Don’t miss out on the exciting conclusion to the Camos and Cupcakes series from USA Today bestselling author Melissa Schroeder.Hey, there. Fritz O’Bryan at your service, the only remaining single guy in the Camos and Cupcakes shop. My friends call me a player, and I try to live up to their expectations. I mean, the women of San Antonio are relying on me to save them from boredom. That is until I … boredom.
That is until I find myself practically homeless thanks to my jerk of a cat. The last person I expect to save me is world class chef Savannah Martinez. With the temperament of a Hell’s Kitchen reject, she’s the kind of woman I usually avoid. Still, beggars can’t be choosers, so I take her up on her offer.
It doesn’t take long to discover that prickly woman is kind of sweet. She shows me time and again that she does have a softer side, one that I definitely want to get to know. And when her world implodes, I’m more than happy to be the soft place for her to fall.
Losing my heart to her was never in my plans. Now that it’s happened, I have to convince her that I not only know how to play the game, but I know how to win her heart.
Warning: This book includes more cupcakes (of course), a trip to the altar for Ginger Jesus and his Sunshine, more time with EJ’s Gran, a bachelorette party, drunken reveals, and a turn on the dance floor that leaves the hero…floored. This seduction is slow and easy and…well, let’s not get into that too much. This might be the last of the Camos and Cupcakes guys, but it isn’t the last trip into their world, so don’t cry, just be happy. Oh, did I mention…CUPCAKES?!

The final book in the Camos and Cupcakes Series and Fritz O’Bryan and Savannah Martinez’s story is the perfect romance to finish the series on. This couple had me smiling and giggling to myself and for me their story is the vest in this series.
Fritz is the player in this group and he is struggling to come to terms with the feelings he has for over worked chef Savannah and when she steps up when he needs a place to stay he can’t believe his luck but it’s going to take a lot more than luck for Fritz and Savannah to get their HEA.
I love this series about this tight knit group of friends , i love the loyalty and the laughter. I love the characters and Scrumptious is the perfect story to end the series on, it has strong characters who can be sarcastic and funny as well as caring and loving, I was drawn in from the first page and there was no putting down until I had read the final line. This is certainly a series I would recommend to anyone looking for an entertaining, fun read with strong characters you can help falling for.
5 star review Scrumptious (Camos and Cupcakes #3) by Melissa Schroeder
The third and final book in the Camo and Cupcakes series, Scrumptious is Fritz O’Bryan and Savannah Martinez story and it was a great way to finish the series off. Fritz is known as the player of the group so when he finds himself developing serious feelings for a woman he is blindsided.
When Savannah offers help to Fritz when he is in need of a place to stay he is initially shocked. Fritz is surprised to learn that there is more to the renowned chef than meets the eyes and much to his shock, he wants to get to know her better. The chemistry between Fritz and Savannah is intense and again there was a great deal of witty banter. EJ’s grandmother, Grannie Pam was a hoot and had me laughing out loud on numerous occasions.
The relationship that Savannah has with her family is not ideal and I loved how Fritz stepped up for her. Totally swoon worthy. Again the friendships between these characters really made for entertaining reading and I could easily see them all as friends.
Fritz and Savannah’s story was fun and aggravating at the same time! Savannah was a hard person to like at first, but peel back the layers and you find a different woman, which redeemed her abrasiveness. It was an entertaining read and an entertaining romantic comedy between two unlikely people. And of course, you can’t go wrong with cupcakes in the mix!
Okay, so a few months ago (November 2019 lol) I was on Booksprout and saw this title up for review. I hadn’t read a Melissa Schroeder book in quite some time so I jumped on it. Before I even got thru the first chapter, I knew I wanted to read the previous two books first. So that’s what I did and now I’ve finished all three and I am ridiculously happy with all of it! The concept, the characters, the stories, the writing .. ALL.OF.IT.
Scrumptious made me happy not only because the leads were fantastic, but because there’s more to this story than just them. The woman and men of Camos and Cupcakes are what I call a tribe. Friends who are there for each other to lift you and also kick you in the butt when necessary. That’s the main reason I wanted to start at the beginning of this series before I read this book. And it was worth it. They are all holding a little piece of my heart right now.
Savannah and Fritz had chemistry that sparked beyond the bedroom. Their banter and interactions also sparked. The entire story sparked LOL They were so entertaining that I want to go back and read them all over again right now! I have been very lucky as of late with a majority of the books I have read and that makes me super happy. I’ve bumped up some of Melissa’s backlist books that have been sitting on my kindle for a while and I’m keeping a sharp eye out for new releases from now on!!
Extremely entertaining, captivating and interesting sexy read. I could not put it down. Wonderfully written with strong, intriguing characters. I want to read more from this author.

