SEAL of Honor: TroyWhen a friend of Tesla’s sends out an SOS on the lowdown on an oil rig in trouble, Troy has a good idea what he’s getting into. As far as he is concerned, the maximum danger, the potential for betrayal, and the chances of not coming home sounded like the right kind of job for him. After all, he lived alone. So going into these situations with no family to worry about him made … worry about him made him the ideal candidate—until he meets someone at the oil rig who suddenly makes him see his future in a different life.
Berkley knew something dangerous was going on. No way this oil rig hadn’t been sabotaged. She’d requested to remain with the skeleton crew until her help arrived. And was surprised at the size of the team that showed up to assist her.
Who knew it would take all of them to get to the bottom of this mess and to keep them alive, as human nature and Mother Nature combined to take them all out.

Wow – What a thrilling read that kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end with intense drama centered around the sabotage of an oil rig off the shores of Alaska and Mason’s SEAL team is called in when one of Tesla’s friends sends out an SOS. I loved Berkley Milford, communications specialist and the only female left on the skeleton crew and enjoyed her strength and dynamic with the other characters especially Navy SEAL Troy Landry. If you enjoy riveting romantic suspense with lots of twists and turns, don’t miss “SEALS of Honor: Troy”. She is working on an oil rig and she knows someone is causing trouble so requests help. He is alone and the more dangerous it is the better. They are both shocked when they first meet. Can they stop the trouble? Who is doing it? Will they fall for each other? See how they get on

Super exciting Seals of Honor entry! Troy and team go to an oil rig when Berkley, the computer tech on board, shouts out for help. We have murder (and of course a whodunit), sabotage (the oil rig keeps getting blown up!) and lots of drama. Berkley and Troy hit it off and become a couple. Lots of twists and turns and I sure did not see the ending coming!! Great read.

The suspense in this book had me on the edge of my seat. It has a great plot that is well written. The characters are well developed and captivating. There is plenty of intrigue, mystery, action, and drama to keep your interest to the very end. A great read.
Danger from within and danger from the weather outside combine to keep Troy and the rest of the team scrambling to find the person behind the damage to the oil rig and to keep everyone alive. Page turner from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

This was a great suspenseful romance. Berkley is a contract worker on an oil rig. When the rig suffers an explosion and 4 people are missing, Berkley sends out a SOS to her friend Tesla. Berkley knows Tesla would immediately let Mason know and he in turn would get a group of his team together to investigate.
This was a fast pace read. Once I started, I didn’t want to stop. There were more questions being raised, bodies turning up and mysterious occurrences happening all the time. I loved the characters and the appearances of some prior SEALs being a part of this story. Also the dual POV format that this is written in, is my favorite. I get that glimpse into the characters’ thoughts and feelings to really understand their actions and speech in a scene. There were a few scenes that really took me on a great emotional roller coaster. I loved that about this one.
If you enjoy a military romance with suspense, intrigue, danger and the emotional touch with your romance, then you definitely have to give this one a shot. This is a slightly sexy read. The author didn’t really go into the act in great length but I would only recommend this to someone over the age of 18.
Troy by Dale Mayer
SEALs of Honor Series
Troy Landry is headed for a mission on an oil rig with a team of SEALs. Mason was with as the SOS had come from a friend of Tesla’s. There had been an explosion, and sabotage was suspected. It ended up a lot worse things were happening on that rig.
Berkley Milford worked at different places with her job. She’d been on this oil rig before, but this time was different. Berkley had promised her friend that she’d find out answers to things that were happening there. So she stayed on when most everyone else left…hoping her SOS would be heard.
An excellent story, but some very dark, evil things were happening on this oil rig, and it couldn’t be blamed on anything but humans. Page-turning suspense…and as always, a touch of romance.
**Sensual content and language

Solid 4.5 star
I loved how even though Berkley didn’t have solid evidence of things not being right on the rig after the explosion the guys jump to it as they trust her and Tesla but then they learn of other goings on that led to 3 women leaving and things heat up another level. You really don’t know who to trust as things unravel and are uncovered or whether Berkley or any of the others are safe, fortunately we have Troy getting a bit alpha over Berkley to keep the other guys away but it also gives them the chance to spend time together and for Troy to see she is a bit of a kick butt women! Be ready for some good twists, unexpected surprises, tension and a spark of explosions and love!!

