these two find the HEA they both want or will that drunk posting be just that one drunk night?
This is an amazing story. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don’t want ruin it for any other reader. I will say this book will have you staying with these characters long after the story is over. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Seducing My Best Friend was a heartwarming story about not allowing fear get in the way of following dreams and finding happiness. Jesse and Sydney grew up together, formed a friendship that years later became love but they were too afraid of acting on their feelings for fear their friendship wouldn’t survive. Now 10 years later still in love , older and wiser yet newly reunited they have a decision to make. this was an absolutely wonderful book to read filled with laughter, humor, romance, and love. If you enjoy a sweet friends – to – lovers story and second chances, you’ll love this new book from Lindsey Hart, I know I did.

The story of Sydney and Jesse was ok, but I am not a big fan of books where almost all of it is with the female person beeing afraid, insecure and too scared to admitt her feelings. It just went on for too long and killed the story for me.

This book has it all! Dork who grows up into a hottie in love with his childhood bestie, who is in total denial about her own feelings. Pain in the butt sibling and sweet but manipulative parents. Kindle melting chemistry AND all the feels! Add in the product that Jesse’s company makes and the all of the “cuss” words both he and Sydney use, and this book is just perfect!
A story about Sydney and Jesse, a couple who had been best friends since early childhood. One night in college, something happened that sent Sydney fleeing across the country. Ten years later, a night out with friends brings things full circle. I really enjoyed these two characters. Sydney was outwardly strong and sassy and flippant. Jesse was the geek guy turned hunky billionaire. The story line felt familiar, yet new. I love to read books by Ms. Hart an d I always look forward to the next.

Sydney and Jesse have been friends since childhood but their relationship takes a serious turn in college. This friends to lovers romance is filled with sweet moments, witty banter and twists that pulled me in. This is one of those couples that I couldn’t help but cheer on until they got their HEA. The story flowed smoothly and left me with a smile on my face.
This is a great story. Sydney has been running her whole life and after another break-up, she drunk posts on social media. Jesse sees her post and decides to follow through. The characters are realistic, independent but also vulnerable and in touch with their inner selves. The storyline has twists and turns that keep you engaged and rooting for the best outcome. Great read!

I found this book to be crazy enjoyable. I laughed so much as the moms friend to get the kids together.
Sydney reacting to taken back to her best friend and the way she left her job was priceless.
Jesse showing Sydney the photos that they have already been together for a life time was touching.
It was a quick read that left nothing out.

This was a funny, enjoyable story to read. It was funny, a bit sad, and definitely worth reading! The premise is simple, best friends cross the line and one freaks and leaves. There was a promise that if they weren’t married by the time they turn 30, they will marry each other.
Sydney goes out with some girlfriends and gets drunk. While she is drunk, she posts on her social media page that she will marry the one who promised to marry her if she wasn’t married by 30. She didn’t remember it at all. She wakes up with a killer hangover with someone knocking on the door. Thinking it is her girlfriend, she answers it to find a driver/butler who is to take her to a jeweler to choose a ring, a dress boutique to pick out a dress and then the airport to the private jet to take her to her fiance. She won’t go to the jeweler, nor the dress boutique, just the airport to get to where she needs to go to get this settled. She wants nothing to do with getting married to her best friend. She has been running from him from the night after graduation. They drank too much and acted on what they both wanted. When she woke up, she didn’t want to hear that it was a mistake, so she went from Philly to San Fran to start her life over. Before she can speak with Jesse, his mother catches her outside in front of his house. Before she can even get inside, the press is outside asking questions. This is in a gated community so someone called them and let them in.
Jesse has known since elementary school that he was going to marry Sydney. She always stuck up for him and been there for him. She was more the tomboy and he was the skinny nerd guy, but they were best friends since forever. When they went to college, they roomed together. When they graduated, they drank too much and they went from BFF’s to lovers. He didn’t regret it but it wasn’t worth losing his best friend for. When she bolted before he woke up, he knew he lost her. Nobody could ever compare to her so he never had any serious relationships. When he saw her posting, he acted fast. He sent his driver/butler across country on his private plane to collect her. When she finally gets there, past his mother and the press, he talks her into staying for a couple days to see if it could work between them, since otherwise he would publicize that she broke his heart, him being a billionaire and all.
They both were in love with the other, but was afraid to admit it and risk their friendship, even though it ended years before. She still left and had to make some decisions on where to go with her job she hated and with her mother, who also wanted them to get together.

An enjoyable well written best friends romance. This engaging storyline had me addicted from the start with a well thought out storyline that kept me interested page after page. There was sadness, love, sweetness, persistence, determination, dedication and romance with a pinch of sizzling hot and heavy times that had me chomping at the bit. The characters were realistic, well developed and had great banter along with an amazing connection. I voluntarily reviewed this ARC.
This book is superbly written! I really enjoy reading second chance romances and this story pulled me in from the first page. It is very sweet, emotionally deep, and will pull on your heart strings. The ups and downs, witty banter, humour, and family help to make this an exceptional read. The characters are strong; their chemistry is off the charts and together they are the perfect match. Definitely recommended!
