When Gandrox Thorrig, the Alien Barbarian, met Terran Allegra Steele he didn’t expect to find his fated mate from the human stowaway.
Allegra and her crew travel from Earth to bring relief to the war-torn Zeta Empire. The crew are nurses and trained in space flight and combat. After crashing on a dangerous planet, Allegra leads her crew to stowaway on The Torq Runner, thinking the alien … thinking the alien spaceship is traveling to the Zeta Empire.
Gandrox, angry about the stowaways, offers to drop them at the nearest outpost so they can find their own way to the Zeta Empire. While he acts tough and leaves the five Terrans behind, he has a major change of heart when he realizes just how much the Terran pulls at his heart and they come back to rescue them from their uncertain future.
The mission goes awry, the enemy of the Aarans seeks to kill Gandrox and his crew and anyone associated with them. Is it too late to save the Terrans from their doomed capture? Will Allegra even survive long enough for Gandrox to tell her the truth of his feelings?
Saved by the Alien Barbarian Gandrox is book 1 in The Aaran Barbarian series, featuring the blue-skinned alien warrior captain, Gandrox and the self-sacrificing leader of the Terrans, Allegra. Guaranteed a HEA ending, just for sci-fi romance lovers.

Well worth reading!
This is the first book in The Aaran Barbarians Series. Allegra and the others crashed on the planet. They need to get to the Zeta Empire. They end up on Captain Grandrozs ship. He plans on leaving them on the nearest plant, but he goes back for them. The action and drama in this story is entertaining. I enjoyed how Captain Grandrozs found his mate in her.
This book 1 in the The Aaran Barbarians Series is a very well-written story with well crafted characters. These wonderfully written characters, flaws and all, will make you feel their emotions and you will root for them to make the connection. They have wonderful chemistry. I cannot wait to read more. They are both on missions to offer help to a war torn planet. They differ on the type of aide but each is coming from a place of wanting to help and determined to achieve their goal. With common ground, they will find a way to cooperate on the same ship.

Allegra and her crew happened to crash land on a dangerous planet. They are trying to find a way to the Zeta Empire. They see the Torq Runner and stowaway on it because it’s going to Zeta. Captain Grandroz is angry about them stowing away on his ship. He plans on dumping them on the nearest outpost then he and his crew leave. That’s when the guilt hits him and he and his crew turn back around to rescue the humans. There is action, drama, adventure, danger, trust issues, and the greatest love between Grandroz, the Aaran blue skinned warrior and Allegra his human mate. Great story. Can’t wait to read book two. I love this genre and this is a well-written book. I volunteered to read an advance copy for an honest review.
Allegra Steele and her crew are Terran nurses who are heading to the Zeta Empire to help them deal with their war casualties. But their ship crashes and the crew is in danger where they are. Allegra decides to hide them all on board an alien spaceship as stowaways to get them to safety and proceed on to the Zeta Empire. Instead, Gandrox Thorrig discovers the women on his ship and drops them at the closest outpost to find their own way to their destination.
Feeling guilty for abandoning those women, as well as having an awareness of Allegra that won’t go away, he comes back to rescue them. With the enemy Aarans trying to kill everyone, will Gandrox be able to get to Allegra in time to save her and allow him to admit his feelings for her?
The first book in the Aaran Barbarians series a well written story that kept me turning pages. I want to read Diamond and Elgan’s story, and the rest of this series. Alien Barbarian Gandrox Thorrig, and Earth Terran Allegra Steele’s story of suspense, drama, danger, twists, turns, fated mates, villains, and romance. I loved how caring Gandrox was, but he was also leery of Allegra’s feelings. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is a well written happily ever after alien romance. When Allegra and her crew crash land on the way to offer medical aid to a war torn planet, her and her crew have no choice but to stowaway on a ship. Unfortunately they are found and promptly dropped off on the nearest planet where they are quickly kidnapped. When gandrox finds stowaways on his ship he is furious, he lands and leaves them on a planet. Feeling bad he returns for them only to find they have been kidnapped. Now they must find a way to rescue Allegra and her crew and fast.

Allegra is part of a crew of Terran women providing humanitarian aid throughout the galaxy. On their latest mission, they’re forced to crash-land, but they’re still dedicated to seeing their mission through. With no money to buy passage on another ship, they decide to stow away on The Torq Runner. Captain Gandrox is not amused. He’s quick to ditch them and equally quick to decide that maybe he liked having them around after all, especially the bold Allegra.
Have you ever met someone who talks a mile a minute and just when you think they’re about to take a breath, they launch into a tangent instead? That’s how it felt to read this story.
The characters were up-and-down, left-and-right, back-and-forth constantly. Every problem felt like one of their own making and yet they were surprised when things kept taking a bad turn. I didn’t really get any feel for their personalities or the worlds they inhabited. The world-building basically amounted to having a million names of people and places thrown out rapid-fire. I just couldn’t bring myself to care about people who still felt like total strangers to me (and to each other) by the end.
