Don’t miss out on the exciting conclusion to the Camos and Cupcakes series from USA Today bestselling author Melissa Schroeder.Hey, there. Fritz O’Bryan at your service, the only remaining single guy in the Camos and Cupcakes shop. My friends call me a player, and I try to live up to their expectations. I mean, the women of San Antonio are relying on me to save them from boredom. That is until I … boredom.
That is until I find myself practically homeless thanks to my jerk of a cat. The last person I expect to save me is world class chef Savannah Martinez. With the temperament of a Hell’s Kitchen reject, she’s the kind of woman I usually avoid. Still, beggars can’t be choosers, so I take her up on her offer.
It doesn’t take long to discover that prickly woman is kind of sweet. She shows me time and again that she does have a softer side, one that I definitely want to get to know. And when her world implodes, I’m more than happy to be the soft place for her to fall.
Losing my heart to her was never in my plans. Now that it’s happened, I have to convince her that I not only know how to play the game, but I know how to win her heart.
Warning: This book includes more cupcakes (of course), a trip to the altar for Ginger Jesus and his Sunshine, more time with EJ’s Gran, a bachelorette party, drunken reveals, and a turn on the dance floor that leaves the hero…floored. This seduction is slow and easy and…well, let’s not get into that too much. This might be the last of the Camos and Cupcakes guys, but it isn’t the last trip into their world, so don’t cry, just be happy. Oh, did I mention…CUPCAKES?!

This is the third book in the Camos and Cupcakes series. This one took me a little longer to read the the previous two before it. I got frustrated with the way Savannahs family treated her and she allowed it for so long . I felt that her “mother” treated her like a red headed step child and I didn’t agree with how her mum and dad were dealt with by Savannahs brothers and herself and even how they themselves treated her for so long I just felt in that sense the storyline didn’t mesh well . I loved Fritz and I had several laugh out loud moments between him and granny pans cat. But I’m sorry to say this one fell short to me .
I thought that this was a terrific read. A fun storyline, great chemistry and lovable characters will easily sweep you up into this highly entertaining romance. Humor, drama, tension, emotion and heat are combined to make an enticing book that was a true delight to read.
Fritz and Savannah are perfect together!
The final segment of the Camos and Cupcakes series had my emotions all over the place from anger at Savannah’s family to tears over Fritz’s care of his Grannie Pam to love over Fritz and Savannah’s hard earned story. Fritz was the manwhore until he gets to know Savannah more when she rents him a spare room in her house. Savannah is a workaholic at her family’s restaurant business who seems to always gets the short end of the stick with extra work days, until she says no to a change in her work schedule to attend her friend’s wedding. Will Fritz and Savannah be able to figure out how to have a relationship amongst their meddling friends and family? You have to read to find out and won’t want to put the book down!
I loved this book and series. The characters need to overcome personal flaws/issues and do so with the help of their close friends.
Savannah is head chef at her family’s restaurant and manages the chefs of their 16 restaurants. She is a workaholic with a hard exterior and soft center. Fritz is a co-owner of Camos & Cupcakes and has a reputation as a manwhore. Fritz gets evicted and Savannah lets him move into her house with his cat. As they spend more time together their attraction to each other grows. Savannah and her mother have a disagreement and she gets fired and learns some devastating news about her parents. Neither Savannah nor Fritz have much experiencing with committed relationships but they manage to fumble through and get their HEA.

Each book in the Camos and Cupcakes series has been a delight to read. I love the mix of romance and friendship incorporated throughout the series. Fritz and Savannah’s story was definitely an entertaining read. Savannah is prickly, complex, loyal, strong and loving. However her work life balance is certainly off kilter as she navigates work and familial stresses. When circumstances result in Fritz and Savannah spending more time together their chemistry can’t be denied. Beyond being the ideal mix of strong sweet sexiness, Fritz is caring and loving. The story was a smooth read, with the right amount of heat and heart to keep my attention.
I think that this is my favorite book in the series. It is a stand-alone ,but it is better, if you read the two previous books first. Fritz and Savannah were meant to be together. Savannah is tough as nails, but has a heart of gold. Savannah was very protective of her friends, even at her own expense. Savannah is a top notch chef and runs her family’s restaurant chain. She works too hard and needs to learn to speak up for herself (to her parents, especially her mother). I am so glad that Fritz had her back and won her heart. I would definitely recommend this book.

Ms Melissa Schroeder has a nuance to her writing that I can’t help but be 100% invested from the first page to the last! Sexy, steamy, romance and drama which was just fantastic and amazing. Makes you want to go back and read all 3 stories one after the other on a cozy winter night! Definitely going to love all 3 books, just like I do. Happy reading!!
Fritz & Savannah’s story is the third and final book in the Camos and Cupcakes series and my favorite of the three. Fritz is a player who knows women pretty well having grown up with 4 sisters. He is always honest & upfront about what he wants with the women he hooks up with. Savannah is a badass chef, that runs her family’s restaurants. She works herself too much, trying to please her family, and it is slowly draining her. When Fritz ends up getting evicted Savannah lets him stay with her and they both start to feel an attraction to the other. When Savannah tries to take time off some long buried family secrets come to light and shake the entire foundation of her world. Fritz is there for her and their attraction slowly grows. Seeing Savannah come into her own and find what truly makes her happy with Fritz’s help & support was great to see. This was a great ending to this series.
Fritz and Savannah spices up this story. When Fritz finds himself without a place to stay, Savannah comes to his rescue. She is a no holds back pulls no punches chef that is hard core when it comes to her kitchen. Fitz sees the softer side to her and as these two get to know each other, Fitz finds himself drawn to her. When her world spirals out of control, Fritz is their to help her weather the storm. Is there a happily ever after down the road for these two?

