Nothing is what it seems … ever … imagine.
Elizabeth might have had a hand in now sending two men to Baja to look for her brother, but she will not stay behind. Her brother is in danger … and he’s the only family she has left.
It doesn’t take long for Nelson to realize that Elizabeth has caught the eye of someone who rules that corner of the world. She’s now in jeopardy too—possibly more than her brother. Keeping her safe moves up Nelson’s priority list.
Until both issues merge, and everything goes south …

Another terrific story in an outstanding series. Fabulous writing and stunning characters in a thrilling storyline with action, adventure, suspense, danger, mystery and a sexy romance. Loved this hunky alpha with major skills and the beautiful heroine in need of his help. Can’t wait for the next installment!

I found this book to be a bit different than the others in this series in that the lady involved was more a part of the solution of locating the missing Sailor which just happens to be her brother.
Elizabeth Etchings solicits the help of Nelson Brown who is a long time friend of the missing brother Chris Etchings(Skunk) and he brings with him Taylor Robinson who is also a Seal and adept in locating missing persons.
This book pulled you into the story from page one and kept the pages turning to see what would happen next because the mystery got more and more interesting as the book progresses.
Nelson is finally unable to deny the spark he feels when in the company of Elizabeth and it takes Taylor to throw it out there before Nelson finally admits he would like to see where the relationship would go after they find Skunk.
Grab a copy of this book and get ready to enjoy this sexy mystery.
This is an action packed suspense story that I couldn’t put it down. The chemistry, tension, spark and emotion in the characters is amazing. The mystery and drama had me from the very start. I really enjoyed this book. I received this book as a gift and voluntarily give this review..
Nelson is sent to find his old friend and the brother of one of the engineers for the Navy. Elizabeth has been worried about her brother since he went missing. She is grasping at any link to lead her to him. When Nelson is sent to look for Chris, there’s no way Elizabeth is staying behind. Wonderful mystery with some light and dark moments in it. Was surprised by some of the twists. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of the book.
This newest entry in the Seal’s of Honor series is a great read. As Elizabeth tries to find her brother, Nelson and team jump in to assist. Elizabeth catches the eye of the local crime lord and it quickly becomes very intense. As always the romance is hot and Nelson saves the day and earns his happily ever after

Nelson by Dale Mayer
SEALs of Honor Series
Nelson Brown just returned from a mission to the UK. He had to be back for training. One of the speakers wanted to meet with him ahead of time. He remembered her from another conference but didn’t know her. And he didn’t realize he knew her brother…until that meeting. He was missing and the woman wanted Nelson’s help in finding him.
Elizabeth Etchings just lost her father eight weeks earlier, and now, the only family she had left was missing. Chris wouldn’t just walk away from the navy like NCIS figured he did. He was in trouble and she wouldn’t give up on him until she found out what was going on.
Off to Mexico Nelson and Taylor go to search for his friend Skunk. NCIS is giving them four days to find an answer. Nelson doesn’t expect it when Elizabeth sits down in the bar with them. Now, they have to look for her brother, avoid the local “mafia” types, and watch out for a woman they didn’t plan on. And then, there’s that “keepers” thing with anyone connected to Mason. Another SEAL adventure with suspense, action, and romance.

The writing on these pages is stellar. The storyline is EVERYTHING! I devoured every word because it was just That phenomenal!! Seriously Dale Mayor way with words! No one writes intoxicating alpha males like her. Seals of Honor: Nelson is my new top favourite…..it’s absolutely one of the greatest books I’ve read this year 2019!! Happy reading!!
Nelson and Taylor are tasked to find a missing shipmate, at his sisters request. So the men head off to Ensenada Mexico, Skunk has disappeared without a trace, and his sister wants answers, not the ones she’s getting from NCIS. She goes down to Mexico to “help” Nelson and Taylor. Lot’s of crime and danger to keep you going. Crazy Characters to keep you on your toes, and Overall Great Story!
This series just keeps getting better and better. The twists and turns leave you guessing until the end. What happened to Skunk and will Nelson and Elizabeth be able to save him? Can’t wait for the next book!