The perfect sparkler to put on the top of this last cupcake!!
All I can say is that I have loved each of the three books in the Camos and Cupcakes series by Melissa Schroeder and Scrumptious is just that………………mighty decadent and totally scrumptious. This third book is the story of Fitz and Savannah. They are the perfect sparkler to put on the top of this last cupcake!! Plus add in the fact that the other couples are getting some more attention for the wrap-up and to say goodbye.
Fitz is the last of the three “camo” buddies who is still single, after Ed and Harry both fell like giant red woods for their women. Fitz is more than happy to stay single and have a lot of fun with all the single ladies that seem to throw themselves at him. But that seems to stop once he gets to know Savannah.
Savannah is the third girl in the “cupcake” ladies and she has watched her two friends, Allison and EJ, get swept up like a dozen cupcakes from the shop. She is the overworked chef for her family’s Mexican restaurant and is so full of wit and snappy comebacks that you will be laughing out loud, so make sure you are somewhere that you can do that. I was literally crying at times.
When Fitz gets evicted for having General McLovin, Grammie Pam’s cat, he has not where to go. Savannah offers to let him stay with her, General McLovin included, and even though she is literally the last person he would think of living with he takes her up on the offer. As they start to get to know each other outside of the group dynamic they start to share more and their is an attraction that really begins to bloom. But not all is smooth sailing as some things come to light which shake Savannah at the core and have her questioning a lot. But with Fitz’s help she may finally discover what makes her happy, fulfilled and contented in her life.
Melissa Schroeder has done a fantastic job with this well written series that is rom/com mixed with some nice heat and great witty banter throughout. The women are strong, feisty, intelligent, witty and have a will that makes the men work to get them. The men are super delicious protective and possessive Alpha’s who know what they want, or who I should say, even if they know they should not. But in the end they fall too hard and must ensure that what they know is fated will be theirs.
I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Savannah is a chef in the family business, and while she has enough on her plate she takes in Fritz after he was kicked out of his place. The story is emotional, happy and sad, but worth the reading if this book and series.
Thank you for allowing me to review your book.

Fabulous Couple! Fritz was perfect as the ultimate bachelor. Not even realizing at first when he was falling. Savannah plays non-commitment even better. Both of these two are so soft and gooey in the center and yet so fierce upfront. I loved their tango as they delved into each other’s lives. Fritz’s grandma was wonderful and Savannah’s family were not so nice. It was interesting seeing the family dynamics as the relationship evolved.
This is the third in the series. I did not read the first and do not feel that I missed out on anything. So dive in!
The book you all have been waiting for, or should I say I was waiting for, the virgin and the manwhore…..loved it. Fritz is the pretty 1/3 of the Camos and Cupcakes hotties and Savannah is the sassy chef 1/3 of her ornery girl group. Fritz gets evicted from his apartment for having his Grammie Pam’s cat, General McLovin aka asshole General McLovin, their words, not mine. I freaking love Savannah and she did not disappoint, she had me laughing so hard. I adored these two on so many levels. These two were the perfect compliment to each other. And watching the manwhore of all manwhore’s fall fast and hard was perfect. They bond and support each other so much in this book and I loved reading their relationship evolve to become so much more in depth. So much passion.
Safe read, no om or ow shenanigans. Fritz does come into her restaurant with a date, but it’s before they start dating and nothing happens with the date. Great storyline, we get more insight on Savannah, the sassy chef, her family and Fritz with his close knit family. Their heat and passion, a virgin and pretty boy that can Tango their asses off. This book was funny af, from all the text group chats to both of the main characters talking to the readers directly…so funny. I love this. “And yes, I did just call myself a sexy cover.”…lol, Fritz. Savannah had me laughing so hard, “Great. I took a manwhore and turned him into a prude.”. Same great characters with the additions of his military buddies and his sisters, which hopefully there are books for some of these characters too….or will be in this world….. #SubtleLikeAMackTruck . A sweet af epilogue and an hea. Absolutely my favorite Melissa Schroeder series….could not put these 3 down. Loved them so much. Thank you Melissa Schroeder for creating this wonderful world….because who doesn’t like cupcakes.
Scrumptious is Melissa Schroeder’s third and final book in the Camos and Cupcakes series focusing on Fritz O’Byran, a player and part-owner is Camos and Cupcakes who finds himself homeless due to a cat, and Savannah, a grumpy overworked chef at her dysfunctional parents’ Mexican restaurant who offers a temporary refuge with her to Fritz until he can find a place to live. When family secrets are revealed, Fritz provides support to Savannah and their attraction to each other grows eventually into love. I recommend this book with its great characters, easy banter, drama, and steamy chemistry.

