She would love nothing more than to be the special someone in Grisham’s future, but she is quite certain he doesn’t feel the same way about her… that is until one unexpected heated little kiss changes everything!
To be perfectly honest after meeting Grisham in Dare & Berkeley’s story,”Last True Hero,” I wasn’t real fond of him, however, there was a something about him that intrigued me and had me wanting to know more about the brooding soldier. So, when I heard that Ms. Gardin was hard at work on his story I became pretty anxious to see what she had in store for him, and I have to say after finishing his story my initial feelings about him have since dissipated, and been replaced with nothing but feelings of adoration. Barely a chapter into the story I felt myself being pulled into Grisham & Greta’s world, and completely entranced by every written word. From the very beginning there was this unwavering intensity between them that not only had me on the edge of my seat, but literally stole the breath from my lungs! These two perfectly crafted characters were definitely a match made in literary heaven, the unmistakable chemistry they shared could be felt from their very first encounter, and continued to grow with intensity as each page was turned! After finishing this story I am certain of two things… 1. 1. Ms. Gardin DEFINITELY knows her soldiers, and 2. This book has bestseller written all over it!!
I highly recommend you give this read a try, it is one of those stories that will invade your thoughts, steal the breath from your lungs, move you to tears, and linger with you long after the last page has been turned!
