Secret #4 – Don’t help him learn to dance to his wedding song.
Secret #5 – Erase all memories of the two of you through the years when lines blurred for even the briefest of moments.
And the one you never saw coming…
Secret #6 – Definitely, don’t stand and object—someone else might just do it for you.

My new favorite Bailey book! I have loved following the little glimpses of Juno and Colton throughout the series, so I was ready for their story! Piper and Rayne sure delivered!! Secrets Of The World’s Worst Matchmaker was the 7th book in the series. It can be read as a stand-alone, but you don’t want to miss out on all the other Baileys!! It was an amazing friends to lovers romance filled with tears, laughs and lots of love.
Juno was always in love with matchmaking, but when she matched her best friend with his soon to be wife, she may have been having second thoughts. She realized that even though she tried to keep him in the friends-zone, it wasn’t going to work. She was in love with Colton and now it was too late, or was it?
I absolutely love this family!! I am an only child, so the thoughts of having 8 other siblings had me fascinated with their dynamics! Colton and Juno had such a strong bond, I have loved watching their relationship grow into what it became. Loved, loved, loved!!
Y’all! I have been anxiously waiting for Juno’s book since we met the Bailey’s….it did not disappoint! Piper & Rayne did an amazing job at giving us insight into Juno’s mind. She needed more support than she let on, and I loved seeing her come to grips with her fears and feelings.
I had all the feels as I read the book! I was so worried about how it would turn out, but there was no reason! I loved seeing Juno find her path, and subsequently her happiness.
Now I’m going to be impatient until I get Kingston’s book!!!!
After waiting for what feels like forever for Juno and Colton‘s story I devoured this book in one go.
I really enjoyed this story and when I found out about it I really didn‘t know what Piper and Rayne were going to do to us. This book was sweet, emotional and over all really great.
I was a little worried about Colton‘s character throughout the books. He was always portrayed as this really nice guy who wouldn‘t hurt anybody. To see him engaged to someone else not only hurt our heroine Juni but also me as a reader. I really didn‘t know how Piper Rayne could spin this to not make us dislike Colton or make him the bad guy and they succeeded in not doing that. Because not everything is as it seems.
Juno is really struggeling with her best friend getting married. I can‘t blame her. Colton is a catch! We didn‘t get to know her alot throughout the series but to read about her struggles with her difference and loss of parents was heartbreaking.
I loved the flashback scenes. It was great to dive back to their childhood and to dig deeper into their friendship.
Piper Rayne said the book was emotional and they were wright. I already cried 20% into the book. They couldn‘t have made a better story for Juno and Colton. It suits the so well.
Can‘t wait to read about Kingston and Sedona after these few scenes with them. Time to get the last Bailey brother and sister‘s happy ever after.

God damn! This one is an emotional rollercoaster. I just suffered with Juno and was heartbroken for her and Colton. Most of the time my sight was blurry cause the tears just kept coming.
I absolutely loved this book!!
These two were meant to be. It took a long time for them to figure out their feelings and to find each other on a different level then friendship. Even tho we get some awesome flashbacks of their past, which show us some things I did not expected at all!
You absolutely should buy this book, this is a must have and I’m gonna go and read it a second time now!!
I do believe out of all The Bailey books this one had my emotional roller coaster going more haywire than any other. Meaning my eyes leaked so much in this book I had to get my Kleenexs out. And not just sad tears but happy one’s as well. We all know that Juno and Colton belonged together. We just didn’t know what exactly all the hang ups were and why. And then Bridgette came along and we really didn’t know what was up. But I knew Piper and Rayne had to have reasons. I mean they really couldn’t let us down….could they?
You will just have to find out for sure when you read it. And then the surprises that they are known to throw in especially at the end of the book’s!!! Lord how I’m loving these Bailey’s and I’m getting so so sad that the end is getting closer!!! I want them to continue because they are absolutely a beautiful amazing special family!!! And what makes them that way is the way Piper and Rayne can bring them out of their heads and hearts together and put them on paper for us to devour. And they do have The Bailey’s kids that they can write about!!! – By Tina
Come to mind, I think Juno’s and Colton’s story was the one I was expecting the most. And it was everything I hoped and more. This best friends to lovers story had all the things: love, chemistry, angst, romance, a lot of surprises and drama. Through a lot of times during my read I got emotional, but oh my… during chapter 7 and 30? I cried a lot!
I was enchanted with their friendship and one can only dream of having a friend like they were for each other since they were 6 years old. Colton would do everything for Juno, he always loved her and reading everything he felt for her while she didn’t want to cross the line, broke my heart in a thousand pieces.
