A NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER! From New York Times Bestseller, Corinne Michaels, comes a new friends to lovers standalone romance. There’s no way I’ll fall for Wyatt Hennington. He can keep his Southern drawl, irresistible smile, and those pick-up lines all to himself. I made the mistake of sleeping with him not once, but twice. I’m not stupid enough to give him round three, especially after he … left me in the middle of the night so I could see myself out. I vow to return to Philadelphia and forget him. It proves easier said than done. When the doctor informs me I’m the winner of door prize number two, I put my life on hold and head back to Bell Buckle. Three months and if we can’t make this work, I’m gone. The problem is–when the cards are stacked against us, and I can’t bring myself to leave him, I’ll finally know if he truly loves me or if all my fears were real . . .

I’ve probably read Say You Want Me at least ten times. I can’t get enough of Wyatt and Angie are too much fun not to be missed. This is a definite must-read for any romance fan! Corinne Michaels weaves an amazing, captivating story!
Audio Review: Say You Want Me by Corinne Michaels, Narrated by Sophie Eastlake & Zachary Webber
I have fallen in love. Michaels puts the heart through so many emotions it’s hard to keep count. Angie and Wyatt are one hot mess short of a lifetime of heartache. Yet despite all the false starts, quick implosions and surprise revelations, it’s hard not to see the spark they share. Eastlake and Webber will make you laugh, cry and hope. Say You Want Me is a temptation of exquisite flaws and frustrating romance that sticks in your head while melting your heart.
Audio review:
Oh my gosh, my heart is shredded.
This book has such a range of good and bad in it, it’s the perfect blend of happiness and despair.
The feelings between Ang and Wyatt—the life they were creating together—was beautiful.
Their connection, their banter, their desire for each other – it was all so wonderful.
But, the agony, the loss, the absolute gut wrenching emotions this book evokes are unimaginable.
I’ve never been so shocked for words due to a performance. It was incredible.
Sophie and Zachary did a phenomenal job.
this is a heartfelt love story. a rocky beginning no one asked for, but a beautiful journey experiencing life, loss, and acceptance.
I read this book years ago and loved that it’s now on audio. Even though my preferences in reads have changed a bit since then, I still enjoyed this audio 😉 Solid choices for the narrators!
It almost felt like reading for the first time since it has been so long, so I definitely forgot a few things here and there.
Corinne really knocks out the contemporary romance genre giving readers something to love. Now I need to go back and re-read from the beginning.
Only Corinne Micheals can write a story that makes my heart ache and yet leaves it feeling to full! SAY YOU WANT ME was emotional, beautiful, and completely wrecked me! Wyatt is absolutely EVERYTHING!
Narration was performed by Sophie Eastlake and Zachary Webber. Sophie is literally my FAVORITE female narrator because of how effortless she infuses so much emotion into her performance. This was no exception. Zachary Webber is equally fantastic and bring Wyatt to life like no one else could. YOU NEED THIS AUDIO! Beyond credit worthy. 10 stars.
I’ve hesitated reading Corinne’s story’s because I’ve heard from book friends that her stories are great but emotional and no truer words. I loved getting to know Angie and Wyatt and seeing their relationship transition from barely even acquaintances to lovers. There were so many fun times that had me laughing, but there were also some revelations that left me in tears.
Zach and Sophie did a fantastic job narrating.
This is the second book in The Hennington Brothers Series, a small town romance. Wyatt and Angie’s story is beautifully written, sweet, fun, emotional, heartbreaking, and heartwarming afterward. They are opposites attract. Angie is beautiful, insecure, but strong. Her past is heartbreaking. Wyatt is handsome, confident, and caring. I like their banter. They are perfect together. The Hennington Brothers are amazing. Presley and Zach are amazing supporting characters, and I am looking forward to listen to their story in Say You’ll Stay, the first book in the Series. Sophie Eastlake and Zachary Webber did a fantastic job with the narration. This is a beautiful story.

Review: Corinne is quickly becoming a 1 click author for me. I know I can trust that I am going to love just about anything she writes. This is book 2 in the Hennington Brothers series. I haven’t read the other books in the series, but I definitely am going to go back and read them! In fact, I just bought the other 3 audiobooks in this series. I just love the Hennington family!
