Really, really enjoyed this book. Once I started reading this I quickly found I didn’t want to put it down. A realistic and gripping storyline that kept me on the edge of my seat. This author seems to have really done their research and the world building was incredible. This author really made everything come alive and it was as if I was watching it unfold before me. I loved the relationships between the characters and I would be more than happy to make this a re-read.
Although I really liked both When Fall Breaks and The Dead of Winter, I think I was most excited about Secrets of Spring because finally I was going to get all the answers to every secret that the Seasons of Jefferson series held! Let me just say…WOW! Julie Solano and Tracy Justice certainly kept me on my toes throughout book after book and yet I was still left speechless. There were so many things in this final story that I definitely was not expecting. Seriously I was SHOCKED time and time again.
Young adult readers are going to fall in love with this series and all of the incredible characters that you will meet along the way. There is just so much to love about these books and the element of suspense was an added bonus. I strongly recommend checking out this books if you love a good young adult romance with a twist!

Finally! We get to the story of Jenna. Shes got secrets a mile long and not one can ever be uncovered.
We get to see her past, and how she got to Jefferson and the start of the friendships between the characters from books 1 and 2.
This book had me sitting on the edge of.my seat in places and wanting to shake them in another.
We meet Ty and see the inner turmoil of Jenna and her crush but also the busy lofe she has. Add in a crazy fellow student and we’ve got a high school drama but oh so good!
I loved the epilogue but i felt we didnt get to see the rest of the group from the previous books and they’re future, and I NEED them, because im invested!

Secrets of Spring (Seasons of Jefferson Series Book 3) by authors J.T. Aurhors,Julie Solano,Tracy Justice is the third and final book in the Seaso s of Jefferson Series . I highly recommend reading the first two books in this series prior to this one. This book like the othe two have a bit of mystery and suspense with a few twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what happens next. This story has some romance as well but also about the bonds of friendship and how they come together qhen threats are being made. I have truly enjoyed this whole series and im a bit sad its over but I look forward to what these authors bring us next. This book will take you on a rollercoaster ride..You want to find out if the get their HEA?Read this book to find that and what secrets are revealed.
Secrets of Spring by Julie Solano and Tracy Justice is book three of the Seasons of Jefferson series. This book is the final book of the series. I strongly recommend reading the first two books of the series before reading this book. This book is told from the point of view of Jenna Bailey. This book kept me on the edge of my seat. Not everything is what meets the eye.
There are secrets that Jenna knows. She understands that she can’t tell anyone. What she doesn’t realize is the deep, dark parts that she doesn’t remember ties into the things that have been happening to her group of friends. Jenna focused on being a regular teen and did that through friends and sports. Eventually, Ty Connelly caught her eye and things from there really started to change. Jenna’s guard is down, she’s been safe this long why would that change. She takes risks that seem worth it at first. Is a future where she doesn’t have to hide possible?
This book tells Jenna’s story and I didn’t see any of it coming. Jenna is strong but has vulnerable parts she doesn’t let many people see. This was such a great ending to the series even though I kinda don’t want the series to ever end. I loved this book and series!
Secrets of Spring by JT Authors (Julie Solano and Tracy Justice) is the third book in her Seasons of Jefferson Series and what a finale!! Getting to see the finale, the romance and the suspense all blossom was such a treat. Having to wonder throughout this series if there would be a happy ending for at least some of them I couldn’t get enough of this book. Showcasing the bonds of friendship and the push and pull between characters when darkness tried to overcome was amazingly well written. How many secrets will come to light in this series? Can the bonds of friends and budding love find a way to continue on through the thunderstorm that they all must go through? This story literally will bring about every emotion inside you, make you both love and hate everything and wonder as to what you could do to help them in their journey. Authors Solano and Justice are both relatively new to me, having only found them through this series but boy am I glad I found them. This series has been such an amazing experience to get to read and yet I almost didn’t want it to end. I hope that these two continue to work and write together because it is dynamite when they do. If you are looking for a great read, with characters and a storyline that will pull you in from the first page til the last than this is the series for you!
Secrets of Spring was a great 5 star read.
I was so excited to read this book.
Jenna’s family moved around quite a bit when she was little, there was mystery to why they moved but she couldn’t quite figure it out. Her family finally settled in and we jump ahead a few years to Jenna in high school.
When she meets Ty things take a twist and she finds herself falling for him. These two had such a great connection. What will happen if she lets her guard down?
All of the secondary characters added a great element to the story. They all had such a great connection and were more like family. We get secrets, lies, betrayal, humor and some life lessons.
I absolutely loved this whole series but I think Secrets of Spring was my favorite. Once I started I couldn’t put it down, I had to see what was coming next. There are twists and surprises and my emotions were all over the place. These two authors do a great job of pulling you right into the story. This is a great YA series that I highly suggest, I look forward to reading more from these two.
I have read the first two books in this series and while I believe SECRETS OF SPRING can be read as a stand-alone, I think it’s better if you read the first two before this one.
This book is told from a different character’s POV and the reader gets to see a different view of events that have previously taken place. As with the first two books in the series, this story has twists and turns and ups and downs and was a pleasure to read. All of my questions were answered and I am extremely satisfied with the ending.
This book also showed how everybody bonded as friends. From 7 minutes in Heaven as a prank with someone who feels like a sibling to how each friend handles situations beyond their control.
An enjoyable series that I would recommend to my young cousins.
Secrets of Spring (Seasons of Jefferson: Book 3) is the final book in this fantastic trilogy. This book is told parallel to the first two books so I suggest you read those before this one to get the full experience of this series. This is the story of Jenna, a young woman who is in hiding, and Ty, the all-star baseball star that catches her attention. This book is full of twists and turns that will keep you guessing until the very end. The cast of characters really makes this book come alive and draws you into the world that the authors have created. This entire series is fantastic and this is a very well written novel with plenty of suspense, drama and romance to keep you reading late into the night. A five out of five star rating for an excellent conclusion to an amazing series.