A captivating, well written, sweet, and consistent third book in the Camos & Cupcakes series. An engaging page turner that is an emotionally deep read with surprises, humour, good friends, family, and love. The characters are strong, likeable, and perfect together. This series is a must read and I look forward to reading more from this author. Definitely recommended!

Perfect Combination
Savannah & Fritz…
Since the beginning of the series we have seen the friendships and issues. The more you read, the more you wanted to know what would become of them.
Savannah is the one that you never knew what would happen. Her friends worried for her, and she just kept working too much. She didn’t ask for help and this caused even more concern.
Fritz the appearance of the sexy player that would never settle down. But that was only what people saw on the outside.
Fritz and Savannah are thrown together due to his Grannie’s cat and this allows them to learn more about the other.
Dealing with the stress and bad of her life, Savannah must learn to cope with her life and Fritz is there to help her with it all.
This book wins your heart and makes you fall in love with these two. These two top off the series and they make you happy inside!
Savannah is the chef in her family’s restaurant and she wants a week off because her friend is getting married. However her parents refuse so she offers a bargain to work sixteen days straight and then she’ll get her time off. Yet when the time comes her mother refuses to hold her end of the deal making Savannah quit because of it. Fritz is losing his apartment because his landlord found out about him having a cat. He took in his grandmother’s cat McLovin even though the cat hates him. When Savannah hears he needs a place she offers him a place at her home. Its big enough that they won’t bother each other and his place was renovated for an older family member a long time ago. Sparks fly between them and soon Fritz wants to see how things could be with Savannah. What will Savannah do about the family business now that she knows the secret everyone was keeping from her? Can they make it work between them?
This is a steamy hot story that will draw you in from the first chapter. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is book 3 and the final in Schroeder’s Camos and Cupcakes series and Fritz and Savannah’s story is as sweet as any cupcake. While these two seem like an unlikely match up – once you see beneath the surface the sparks fly and their chemistry will not be denied. I love that Savannah is a force to be reckoned with and that she’s able to bring down the playboy that is Fritz and make him into a one woman man. This is such a fun, sweet romantic comedy – well written and oh so fun!

This is book 3 in the Camos & Cupcakes series and it features Fritz and Savannah. These two might be my favorite couple in this series. Fritz is pretty awesome! He may be the flirt and heavy dater but once his eyes are open to Savannah, he doesn’t give up easily. We see a whole new side of Savannah in this story. I understand her so much better. I like the vulnerable, softer side but she doesn’t show it often. I just love the easy-going banter between them and how naturally they mesh. Even after knowing each other for this long, and their best friends are married and engaged, they didn’t really know anything deep about one another. Her family is appalling and there is a HUGE plot twist involving them.
This story line is amazing and believe me when I say that the characters are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! This is a must read series! You won’t regret it.
This is the third book of the camo and cupcakes series… this book is a little longer but well worth the read. The hero is a player but finds his soulmate and the heroine is an independent comes into her own type. I love their chemistry and love story.
I have been excited for Fritz’s story and was not disappointed. I loved Savannah and Fritz’s story and enjoyed it from start to finish.

I have been enjoying the Camos and Cupcakes series and Scrumptious is a great addition to it. Fritz and Savannah’s story is a wonderful read. Savannah hides a side if herself from everyone and when Fritz gets a look at it he is lost. He longs to prove to Savannah that he is more than just a playboy.
These two are a great couple. Savannah is a strong and able woman that holds her own. Fritz is a good man who is ready to be her rock and do whatever Savannah needs him to do to prove his worth to her. I enjoyed the slow build of their relationship and the love that shines through in all that they do. Not only do we get a fun and entertaining couple but many of the supporting characters make an impression. Trust is earned and love is fought for in this book. I loved seeing the friendships that have developed and strengthened through this series of books. The author weaves a nice romance with strong characters and emotions.

Delicious. Luscious. Scrumptious. Such a fabulous trilogy! Three army buddies open a bakery featuring cupcakes. They find the sweet and a HEA! Savannah is tough and somewhat mean but with a soft center. She’d do anything for family. Fritz grew up outnumbered by four sisters, so he knows the inner workings of the female mind. Fritz may have been a player, but he’s realized that Savannah’s the one. And he won’t stop until she’s his. Together they can really Tango! Ms. Schroeder really knows how to develop her characters and worlds. This book and the trilogy are no exception. I can’t wait for supporting characters to get their turn!