Berkley is an IT contracter working on an oil rig. When there is an explosion on the oil rig, Berkley looks at the monitors for the drill readings and suspects sabotage. She sends an SOS to her friend Tesla, who just happens to be married to Mason a Navy SEAL. He quickly pulled his team together (including Troy the star of the book) and they head for the oil rig to figure out what is going on. Troy takes it upon himself to provide protection to Berkley from the men remaining on the oil rig that disrespect the women working on the oil rig. The mission was to find out what caused the explosion and get the crew off the oil rig. I liked this book a lot because it had a unique plot. When they started finding bodies, they realized there was a lot more going on than just the sabotage. As in all Seals of Honor books there is a romance. In most romance books there is an electric attraction and then by the end of the make a lifetime commitment. This book was different Troy and Berkley decided to go out for a dinner (or two) to get to know each, before jumping into bed. This is the 24th book in the SEALs of Honor series and Dale was able to write a novel with a new refreshing plot. This is a great read with an unexpected plot twist in the end. I’m sure you will find it as good as I did.

An oil rig, possible sabotage and the sea itself are just part of the suspense in Book 24 from the SEALs of Honor series.
Navy SEAL Troy is part of Mason’s group who is sent to assist Berkley with her suspicion of wrongdoing on the off-shore oil platform. Who knew their futures could look bright together if they get off the rig alive. In typical Dale Mayer fashion, the action does not stop until The End
Another favorite to be put on the Read Again shelf alongside the other 23 books from this collection.

Berkley, the sole female onboard an oi rig, reaches out to Tesla for help. Something is going on out here! The rig has been sabotaged, foul play or cover up? That’s what the team sent in needs to find out! Berkley knows the team through Tesla, but she also knows, by who is there, they are taking the threat seriously! There are so many layers to discover, but they will get to the bottom of this! People will die! But there is a Happy ending!
Troy is sent to the rescue on an oil rig off the coast of Alaska along with Axel. Not only do they have to figure out who’s trying to blow up the rig, they find dead bodies, missing bodies, hackers, sexual harassment and assault with plenty of suspects to pick from. Another head scratcher for the series.
With Dale Mayer’s books, the word “WOW” is frequently used and this book is no different. A drill rig at risk, missing workers, then more discoveries. An SOS from a friend of Tesla’s. Troy, a SEAL, and other SEALs join an IT operator by the name of Berkley in uncovering the sabotage and so much more. A page turner and unpredictable in the best possible way. A standalone book and a great tale with colorful characters. Bravo!