.
Angie owns a cupcake shop, For Cup’s Sake, in Philadelphia. She used to run it with her best friend Presley, until tragedy struck. She is fiesty, fierce and knows what she wants.
.
Wyatt is the youngest of the Hennington Brothers and the boy with a Heart of Gold. he is funny, sweet and as loyal as they come. He runs The Townsend’s Farm each day.
.
When Angie’s best friend Presley moves to Tennessee, she of course goes to visit. That’s were she meets a man she is completely drawn too. They are opposites in every way, but he seems just as drawn to her. This book consumed me and I didn’t want to stop listening to it. I swooned, my heart broke, I cried and then piece by piece Corinne put my heart back together again. I loved Angie’s strong personality and how she pushed Wyatt, and wouldn’t just do what he wanted. I loved how incredibly sweet, loving and tentative Wyatt was. These two were so special together. I loved them. And I loved the groveling. I fell for the other Hennington Brothers and the town of Bell Buckle. I also fell for Mama Hennington and I want to steel her for myself as well. She is amazing. I listened to the audiobook by Sophie Eastlake and Zachary Webber. Sophie was new for me, but she did a fantastic job as Angie. I always love Zachary and can’t get enough of his voice. These two did a great job with delivering this story and it is definitely not one to be missed!
This book… Long after the last page has been turned, or in my case, the last word has been listened to, you’ll be thinking about Wyatt and Angie. I listened to the whole thing in a couple of days (only because I had to sleep or it would’ve been one day), and when I reached the end, I just kind of sat back and thought about it. I’m still thinking about it. and I still don’t know what I can say that will even come close to doing this book justice. This story hit me from so many directions. Wyatt is so completely swoon-worthy, and I love how he brought out the softer side of Angie even when she didn’t want him to. Then there’s the angst, and I so did not see that one coming. There was no way to listen to that part of the story without crying great big tears. Without giving it away, I’ll admit that had I known the story would go where it did, I probably wouldn’t have listened. I tend to avoid that particular thing if I can. But then I would’ve missed out on the love story between Wyatt and Angie. So, even though that part of the book did twist me up a bit, it was part of this couple’s journey and needed to be told. Sophie Eastlake and Zachary Webber voice these characters, and they did a phenomenal job of capturing the many emotions of this story. From sweet to sexy to heartbroken, and from exasperated to turned on to confessing their true feelings, this story has it all and these narrators convey every single bit of it. This isn’t my first Corinne Michaels book, but it’s been a bit, and now I’m reminded that I need more of this author’s books in my life.
This was a wonderful book with great audio! I absolutely loved this, Sophie and Zachary did a fantastic job narrating! This story hit me with all of the emotions. I loved Wyatt and Angie’s romance.
First time listening to Corrine Michaels book and I throughly enjoyed it. It was intriguing from the start. A night of passion turns into a forever kind of love. I loved Wyatt! He was just so sure of what he wanted and knew Angie was the one from the start. I completely understood Angie’s insecurities and where they stemmed from, having the family support she had. Their relationship was not easy at first, it made the slow burn worth the wait and I just enjoyed the journey the characters went through. The big climax absolutely broke me! The narration by Sophie Eastlake & Zachary Webber was perfect! They took me on an emotional roller coaster and made me feel the characters. The way Webber brought Wyatt to life, from being the funny charming, confident cowboy to the heart broken, guilt ridden man was incredible. This story was beautiful, funny, angsty & sexy. I’m glad To have given this a shot.
I adored this steamy, emotional audiobook. The performances were just perfect and I loved both narrators. This story is so amazing, full of so much emotion. Make sure you have lots of tissues on hand. Wyatt is just so swoon worthy and I really loved Angie’s character. The chemistry between these two is so hot!! This is a great audiobook, I loved it!!!
When a one-night stand with Wyatt leaves Angie pregnant, she finds herself moving to Bell Buckle for three months to live with the baby daddy. Wyatt has always been intrigued by Angie, and takes the opportunity to woo her… but are they only together because of the baby, or is there a true connection between these seemingly opposite people?
