Wow…I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for Scandal in Spring yet! I’ve read and reread this book countless times and I will never tire of Daisy and Matthew. The slow burn, second chance romance between these two is so swoony and romantic.
Daisy is a disappointment to her parents. A perpetual wallflower she hasn’t found the right husband …

I have enjoyed the Wallflowers series so much, but Daisy and Matthew’s story is definitely my favorite. It was so sweet, hilarious, and swoony. I was surprised when I found out that Cam Rohan would not be paired with Daisy after their encounter in the previous book, but Matthew …
This is the only Wallflowers book that I didn’t love. I had a difficult time getting behind the relationship with Daisy and Matthew. Still, all my favorite Wallflowers were there!
Daisy is the last of the wallflowers to get her happy ever after. Her father has lost his patience and will make her marry his choice of Matthew. Matthew has always loved Daisy and she he has really never been on her radar.
She comes to appreciate his practicality and he has always loved her whimsical side. He has a dark past that he knows …
My favorite series
This was my least favorite of all the wallflower books, which is sad but it was still good enough that I don’t regret picking it up. I like the characters but just didn’t believe the love story for daisy. Definitely want to purchase all these books as a set though. Eager for the next
Beautiful love story.
This is book four in a great series.
Loved Daisy & so enjoyed this series!
I absolutely adored everything about this! It was so entertaining and sweet with the perfect amount of drama, emotion, and heat mixed in. Excellent read!
I always find myself enjoying a read by Lisa Kleypas, and this time isn’t any different. At first I had a little trouble getting into the book, but quickly overcame that as I became attached to these characters. Though for this being Daisy’s book, I felt like there was a lot of her sister, Lillian, in it. Eventually I began to understand why …
I have to say that Matthew is my favorite of all the wallflower heroes. I know I’m in the minority but I always prefer the kind yet confident heroes to the jerky alphas. Give me a man in love from before the book even begins any day!
I’d consider all the wallflower heroes alphas in their own way, but Matthew was the least abrasive and cruel. …
Scandal in Spring was a touching and sweet read. I loved Daisy and Matthew. Matthew had a funny dry sense of humor that was very charming. Daisy was a romantic and a dreamer. They made a cute couple. I thought Matthew was so sweet the way he loved Daisy. I loved the bowls war they had. I laughed so hard. I have to say I really don’t like Daisy and …
