Holly Graham is not interested in celebrating Christmas. In fact, she’s renounced the holiday and all the cheer that comes with it. So returning her grandmother’s Christmas Inn was not something she wanted to do.
Until she found out that in order to sell the inn, she needed to spend one last Christmas there.
Stephen Jones has two goals this holiday season: run Christmas Inn for one last holiday season and take care of his sister and nephew. Helping the girl he once loved sell the only place he’s ever called home was not in his job description.
Especially when she’s acting like she’s forgotten everything she once loved about the inn and maybe…him.
Holly is persistent to sell even when Stephen refuses to respect her wishes. Or his adorable nephew pulls at her heart strings. Add the mysterious notes from her grandmother, and Holly’s frozen heart begins to melt.
Does the magic of Christmas Inn hold enough power to bring these two wandering souls together?
Find out in Anne-Marie’s Second Chance at Christmas Inn. A sweet, swoon-worthy Christmas romance with toe-curling kisses and all the holiday cheer you could ever want.

This was a great holiday romance. The story pulled me in from the beginning. I enjoyed watching how Stephen and Holly cope with the requirements that Holly’s grandmother has placed on selling the inn. Stephen and Holly had a relationship long ago and they have to navigate their old feelings and their new feelings that blossom during Holly’s stay at the inn. Stephen’s nephew adds to the enjoyment of the story. I recommend to those that love a short sweet, clean, holiday romance.
I received a copy of this book. This is my honest and voluntary review.
I don’t know how I missed what genre this was, but I did. I read historical fiction and mysteries. So with that proviso, IF you like romances, this is a clean sweet book.
If you are into romances, it is okay.
A feel good book to get you in the Christmas spirit.
It is a story about a man and a woman with true tension between them. Yet under- neath it there is something else going on that neither of them wanted to admit.
Cozy, romantic story.
A little too predictable for me.
Predictable outcome but a few unexpected surprises added to the plot.
Perfect Winter/Holiday season romance light read. I loved the interaction of the characters and how I felt I knew them. Looking forward to reading more from this author.
This book was fun and full of holiday cheer. I knew how it would end, but enjoyed watching it unfold!
Loved the story well written
Christmas is a great theme for stories. This one keeps it’s promise as the story unfolds. Worth reading.
Typical story of woman goes back home reacquaints with old flame and after several struggles they reconnect.
Xmas feel good story.
Nice easy to read story.
Good read for the Christmas season.
Nice easy read over the holidays
This book was entertaining and the characters likable, but it seemed a little shallow and less developed than I would have liked. The author made it too easy for the leading lady to get out of her year’s long relationship, but you got he happy ending you expected. Maybe I read too many Christmas romances this year?
A love story with believable characters. Forgiveness and love e emplified
OK, but lacking in interesting details about the inn and history and community.