But Juno? Oh my…. just writing this my eyes is burning with tears. It was good to learn in depth how she was and what happened to her during her life. And I can honestly say that I’m in awe with her, from her parents (man, chapter 7 broke me), to her red hair, to find her place in her family and life, to finally get her head out of her a$$ about her feelings for Colton.
I don’t want to write a lot because every little thing would be a huge spoiler, but Grandma Dori as always was the MVP and when I get old I want to be just like her, but when she said “You came out thinking that the more you need someone, the more likely they’ll be stripped away from you.”, I want to hug Juno until the end of the world.
What a ride this book was and so wonderful. But the surprises at the end? How dare Piper and Rayne do that to me? Now I NEED Kingston and (especially) Sedona’s book… yesterday!
Just when I thought the Bailey’s couldn’t get any better, Piper and Rayne give us Juno & Colton!!! This story went above and beyond my expectations, and is now my new favorite Bailey book….sorry Phoenix.
Juno was completely different than I was expecting. In the past books she has always been 100% for her siblings finding that once in a lifetime love. But when it came to her own HEA, she had reservations and kept everyone at arms length.
Colton…oh Colton. He was the perfect guy. Even though what he did was dumb, it totally made sense with his personality. He was sweet, loyal, kind, and had the a heart of gold. He would do anything for Juno.
I loved how there wasn’t much angst in the book. I felt like they had suffered enough over the years, and Piper and Rayne pulled it off in the most realistic way. The heartbreak and fear that Juno still carries around for her parents drove every decision she has ever made and unraveling those feeling takes time.
As always Grandma Dori was a hoot. The antics she pulled off in this book were somewhat tame compared to past books, but she was already scheming for the other Bailey siblings.
You get glimpses of Kingston’s and Sedona’s books, and all I can say is buckle your seatbelts, there stories are going to be a wild ride!

Favorite in the Series! Elizabeth @ Carolina Chic’s Read
This is the story I have waited on in the series! Juno and Colton have chemistry… you could feel it in all the books. Now is their time.. well sort of… first think Juno must do is to somehow convince herself that she is deserving and take a chance on love. Colton’s engagement could very well go differently if they both could get their heads in straight. They have so much to get through to get to their happiness.
GRANDMA DORY DEFINITELY STEALS THE SHOW! OMG!
5 Starry Eye Stars!
The images that kept running through my mind while reading this book were of the tv show Wings. Juno Bailey and Colton Stone’s relationship is so much like Joe and Helen’s, one can’t help but wish for their HEA. Their history is a long one in which they have supported one another through tragedy, experienced “the firsts” of adolescence together, and built an everlasting friendship. Of course, it’s more than friendship they feel for one another, but neither is willing to cross that line to love. It takes Colton getting engaged to beautiful Brigette for Juno to finally admit her feelings to herself. The Bailey siblings and Grandma Dori are much more involved in this relationship than they have been with the other stories in this series. Some may see it as meddling, but I see it as a loving family wanting what’s best for a couple fated to be together. But can they be without someone getting hurt?
This particular story goes a bit deeper into the Bailey family past as Juno struggles with being different from the other kids and finding her way. Colton is her rock and their journey is sweet, challenging, and in the end endearing. As Joe said to Helen when he proposed “No one knows me better than you. No one knows you better than I do.” That sums up Juno and Colton perfectly.
The sweet stories of the Bailey family continue with Secrets of the World’s Worst Matchmaker. We’ve been waiting and watching Juno and Colton for such a long time, waiting and waiting and waiting. Colton is super dreamy, a veterinarian, and so so sweet. It’s obvious he adores Juno, but Juno just keeps outwardly playing dumb.
Now things are getting real. Colton is engaged to be married, and Juno is truly facing losing the most important person in her life. The story that follows is poignant. Colton has been with Juno her entire life through the good and the bad. You can’t minimize the love between these two in any way, shape, or form. And it’s ever so frustrating to see Juno continually fight it, but her fear is real.
The beauty of this book sees their love story finally bloom. It is sweet and touching, and you give a fist pump when it happens. In the meantime, you get proper doses of Bailey humor, Grandma Dori and her inimitable methods of dealing with her grandchildren, and tiny peeks into the next two Baileys’ stories.
I have so enjoyed getting to know this family who has overcome much and remain a loving, loyal family. Piper Rayne has genuinely created a charming family series that you will remember long after you have turned the last page. I think that as long as Grandma Dori is alive, we could use some next-generation books with this group.