Another great read in the SEALs of Honor series and this time it’s Troy with fellow members of Mason’s team who go to an oil rig in the middle of the Ocean that has been sabotaged and find more dark secrets that involved the crew on the rig. Berkley is Tesla’s friend and asks for help when one of her friends was attacked and then the drills sabotaged. Berkley has met some of the team and even Troy once and this time she notices him and he takes a protective stance where she is concerned. As bodies pile up, more attacks, more explosions and missing men it will take all the men to figure out what is going on.
A great read with some steam, suspense, twists and turns and a mystery to solve. I really enjoyed this read as the action and surprises keep coming and kept me flipping the pages. I like the no drama between the couple and how easily they both accept the other with no miscommunication, lies or secrets.
*I voluntarily read an advanced copy and expressed my honest opinion*
I really miss this series, miss the troop, miss the camaraderie in Mason’s group, so I was super excited with this one. It’s Troy’s turns now and it took place in an oil rig in the middle of the ocean with mother nature raging around them, with nowhere to go, it’s certainly upped the suspense. There’s danger and mystery and crazy twisted people in every corner, then add sparks between Berkley and Troy, although it was pretty mild at the beginning, but it keeps growing till the end, and there’s touching moments too, that got me almost teary, so yeah….I love it.
It’s definitely a perfect book for suspense romance lovers.
Fantastic!
This is an intense story from an oil rig situated in the frigid waters off the coast of Alaska. A suspected sabotage has Mason’s team fast-tracking to the area to assess the situation and get things under control, if needed. Tesla’s friend, Berkley, sent out a may day to Tesla when she discovered, as she was doing her routine systems check, that things were not as they should be aboard the oil rig. Add to that, an explosion which forced an evacuation of most of the rig’s crew, leaving behind a skeleton crew to assess the damage and attempt to fix it.
I love this story! It gets intense right from the beginning and keeps that level of intenseness throughout the story. Mysterious deaths, then more bodies than reported suggest murder, but claimed accidental, add to the danger aboard the rig. Berkley is the only female left on board and constantly deals with the not so subtle harassment from the male members of the crew. I love her moxey! She doesn’t cave to the pressure and stands her ground whenever they start criticizing her and her purpose on the rig or act like she should willingly pass herself around for the pleasure of the crew.
Axel, Mason and Nelson are her secondary support while Troy has stepped up to be her protector against anyone on board who tries to get at her. The male dominated field of oil rigs make it a dangerous arena for any female trying to do her job without facing the derogatory comments and actions from their male counterparts.
I love the mystery and suspense surrounding the danger on this platform where one really has no where to go, but yet there are many places a person with nefarious intentions can hide if they don’t want to be found. I did find the subject of the gang rape of the previous female workers to be a sad realization that in some job fields, the atmosphere is still very male dominated and there is no tolerance of change.
This story covers a multitude of touchy issues, but each one is written with respect and resolution for the characters. A fast-paced read and a very exciting adventure!
Troy has been on an Oil Rig before and knows the danger involved when he is asked to check on a possible sabotage, skeleton crew on the rig and really bad weather. Berkley, a friend of Tessa, sent out a call for help when she suspected the what was happening was far from the norm. Apparently she was believed as the team sent was larger than normal and this proved to be exactly what was needed. Mystery, adventure, explosions and an angry sea with questionable men running the show makes for a perfect read. Always love the men showing strength, knowledge and honor. The romance is an added plus to an already good book.
The epilogue talks about Alex going on a mission involving a small sub in danger. Count me in, I’m ready for another adventure!
So much going on in this story – explosions, missing people, a hacker, dead bodies, romance, and sexual assault. And we get lots of SEALs in this story (six of them) and among them are Mason and Nelson. This was such a great story! Even with everything going on, it was laid out in a way that you were able to follow the multiple threads even with the twists and turns along the way. I love that there were some unexpected surprises also.
Love this series and love this book. I always read the books so fast cause I love them so much but wish I had read slower so I still had the book to read. It is an awesome storyline and great characters! Dale hit another homer with this book and series!

Troy loves his job, no job is too dangerous. This is his life. Mason, needed his help on this assignment and he was the man for the job. His former life working on an oil rig makes this one right up his alley.
Berkely works these rigs as a computer specialist. She runs the programs checks the programs for errors or sabotage and makes sure things are running smoothly except for a friend and co-worker who was assaulted. Rumors others had been as well. With her friend off the rig, a deadly storm on the way, and then things start blowing up, workers were missing or dead. However, there were and are deeper darker secrets that people are wanting to go away. Berkely’s, friend Tesla is worried about her, and when worries about a friend, goes to Mason, who takes action as head of a Seal team, and the backing of the Government, are on the way.
Troy is horrified to find out a lady is onboard the rig. Too much danger, to many questions and not enough answers. Working together to find out what is going on and to fix it if possible. I have to stop or it will spoil the book. It is a page-turner, you do not know who to trust or what is happening as nothing is as it seems.
