Piper Stone’s hunky, rude, entitled, Scrooge of a boss is pushing her buttons every day, but he’s taken it too far, this time. Saying she couldn’t take the holidays off was one thing; preventing her to go home to her sick child? Not happening. She has zero regrets when she resigns. Bennet McFinnley can’t believe his annoyingly perfect personal assistant has actually resigned from her cushy, … cushy, highly paid position, and he intends to tell her exactly what he thinks about it.
But when he gets to her place, he comes to realize he might not know Piper as well as he thought he had.

Funny and HOT!
Great retelling of The classic tale, but with an alpha, rich man twist. Loved it!
The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star was the ending. I feel it needed more from the main female character. Overall, super entertaining.
There are a lot of misconceptions bounding about. But when people start to work out their personal issues, they become more open and understanding of others and what they really want.
While the language was a little crude, the book was entertaining and it wasn’t so much that it impacted the story. Will continue to watch for more books in this series.
Good book
Pretty good book for being short. Left me wanting more.
This book was OK. I liked the idea behind it, but the ending was very rushed.
I have to say this turned out to be a good book. Title at first ???? But it is a good book. Love trumps all…,
Really enjoyed this book. I actually went out and got the rest of the series to read.
This book made me want to read the whole series. I’m enjoying each one. Quick read.
Quick and easy read…was surprised at the turn of events. Tugs your heart strings.
Awful
I struggled this with one as I just couldn’t feel the attraction between the two main characters and Bennet’s sudden change in attitude didn’t feel realistic. Maybe it would’ve worked better if the story was longer and we got to see the slow change of Bennet etc. I loved seeing him care for Piper’s daughter though and the Christmas ending felt magical
Good read.
Cute, enough of a book to keep your attention, and a quick easy read.
I loved this story! The characters were easily believable.
Boss-man is judgemental, thinks his assistant is a spoiled diva because he used to know her when she was younger and she did come from a wealthy family. He is attracted to her but refuses to act on it because he thinks she still has money. Later finds out he was way wrong. Okay plot, but you are left kind of hanging with the abrupt ending
This book was cute. Great read during holiday season.
Great book!!!