A great 4.5read!! This beautiful friends to lovers romance will have you laughing one minute & aggravated the next. Colton is one patient guy, which is rare in real life not so much in story land! I really am enjoying this family, but Juno had me wanting to shake some sense into her. She is the most stubborn sibling for sure of the Baileys!! I loved seeing their relationship grow as they grew up. The ease & fun of Colton & Juno’s relationship is so beautifully written. Their chemistry was hot, which makes a normal girl wonder how it took so long!! In this book we learn so much more about Juno, how her parents death changed her & shaped her. This book was a bit emotional at times, but just added depth to their story. A story with little to no angst, but a twist I didn’t see coming & left me speechless, yet happy too!! This may be my favorite book in this series yet! Between the twist, then way these ladies write characters that make a reader a bit angry, yet keeping us so intrigued that we can’t stop until we have finished!!
I highly recommend this book. Told in dual POV.
Secrets of the Worlds Worst Matchmaker is book #7 in The Baileys Series by Piper Rayne. It is a funny, romantic story about 2 best friends finally getting their happily ever after.
Juno and Colton have been best friends from the time they were 6 years old. Juno has recently realized her feelings for her friend go beyond friendship but the problem is she is too late. Colton is engaged to a vet tech at the veterinarian clinic he works at. What Juno doesn’t know is Colton has had feelings for Juno since they were 13 years old. I adored Colton. He has always been there for Juno from the moment her parents died at 13 years old he vowed to always be there for her and has never wavered from that. He has been at every Bailey function always standing right beside Juno. Colton is successful in business, he is confident and attractive.
Juno is fearful and reserved about commitment and at times I was beyond frustrated with her inability to see what was right in front of her but at the same time I understood it. She owns and operates a matchmaking business. Although her insecurities took over at times she is a fiery redhead with a passion for love and matchmaking. She is gorgeous, funny and loyal to her family.
I absolutely adore the Baileys. G’ma Dori, all the siblings, their partners and kids. Every time I read a book in this series I am immersed in the family, the drama, the humor and all that the magical town of Lake Starlight, Alaska has to offer. I am looking forward to Kingston and Sedona’s books next after the little hints dropped in this one.

With this Bailey book we get a great friends to lovers couple but be ready for a full dose of angst before we get to our happily ever after. Juno and Colton’s story is a long awaited one as they have been sprinkled throughout the series, leading to this build up.
Juno is the town matchmaker. A trait she is told to have inherited from a great great aunt. Up to now she hasn’t trusted her judgement but when she starts to have all kinds of feelings she wasn’t ready for when her best friend proposes to another woman. The thought of not having Colton in her life and things being different has her in a weird tailspin.
Colton has been in love with Juno since he was 13 years old. Even still he has always stuck by her side and been her rock no matter how far she tries to push the relationship door closed. It hasn’t been easy that is for sure. He has finally decided that he need to move on and make some changes. In an attempt to help a friend that is what he was trying to do. Still the magnetic force between them was stronger than ever.
Will Juno finally see what everyone else in town has known for years? Is there a change for Juno and Colton to find their HEA together? Will the matchmaker finally give love a try for herself?
Looking forward to more Bailey craziness.

I have been dying to get my hands on Juno’s and Colton’s story for this entire series. The matchmaker and her best friend just seemed like the best kind of storyline and I love a food friends-to-lovers romance. This one was exactly what I had hoped it would be.
I always love it when I get to take a trip back to Lake Starlight and visit some of my favorite couples. But I do believe that Juno and Colton are my favorites. Their story is full of funny antics, angst, and sweetness and I couldn’t get enough of it. I absolutely cannot wait to get my hands on the next in the series!
A friends to lovers romance that brings the emotion, plus some sizzling heat. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, but I just LOVE the Bailey clan!!!
Juno is a matchmaker, so chasing her own happily ever after should be easy, right? However, losing her parents at thirteen left it’s mark. She’s afraid to take that step with anyone. Losing him is not an option.
Colton has always been by her side. The best friend she had since she was six years old, the one that can count on for anything. He’s her person, but she refuses to cross the line from friends to lovers no matter what her heart wants. Now she may just be too late because Colton is marrying someone else.
Juno struggles with losing the future she deserves, if she can’t move on from her past. This romance delivers some Bailey drama, a bit of angst and some heartache, but also the perfect HEA.
The Bailey clan always leaves me wanting more and that says a great deal about this series. We are seven books (plus two novellas) into the series. I cannot wait for the final two books!
