I’ve had my fair share of bad relationships. I’ve dated liars, cheaters, shoe fetishists, and everything in between. Sure, these experiences would make any woman cynical when it comes to dipping her toe back into the dating pool, but I used my past for good and made a career out of helping other women avoid going down the same paths I had.And I was damn good at it.Until a random act of fate set … random act of fate set my life on a course I’d been avoiding for years, and put me in the crosshairs of a man that made me feel things I swore to never feel again.
Now I’m in his sights and it seems like he’ll stop at nothing to seduce the hell out of me. He might hold my career in the palm of his hands, but if Grayson Lockhart thinks he can blackmail me into submission with his sexy voice and sexy hands and sexy everything, then he’s…probably right.
Author Note: Seducing Lola is a fun, sassy, standalone romance with its own happily ever after.

After being introduced to these crazy girls in Jessica Prince’s Civil Corruption series, I knew I had to get more of them- and all of their crazy antics! And I absolutely loved them!
Lola and her two best friends host a radio show called “Girl Talk”, and have for the last ten years, where they give advice to women about all kinds of girl things, but especially guys. After a bad stunt on air, Lola ends up “dating” Grayson, the owner of the radio station. And the antics continued from there.
I absolutely loved Lola! She was so crazy, and strong-willed, and stubborn, and fun! And Grayson had a way of keeping her in line (somewhat). Their banter back and forth made the book what it was.
I can’t wait for more of these ladies!
This book was hilarious! Excuse me, can I be Lola when I grow up? So much fun banter and so much steaminess within the banter, I just loved it! Throw in the feels and the emotions and it’s a solid five star rating! I can’t wait for the next one!
Lola is part of a trio of women who host a talk show called Girl Talk, they are friends who have been through it all with men. They offer advice to people who call in and one segment is catching a potential cheater in the act via a phone call, what Lola doesn’t realize is the man she is calling for her caller is her boss. One thing leads to another and the setup is not what it seems creating a debacle and hot tempered Lola has to apologize and to help repair his reputation pretend to be his girlfriend.
Grayson knows the moment he meets Lola he wants her, she is everything he wants in a woman but her walls are up when it comes to getting to know her. He couldn’t have had a better chance to reel in Lola but there is so much more to her then he expected. One thing leads to another and Grayson is hoping that Lola can move past her fears and trust him enough to start their own happily ever after.
This was so funny, laugh out loud hilarious. Grayson oozes cocky alpha male and Lola is awesome, I loved her character. Can’t wait to start the other books, this was just what I needed to read and relax for the day. Liked the whole premise of this one each book I read by this author has me excited for what else I can pick up of hers.
This was a light, funny read. The flow of the story was good. Editing missed the mark in a few places.
I liked the fact that Lola was confident and fairly happy with her life. I liked the banter between Lola, Sophia, and Daphne. I really liked Grayson. He was really pretty straightforward – sees a woman he likes and sets out to get to know her. Lola, however, is a hot, emotional mess. She has a really difficult time realizing that many people make mistakes at 22 that they learn and grow from by the time they hit 30+. Maybe it just emotional immaturity on her part, and maybe it is fostered by her job – talking about relationships on a radio talk show with Sophia and Daphne. Whatever it is, Grayson has the patience of a saint to weather her emotional storm.
Personally, I thought the psycho ex-girlfriend was a bit of a loose end. I kept waiting for her to turn on Lola as her relationship with Grayson became public. After all, she set the ball rolling with the ‘In the Act’ setup.
Entertaining read that made me laugh. Looking forward to Sophia, Daphne, and hopefully Fiona/Deacon.
Good stand-alone book. There is a lot of banter between Lola and Grayson. The book has a lot of humor. There is some angst mixed in as well. Lola, in my opinion, was a bit stubborn. But, I know why she is that way. The secondary characters will cause you to smile. Dual point of view. No cliffhanger. But, I do wonder if some of the secondary characters will get a HEA as well.
I have a new favorite BBF! And his name is Grayson. My God, this man is so sweet and sexy…whew! I like that he’s not the typical manwhore or playboy. And Lola, damn, that woman is funny and sweet. Thank God she let her walls down for Gray. I honestly don’t know how she resisted him as long as she did, not that she lasted that long 😉
I absolutely loved this one! Off the charts chemistry and banter that will make you swoon or laugh out loud. Definitely a must read.
This story has it all it is funny and tragic and romantic. Two highly successful people so caught up in their work they have not found love. Admittedly Lola, and her two best friends and workmates, have sworn off love after a number of unsuccessful relationships. Grayson just hadn’t meet the right woman until Lola appeared in his life. They are both complex characters and they play well off each other. Look forward to reading more of this series.
Seducing Lola is an absolute gem! This is another amazing book to add to your must read summer list!
I totally have a girl crush on Lola! OMG, I need a Lola in my life! I love her personality, the way she will absolutely speak her mind without a second thought. Lola loves her job, her family and her girlfriends something fierce. Lola can give just as well as she can take but when she meets one hell of a sexy man in a suit in Starbucks, he has Lola speechless, which is a rarity for her!
Gray is the epitome of sex on a stick, a true alpha male in every sense of the word. He is determined, controlling and makes sure he works very hard to get what he wants. And he wants Lola from the minute their paths cross in Starbucks. But, he’s in for the fight of his life as Lola is nothing he’s ever seen before!
I LOVE the banter between Lola and Gray. The back and forth, the sexiness, the fun, it was everything I was looking for. The chemistry? WOW. Nothing can prepare you for the awesomeness of the two of them together.
Seducing Lola is everything. It had me running the gamut of emotions. The supporting cast in this book was THE best! I’m hoping for many more books from all of the characters!!
This book was hilarious! I highly recommend Seducing Lola!