‘Secrets of Spring’ is the third book in the Seasons of Jefferson Series by Julie Solano and Tracy Justice. As it is the third book in the series, I do recommend reading it after the first two books, so you get all the relevant details, character information and an understanding of the storyline- that way you will have the best possible reading experience of this book. This story has secrets, trauma, mystery, suspense, drama, heartache, intrigue, difficult situations, and romance. Having enjoyed the previous two so much, I wasn’t sure where this story would lead, especially after some of the events of the previous book/s- and I wasn’t sure if the authors could ‘deliver the goods’ yet again. But I was curious and a happy to dive in to find out…… and I am blown away by this engrossing read. It was superb! There is no way I could have predicted the storyline or how it developed. I am happy to report that this is the best of the series! The pick of the bunch! It is sooo well written, full of surprising developments that really left me hanging on to the edge of my chair in anticipation.
I have loved Jenna through the series- she’s a fantastic character, but what unraveled through this story, and what we discover about her- was completely unexpected and compelling reading. Then we add Ty to the mix and this story really takes off. We also meet up with the gang from the previous book/s, as the authors weave this complex and multi-layered. I was so absorbed by what I was reading, I didn’t put it down until I’d read every word, finishing it in an evening.
This story portrays true to life characters and situations- the authors addressing many issues faced by young people today. The authors tackle them honestly, in an informative way- which makes this book/series very realistic, believable and entirely relatable. The characters were all fully developed and interesting individuals with their own personalities, quirks and flaws. We got to meet ‘real’ people, warts and all. I became very invested in their story, and the end result.
This is a brilliant addition to the series, and well worth the read! I am excited by what these talented authors do next!
Thank You, Ms. Solano and Ms. Justice!
Secrets Of Spring by JT Authors is the third book in the Seasons of Jefferson series. Written by two brilliant authors this series ideally needs to be read in order as the story line will flow much better and have more of an impact if you do.
This book is the final book in an all round great series. Secrets are still being kept – ones that will shake the foundation of everything. Relationships move on, focus lost and gained, friendships are forged. But what happens when the secrets are finally revealed?
I really enjoyed the ending to this series. I found myself just as gripped and interested as I was when I started the first book. The characters were written so well, I really found it hard to tell that this has been written by multiple authors. The story carried through all three books well. This series is definitely worth the read.
Wow what a series i enjoyed everyone and highly recommend them! Secrets are revealed eveything is unravelled kept me on my toes that’s for sure. I was absolutely hooked to this novel unable to pull my eyes away from the pages i was so captivated by the storyline. I loved how it kept me guessing throughout right til the very end. Brilliant storyline, amazing character’s and full of suspense, drama and romance!

I’m sad this series this over, this was an awesome story from start to finish. I had a feeling this was going to be Jenna’s story and I was so so glad, I’ve loved her character throughout and I guess the only negative I have about this book, which differed just a bit from the others was the story running right along side the story we already read. I don’t know why but I just have the hardest time with that and Im definitely not a fan of that, however in saying that, I totally understood why that had to be in this book. Jenna had quite a history and that story needed to be told
I love that all the characters followed through in all 3 books, with the addition of new ones throughout which in some cases were great and others not so great. This book followed along with the rest in that you still had those twists and jaw dropping moments you come to expect yet still get taken by surprise.
Everything seemed to get tied up nicely in this story and I felt complete when it ended, yet I was a bit sad, following this cast of characters even further would be awesome, and these two authors….There is no way to tell that 2 authors wrote these books, it was done seamlessly and I will absolutely be checking out what each of them have available and will hope that there is much more to come from the two of them.
Sincerely loved this whole series, and you absolutely must read them in order, I can’t imagine reading them as stand alones..
Loved it!!

