Evan and Megan got together once and it was heaven but they both had carriers taking them in separate directions. Evan and Seals team are sent in to assist another seal team that has four members down and injured. Evans team get the other team and are headed to the extraction point to be picked by a helicopter. Guess who is in the helicopter with her partner, Ice and Megan. Ice and Megan work together to get the men to safety, they are fired upon and the helicopter has a few bullet whole but everyone is safe for the moment. The terrorists who attacked the seal team are now after Megan as well as the seal team because they saw something they shouldn’t have. Evan will keep Megan safe as long as he can but there have already been several failed attempts on her life. Will he be able to save her again? Amazing story with wonderful characters. Love this book.
Another excellent story in this series of SEALs of Honor
The characters are interesting, believable and get into oh-so-dangerous situations, falling in love at such a wrong time…
The two main characters are powerful characters in their own right and perfect together! Running from bad guys or fighting them, the couple is great!
I love stong heroines and Dale Mayer definitely delivers. In this book we get a closer look at Ice and meet her new partner Megan. The book starts as Ice and Megan pick Levi’s team out of a mission gone wrong. An ambush that will change all their lives.
Evan was part of the team that went in to get them out, he and Megan have a bit of history and now he wants to see if there is more for them. Megan is a bit more skeptical, although she does have feelings for him as well.
As this investigation opens, things are really tense on base, and Megan thinks she may have seen something.
Things heat up rapidly in more way than one as Megan finds herself in the middle of an investigation she really wants nothing to do with.
Plenty of hold your breath action, tears, some laughter and simmering to sizzling heat as Evan works to convince Megan he’s the one for her.
I love these books! I’m anxiously awaiting for the next one to come out in July!!!!
Navy SEAL, Evan, and his team are sent on an extraction mission. They are to get Levi and his men out of danger after their mission went south. The extraction is successful, and they are able to get everyone into the helicopter, piloted by Ice (who has a thing for Levi) and co-piloted by Megan. Evan and Megan had an unforgettable weekend together three years earlier, and he’s regretted letting her go ever since. When Megan got engaged, he knew he blew it with her but now that she’s single he’s determined not to mess up this time.
Even though Megan had wanted more from Evan when they hooked up years ago, she knew his reputation so it was clear that there wouldn’t be more. She had moved on with her life, but now that she’s back on the West Coast, maybe they could be more. Megan couldn’t believe it when Evan let her know that he’s changed and wants a relationship with her. Should she go for it or not? Before they get too far with this, they have work to do. It looked like someone betrayed Levi and his team. They have to find out who.
This is such a terrific suspense that I was on the edge-of-my-seat reading it. I HAD to know who was shooting at Evan and Megan? Were they after just them or the whole team? Who betrayed Levi?
I was so happy to be offered an ARC of SEALs of Honor: Evan to review. I love this series so I knew I would love this book!
