We’ve all been there, some more than others, you know what I’m talking about, where you have the hots for the new business teacher. I was one hundred percent that guy. I shamelessly flirted with her my senior year, only earning her irritation more and more. On graduation, I stood up to her husband after he got violent, and I’ll never forget the look in her eyes when she told me it wasn’t my place. wasn’t my place.
Fast forward to my senior year of college and what do you know, the new adjunct professor is the one and only Mrs. Robinson, she’s eight years older than me and smoking hot. Did I mention divorced?
She looks at me like I’m trouble, and I’m only happy to deliver on that promise. I’m going to show her how a real man treats a woman and use every weapon in my Pleasure Pony arsenal to do it.
Go big or go home.

I love how light and fun all of the Wingmen Inc guys are. Leo is great and a perfect fit for Kora no matter their age difference. As the saying goes ‘when you know you know’ that’s holds true for any age. I absolutely can not wait until the rest of the Bro Code series. Seriously love these guys;)
I read an advanced copy for an honest review.
The “Pleasure Ponies” are back (from Co-ed) and this stand alone book starts with my favorite guy, Leo.
Leo had a crush on his H.S. teacher, his senior year. She was married, but on his last day of school, he caught her husband pushing her around. He told his teacher she deserved better, that a real man would never treat a woman that way.
Flash forward 4 years. As a Pleasure Pony, Leo is guaranteed a job at graduation. Who reappears in his life? His H.S. crush! The teacher is now working on getting her divorce and is single.
Kora (Mrs. Robinson) has been beat down in an abusive marriage that she was finally strong enough to walk away from. She still feels insecure and hires the services of Wingman, Inc. to help her get her mojo back.
I don’t think this is really a story about Leo “Seducing” his old teacher. He has really strong feelings for her, that he fights. We learn a lot about Leo. He is more vulnerable, smart and savy then we gave him credit for.
Kora fights her growing feeling because she is not sure if she is feeling anything because someone is finally showing her affection. She also doesn’t want to lose her job getting involved with a student.
We read plenty of books, wher the male character is 10 or more years older than the female and don’t bat and eye. Don’t be put off by the fact that the female character is older than the male. If people jell, then they jell.
This is a heartwarming story that will have you smiling at the end and anxious to read about the next P.P. to go down.
Enjoy.
**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review**
It always makes me happy when a Rachel Van Dyken book hits my Kindle! I really enjoyed Co Ed, so I was excited to come back to this series. You don’t have to read Co Ed to enjoy this one, but I recommend it anyway!
As part of Wingman, Inc. Leo Blackwood can’t date. It’s part of the rules and would really muck up the great thing he and his two buddies, Slater and Finn have going on campus, but when someone from Leo’s past ends up showing up on campus, he’s about to be tested in a big way!
Kora Robinson is a new adjunct professor at the college that Leo attends. She’s been through the wringer where relationships are concerned and she’s trying to start over after getting out of a really bad one. When the now Professor Robinson shows up in her class, the last person she expects to see is Leo.
Leo has had a crush on Mrs. Robinson since he was a senior in high school and she was a teacher there. Fast forward to now and he’s a senior in college and the eight years doesn’t seem like as big a hurdle as it was before. Oh and did I mention that they are both just as hot as they ever were?! The question is, will Kora be able to put her insecurities, and past relationship history, behind her to even give Leo a fair chance?
I can’t say that I read a ton of student/teacher books, but it’s RVD and I’d read anything of hers! With that said, I really liked the way this was handled. For anyone on the fence, it’s handled in a very responsible way in terms of a story like this. I loved how caring Leo was. He was one of those guys that you just want to be around. Not only does he ooze hotness, but he is a good guy! Kora was understandably gun shy, but I liked the evolution of her character at all.
Give this one a change – you won’t be sorry! I am looking forward to the next one of the “Pleasure Ponies” getting his happy ending!
Seducing Mrs. Robinson was awesome! I’ve missed The Pleasure Ponies 🙂
This book is part of Wingman Inc series, but it can be read as a standalone. Leo Blackwood knows he’s good looking, but dating is out since he’s part of a business that helps others rediscover their self worth. He’s not looking to settle down anytime soon even with him graduating this year. Imagine his surprising when the woman who has haunted his dreams since high school walks into his class as his professor. Oh do they have history! She hated him in high school as his teacher. He flirted shamelessly. He even stood up to her husband at high school graduation when her husband got violent with her.
Now Mrs. Robinson is going through a divorce. Leo is still madly attracted to her. Little does ge know she has the hots for him too. After too much wine she sends out the application to Wingman Inc. All the torture for Leo begins because you cannot date the client!
This story is excellent. It really shows the way domestic abuse victims think when it’s happened to them. These characters show how you can overcome some of the worst scenarios snd still be well adjusted people.