I really enjoy this series. Nelson, as other members of Mason’s team, believes in helping a friend in need. When he and his partner start their investigation of his missing friend, they are surprised when the friend’s sister shows up to help. But does Elizabeth’s appearance help or hinder the investigation? Will Nelson continue the trend of team members meeting their match while on assignment?
There’s danger, suspense and unpredictable developments. A great read.
Another great book from miss Mayer full of mysterie and action and I couldn’t put It down and read It in one day. Elizabeth’s brother goes missing and she goes with Nelson in search for her brother in Mexico. I received this book via Booksprout for an honest review.
I’m loving this series and its Alpha men. This is a 4 day mission to find a missing man, is he AWOL, dead or missing for another reason. The men are joined by his sister, she’s determined to help find her brother. There’s plenty of action, some sizzling chemistry that didn’t overpower the story and a thrilling plot to keep the reader entertained. I thoroughly enjoyed this story.
We are off to mexico but alas it is not for a holiday it is to find a missing brother and friend as well as working out if Skunk Elizabeth’s brother and Nelson old friend is on the run to keep safe or is he far more involved in the murder. But trying to find Skunk isn’t all they need to do as Elizabeth has made a friend of someone she shouldn’t have and that has put a target on her back. There is plenty of tension, hope, danger and adventure to keep you turning the page and at times laughing at how the 3 of them manage to work together.

Dale Mayer always write an amazing alpha hero and Nelson is not an exception, he’s just so perfect for me, protective, reliable, smart, lethal and super hot, so yeah…what’s not to love?
Not just Nelson that keeps me turning the page, the story and all those twists make this book unputdownable, so many bad guys, so many possibilities, and so many mysteries that keep me on edge and I love all those sweet moments, love how love sneaked in between Nelson and Elizabeth, it’s like they hit it from the get go, so effortless and easy, a perfect match from the beginning.
Great characters (although I wanted to shake Elizabeth for how naive she is most of the time) and an amazing suspense story, yes I love this book.
If you’re looking for suspense romance read, this is the book for you.
A US Navy seaman, Chris “Skunk” Etchings, goes missing while his ship is docked in Ensenada, leaving his sister to seek answers and find him. Elizabeth, an engineer who often works with the Navy, is frustrated with the NCIS investigation and decides to strike out on her own hoping to locate her brother.
Navy SEAL Nelson Brown knew “Skunk” and is one of the first to be approached by Elizabeth with questions. In no time, Nelson and his buddy, Taylor, are given four days to do their own investigation of the events in Baja. They did not expect Elizabeth to show up hours after they arrived.
The story is a page turning combination of local gang members, dark waterfront/docks and pulling pieces of a puzzle together while friendships and feelings grow among Nelson, Elizabeth and Taylor. The locals with whom they become entangled keep the suspense turned up on high.
Dale Mayer brings a fresh plot to the SEALs of Honor series combined with some of our favorite characters. A home run that leaves readers waiting for the next story.

Enjoyable! Nelson had a meeting with Elizabeth Etchings. Unknowingly to him, she is the sister of a friend from his youth, Chris, aka Skunk. Skunk has disappeared amid mysterious circumstances and she feels like more should be done to find him. Nelson and his co-worker Taylor go to Mexico to find him. Unknowingly to them, Elizabeth follows and attracts the attention of those who can cause her and those she cares about harm. Can they find Chris and escape Mexico before it’s too late? Read and find out!
Nelson is specifically requested for a job by an engineer named Elizabeth when her brother goes missing in Mexico after his ship docked for a couple days there. As it turns out, he knows her brother. Elizabeth is feisty, insistent and eventually gets under his skin and in his heart. This book has danger, intrigue, mystery and murder. There are so many moving parts, it will keep you guessing till the end. Well written and masterfully played you will not be able to put it down. I love this series. I volunteered to read this book on Booksprout.
I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book.
This is book no 21 in the SEALS of Honor series, they can be read as standalone stories. There are no cliffhangers and the storyline is fast-paced and well-written, the plot is intriguing and well thought out. There is plenty of drama, action and chemistry. The characters are incredibly likable, stubborn but likable. Nelson is a true SEAL, strong and loyal. I can’t wait to see about Taylor.
This is another enjoyable entry in this entertaining series. I thought that Nelson and Elizabeth had good chemistry and I liked how their relationship slowly evolved. The story holds your attention well with a interesting blend of action, drama, mystery, danger, suspense, adventure and romance. A very good read! This is my independent, impartial review.
This story was just as good as all the previous books but somehow it felt softer, slower, less tense and even the romance different. One of the other reviewers called it “romance light.”
I think the feel of the story comes from Nelson who is softer, slower, calmer and a less frantic lover. A perfect partner for Elizabeth who at times was frantic. As always a perfectly plotted story.