“I realized my freedom wasn’t like everyone else’s. My freedom was determined by the secrets I could keep.”
This series has been so different than others that I have read. Even though the friends are young adults they have lived through some incredible experiences, stayed strong, loyal and resilient through all of life’s drama and trauma that has been thrown at them. This book is filled with mystery, chemistry, secrets, friendship, twists, humor, tears and hope. So many questions were answered and unimaginable nightmares were revealed.
““Again? I thought this place was the one.” It was barely a whisper, but I heard it and knew. My life was about to take another turn. My friends. My sports. My school. Everything I had worked so hard to build in Napa Valley was going to be left behind.”
Secrets of Spring is book three and the final instalment in the Jefferson trilogy by JT Authors. This story co tunes with the usual dramatics, heroics and suspense. There is always unexpected events ready to be unveiled, every time a page is turned.
I have never read a series where so much happens to characters so young and just starting out in life. It makes for fascinating reading. Secrets caused them to go into hiding, but after a awhile, they get comfortable and feel they can begin to enjoy life and love like everyday, normal young adults. The conclusion of this blisteringly entertaining story will blow your mind. 5 stars.
Secrets of Spring by: Julie Solano and Tracy Justice was book 3 in the Seasons of Jefferson series, I definitely recommend reading the first two books to have the full story of the characters and dynamics of friendship in this book. Just like the other 2. I could not put this book down, it had me wanting more from page 1. The characters were believable and likeable. The conclusion to the Jefferson series made me sad in a way, like I was losing my own friends. This series will be a tough act to follow. These two authors write so fluid you would never know its not one author. They are a great duo and I cannot wait to read more books by them. I give this book a solid 5 stars and can’t wait to read whatever these authors do next.
Secrets of Spring (Seasons of Jefferson Book 3) by Julie Solano and Tracy Justice surpasses my expectations. Again this is the book 3 in the Seasons of Jefferson series and I HIGHLY recommend you read the first to understand what is going on in this story. We have made some good friends some not so good friends and everything in between. The core characters have stayed together for one reason. Each character has an amazing roll and should not be disregarded. This book answers questions and really gives a clear picture of the end game. Thank you Ms. Solano and Ms. Justice for the amazing stories.
Secrets of Spring is book 3 in the Seasons of Jefferson series by authors Julie Solano and Tracy Justice. And just like the previous two, it’s a fantastic read that I was glued to.
Jenna Bailey has grown up as someone else. She’s been put into witness protection with her family after seeing something that she shouldnt have. Keeping secrets is natural for her. When she meets Ty Connelly, she starts taking risks and breaking rules that she has followed and stuck to for years. Will letting her guard down have consequences?
I have to say that I think this is my favourite of the series. It runs alongside the previous two books in the series, then carries on after, but from Jenna’s POV. A brilliant conclusion to the trilogy, leaving nothing out and tying up everything. Twists and turn that you expect to happen but don’t expect at the same time. I’ve absolutely loved this whole series and would definitely recommend it.
This is the conclusion of a great series! Loved the depth of friendships & reading their journey through adolescence! Engaging from the start, and so well described you feel like part of the group. Totally satisfied with the ending, nothing is left unanswered. Can’t wait to see what’s next from this author:)
“In the depths of every soul lies a secret, but rarely is it known by only one.”
Secrets of Jefferson series from JT Authors have been three impactful books that I have had the privilege of reading this year. Each story is woven around one amazing group of teens. These teens have very real and often missed issues that need to be addressed. I would not read this book before you read the first two in order. Book one is When Fall Breaks and deals with substance abuse and drinking AND domestic violence. Book two is The Dead of Winter, and it features PTSD and its effects. In this final book, Secrets of Spring, we get the full story of Jenna, and the authors tackle internet safety as well as underage drinking. None of these topics are easy to deal with or write about. Authors Julie Solano and Tracey Justice are middle school teachers and view firsthand all of these topics affect students daily. What started out as a journey to write novels for their own children to read and enjoy, became a way to impact countless others, and has succeeded above and beyond what was intended. I love the way they bring to life these teens who have faced some pretty difficult things together and showcased how they came out to be better human beings because of what they have survived. I would highly recommend that you could read these novels with your teen and enjoy them together. It is a great way to approach some things that parents can find taboo to talk to their children about.
“Get educated. Be smart. Don’t share information with strangers.”
“Underage drinking, even in moderation, is extremely dangerous. While under the influence, it’s not uncommon to make poor decisions that could put yourself or others at risk. Also, the dangers of mind-altering drugs being slipped into drinks is a growing problem. You should never leave a drink unattended or accept a drink from someone at a party. The drugs people slip into these drinks can cause memory loss or an altered state of consciousness.”
I was new to these two when I first picked up book one and I have absolutely adored reading them and am anticipating my next read from either one or both in the very near future! Happy reading and thank you so much JT Authors for the fantastic stories I can now share with my mini me!
“Like so many restless nights before, my mind works to escape the fear I’ve grown so accustomed to. For the life of me, I can’t remember what happens next, but the same cycle ensues. I force my eyes open, lie in the darkness, and wonder what the h$ll I just witnessed; and why, for the love of God, I keep having the same dream over and over again.”
“I closed my eyes and swallowed hard when I realized what it meant. We were on the run again, and there was nothing I was going to be able to say about it.”
“~For every base we visit tonight, a special memory awaits. I hope you enjoy the journey as much as I’ve enjoyed ours.”