Savannah, the toughest and hardest working of the Camo bunch. She’s got a work ethic like nobody else but something is driving her. There’s a bit of family business drama along with her friend’s wedding that keeps her on overdrive. Fritz, the one night stand King, needs her help. His Grannie Pam and her cat steal the scene every time, and the laughs are just perfect timing. The friendly texting among friends shows the strong bonds and love they share. This was the perfect ending for the series, but a spin-off is in the works! I received an early copy, review was voluntary.
Savannah and Fritz were such a joy to read! Where Fritz knows who and how he is, and his place in the world, Savannah knows her place, but can’t figure out how she ended up in this place. Fritz is well loved in his family, and they are all close, even though distance separates them. Savannah’s family is all near, but they are more business associates, not close for everyday life, or any part of life, at all. When the feisty feline named McLovin makes these two roommates, their lives are exposed to the other. And the comparisons of their lives expose the cracks in Savannah’s, and the things she had been accepting as normal, suddenly seem wrong. Then the attraction between them starts to bubble up. This is a slow discovery, no fiery blaze, though there is plenty of heat. These two compliment each other perfectly, and watching them discover that, was wonderful!
OMG, I thought the first two books in this series were great, Scrumptious is off the charts YUMMO!! Fritz & Savannah are my new favorite couple, so freaking awesome. Dang Melissa you totally rocked this book to the core!!
I received this book as an ARC for a honest review, I would totally recommend this book as well as the the entire series!
Scrumptious (Camos and Cupcakes #3) may very well be my favorite of the trilogy. Fitz is sweet and gorgeous but Savannah stole my heart. She is an incredibly strong woman whom life has handed a shovelful of horse crap. When these two get together it is just adorable. This book left my heart smiling.
I knew Fritz’s story would be a humdinger, but this is so much more! Fritz and Savannah shouldn’t fit. He’s a player and she’s a harda** virgin, but when they begin to see beneath the surface, the sparks begin, and their budding friendship becomes so much more! This is a wonderful story full of passion and family drama. What doesn’t seem as if it should work becomes an unqualified success. Fritz and Savannah’s tale will draw you in quickly and hold on tight until the end. It’s easy to get totally engrossed and forget everything else as you become immersed in your reading. The characters have become like friends and each storyline weaves a delightful tale that will leave you hoping there’s more to come.
Holy moly Fritz is possibly the most beautiful man that I have ever read about. The authors description of him is breathtaking. I love a man with dimples. He presents himself to the world like a man whore but he’s really a good guy who loves his family and friends hard. Ooh Savannah made me so mad most of the time. Such passive aggressive behavior with her ungrateful family. No wonder Savannah is a emotional and social mess because she has the family from hell. Good gracious, her parents are despicable. I’m glad that things worked out between Savannah and her brothers in the end. Fritz’s family is amazingly which is the opposite of the monsters who raised Savannah. It was great to have all of the characters from the previous book. By the way I ate cats but I thoroughly enjoyed General McLovin. He’s gangsta and knows how to play the manipulation game. I’m sad that this is the last book in the series. I like Mellisa writing style because it’s very reader interactive. Until next time y’all happy reading.

Scrumptious by Melissa Schroeder is a romantic comedy. It’s the third book from the Camos and Cupcakes series.
Savannah Martinez was the head chef in La Trinidad and also run the entire family business of sixteen restaurants. She had no life outside
of work except her two best friends and the boys from the cupcake shop. Fritz O’Bryan, co-owner of the Camos and Cupcakes shop, after his
grandma got sick he took her cat to take care of it. Unfortunately, the owner of the house found out about it and Fritz got evicted. He had
no place to live but Savannah offered him to stay at her house until he found something else. While they were living together they saw
another side of each other. She was known for her hard exterior and how unapproachable she was but he saw her soft and vulnerable side.
Fritz was known as the man whore but she saw how caring and loving he was. The combination of the crazy sexual chemistry and the exploration
of their friendship, it wasn’t long before they realized that something deeper could come out of it.
It’s such a cute and sexy story. I loved the friendly vibe and how it turned into a relationship, it came so easily. Even though the
characters know each other long the love part evolved pretty quickly. There are a lot of funny scenes but also some filled with family
drama. The kind you want to throw some punches to a lot of people. The plot was good and very engaging. It was great getting to know
Fritz and Savannah better, they made quite the impression from the first book. My favorite moments were when the cat was being an asshole to him and the love declaration.
This is a great story that I highly recommend to everyone. If you have time to read the previous books as well, it will help you understand
the deep connection the characters have. I will rate it with 4 stars.
Wow! I wasn’t sure what I’d think of Fritz & Savannah’s story, but I ended up liking them more than expected. They didn’t have an easy journey but I enjoyed watching them fight to find their HEA.
Savannah and Fritz are chemistry personified. I loved their back and forth and how the relationship develops. It’s so much more than just sexy and steam. There is sweetness and cupcakes of course. The entire series has been amazing. I love how the other characters help them and come together as a family. But most of all, I love the humor.
This is the 3rd book in this amazing series and is Fritz and Savannah’s story. Fritz is a reformed bad boy womanizer, who sees through the façade that Savannah presents to others, and this story give a background as to why she is the way she is. These two compliments each other perfectly, and their chemistry is sizzling. This is a well written flawless story which is entertaining, humorous, and with witty banter, family, friendships, and love. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