All the stars
From the first book of this amazing family, I was hooked. As each story progressed I fell even more in love with them. in all of them, was this promise of Juno and Colton. Even though they have always been friends, I felt the underlying tension, and trust me there was A CRAPTON of it. So, to say that I have been waiting for this book was an understatement.
I enjoyed getting to see flashbacks of where this friendship started and to discover the reasons why Juno and Colton had the relationship that they did. Juno, this poor sweet girl. Seeing how she came to have the feelings and insecurities that she did was tough. yet, it made me love her more. She has a stubbornness about her that reminds me of her Grandma and I like that. it ties in with her need to be a matchmaker which is something I often see her Grandma doing with her meddling. Colton, his devotion and ability to stay behind the line that Juno has given him, all for the sake of not losing his best friend, was beautiful. I cannot imagine that it would be easy.
I had laughs with the cameo appearances of this crazy family, especially at some VERY inopportune times. There were quite a few twists that I did not see coming which surprised me since I figured I knew where this was going to go. I was okay with predictable because I just needed to see this love story, however, I should have known it wouldn’t be predictable from this duo. Another couple of whoppers of what is to come in the final two books. I CANNOT wait.
The bonus epilogues in these stories are always amazing too. This one though might take the cake for being the best. I cannot even express what it was like to read the words of the past and see a peek into a family unit and how they came to be as amazing as this family is. I felt the loss but more importantly, I felt where the love started.
Until I got my hands-on Juno’s story, I really struggled with why she didn’t admit to the feelings we all knew she felt for Colton. It never even occurred to me that she might be afraid, she has always come across as so self-assured. Juno held this aura of mystery that I never really bothered to try see through. But she felt so together and seemed to know what was going on with all her siblings I just figured she would have all her shit together. So as much as it sucked for her it was nice to see she was just as clueless as the rest of us.
Poor Colton was the one to suffer for Juno’s fears and insecurities. But he had the patience of a saint and he knew that Juno was his destiny and he waited. I have to admit I was worried he had given up when we learnt of his engagement in the last book. And then I worried there was going to be a load of angst and drama. Of course, I should have known Piper Rayne would not steer us wrong.
I loved that this book had a lot of flash backs to them as they grew up. Showing us not just them but a lot of the Bailey clan through the ages. And even though we got a lot of the family, they were background to the story, except Gma D of course. As always the teasers for not just King’s book but also Sedona’s has me wanting to dive into both books right now. Grrr I hate waiting.
I received a free ARC copy of this book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is Colton and Juno’s long awaited story. It is part of a series and you really should read it in order because they don’t really stand alone. When we last left the Bailey’s in Alaska, matchmaker, Juno matched up her bestfriend, Colton with Bridgette and they ended up engaged and this story is about do they or don’t they….
And its Juno and how she confronts her feelings and what feelings she has for her bestfriend, Colton. These two met at age 6 and were best friends growing up. Colton is in love with her but she doesn’t want to wreck their relationship with romance that in this story she realises that if he marries and falls for someone else she could love him anyways..
This is primarily Juno’s story even though we do get both Colton and Juno’s POV in this story. It is time for Juno to face her sad past and how losing her parents at age 13 changed her life and to some degree Colton’s as well.
It was told beautifully and I loved catching up on Colton and Juno’s past and seeing them as kids, teens and now in their twenties. I also loved Grandma Dori and all the Bailey siblings and watching them with their families.
Piper Rayne I see what you did there! You are a great big book plot tease aren’t you!! You had me worried, both anxious and excited to read Juno and Colton’s story. Honestly all the “moments” these two “friends” have shared throughout the Series had me on the edge of my seat and when you dropped the bomb – Colton’s engagement to that French hussy I was flabbergasted. I actually remember dropping my Kindle like it was on fire when I read that.
I went into this book knowing in my heart that you would give me the HEA I needed, but I couldn’t begin to imagine the journey you would take me on to get there. All I can say now is – well done you. Juno and Colton’s friends to lovers story is perhaps my favorite Bailey siblings story to date and that’s saying a lot because I’ve loved each and every single one for different reasons. If you haven’t read this series, I highly recommend that you do and that you of course TBR this little gem too. Enjoy!
Being in love is hard. Being in love with your best friend when he loves someone else is soul crushing. Finding love for a match maker should be simple right? This is a story of friends to lovers and it’s perfection. The angst is so freaking good. The chemistry is hot!! I fell madly in love with these characters. They are my family well I feel a connection to them lol. The writing hooks and reels you in. I finished this book and had to read it a second time to enjoy it all over again. This series is one I will treasure and this book added more to this never ending story between this family. I can’t wait to read the next book these talented ladies release.