I wish Angie had more of a backbone, because I thought she let everyone push her around a bit too much. But i liked the connection that she and Wyatt had, and thought their relationship developed nicely on its own.
i listened to this on audio, and wish there were more chapters from Wyatt’s POV because i loved Zackary Webber and what he brought to the character. Sophie Eastlake was a delight as Angie, and hit all the nuances of the character.
Besides wishing that this book came with a trigger warning, I did enjoy it. The tragedy that hits Angie and Wyatt hit a bit too close to home for me, and it was hard to push through. But there was a beautiful conclusion for these two, and I’m glad that I did
Audio Review
This is an emotional roller coaster and I’m really not sure where to start and if my mere words can do this wonderful story justice. This is a very special story, it will stay with you long after putting down and Zachary Webber and Sophie Eastlake did a wonderful job bringing the characters and their story to life as well as making sure you really felt all the emotions happening throughout.
Wyatt Harrington is a man with a massive heart, he loves hard but he also cares hard, he is protective of everyone important in his life. Angie Benson hasn’t had an easy life but throughout it all she shows just how strong she is but now she is back in Belle Buckle, Tennessee and that means coming face to face with Wyatt the man she slept with not once but twice, the man who haunts her dreams.
Will this time around be any different from the past for this couple……
This is a very special romance, it’s emotional, it’s passionate , it’s about digging deep inside your soul and never giving up. Say You Want touched me on so many levels, I felt every emotion the characters felt and that’s because it’s beautifully written and wonderfully narrated.
I highly recommend you read this book with no preconceived ideas but be warned this book will leave you with one massive book hangover.
Audio Review:
Say You Want Me (The Hennington Brothers Book 2) is a contemporary romance that takes you on a temporariness of rollercoaster feelings. Tragic events, shattered hearts, beyond doubt chemistry, reuniting hearts and so much more. A beautiful reflection of romance.
Narrators Sophie Eastlake, Zachary Webber dual narration worked well together. Character’s are drawn out, vocaling the emotions of the characters and their story. I love Zachary Webber’s inflection and could listen all day.
Audiobook Review
This book is NOT what I was expecting!
If you’ve read my review for the previous book, you know that I was excited to read this one, because Angie and Wyatt were that funny and sexy couple that make you laugh out loud with each of their interaction.
Well… What I didn’t expected was to be so high on drama and heavy subjects.
Don’t get her wrong… I love a good drama and ugly cry! Colleen Hoover take my money every time! But I really imagined that this one would be lighter than the first
Angie isn’t the funny and carefree girl here. She’s quite the opposite actually… Overly insecure and full of doubts on herself, her future and Wyatt.
Wyatt have a really hard time to make her see that he’s serious about her, and not only because of the baby… so when she’s finally ready for their real shot, he starts to retreat out of nowhere, and then BAM! Another tragedy, and I’ll tell you this… I hate when this happens in this trope! Loathe!
I stop reading at 70% because “that” wasn’t what I needed at 2am….
But I’ve finished anyway.
I liked the book, even if it surprised me with heavy things that triggered me a little.
Loved how it ended, so it was worth finished.
About the Audiobook Narration…
Narrated by: Sophie Eastlake and Zachary Webber.
Both did a great job with this book, showing all the emotions that they where feeling.
I originally read Say You Want Me back when it was released in 2016 and loved it- small town romances are my jam. I just finished the audiobook and it made the story even BETTER than I remembered. Sophie Eastlake and Zachary Webber were so good and believable in their performances. This story has a poignant and emotional element to it, but in true romance fashion, our hero Wyatt and heroine Angie do get their happily ever after. I listened at 1.3x, as I typically do, and found that narration speed to be perfectly conversational.
My second listen by Corinne Michaels. I absolutely loved Wyatt & Angie. Their story broke my heart but then made me whole again! Loved the Hennington Brothers and will definitely be listening to the rest of the series! Awesome narration by Zachary Webber & Sophie Eastlake.
Audio Review
I’m stunned. I can’t remember ever being so immersed in a story as I have with this.
My heart strings were well and truly pulled to pieces and I’ll definitely be going back for more of this series.
Just beautiful!
