They found me nearly dead. To save me, they had to turn me… know why. But teaming up with these dangerously sexy brothers may be my best chance for survival, even though being around them does weird things to my heart.
The old me was too scared to even start dating again.
The new me?
She wants to devour all three of them.
This is the first book in The Vampires’ Fae Series, a medium-burn reverse harem story intended for ages 18+. This book contains strong language, sexual situations, and a heroine who doesn’t have to choose between her men.
Book two coming December 28.more
Exciting and action-packed book, I was drawn into this story from the first chapter. The character of Willow could be that of any woman trying to make her own way in the world. The introduction of the supernatural is sudden, but it opens the door to a whole slew of action that is difficult to walk away from.
Three enigmatic vampires on the hunt for what stalks the city. A girl who stumbles into the path of despair unknowingly, but is willing to fight. What more could one want? A great read by Sadie Moss that really captures your interest with a unique storyline.
Four main characters help keep the story confined, but we still have defined character personalities. Willow is a girl with a strong spine who sees the difference between what she once knew to what she knows now, but is always on the lookout for new information and is willing to learn. Sol, a blind vampire, has extra heightened senses and and is able to see more than just a face but rather a persons aura. Jerrett is our fun and excitable “puppy-esque” vampire, with the rock god looks. Then there is Malcolm, the strong and silent type, who is still hiding parts of his past and keeping secrets from Willow.
I’m really excited to see where we go as Willow begins to be immersed in this new supernatural world she once never knew existed. Also looking forward to uncovering some of the secrets of their past, and the lives our three vampires once lived.
**I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author for review consideration**
This was a fantastic paranormal read. Brilliant characters and an intriguing story told through multiple POVs. It had a little steam and I’m sure there are going to be some very interesting developments between Willow and the men who saved her as the series goes on. Highly recommended to fans of paranormal romance!
A suspenseful story about a woman running from her past who ends up fighting the paranormal. She is ultimately saved by three handsome vampires tasked with trying to keep the peace between humans and the supernatural world. Steam 3/10 * Sweetness 5/10 * RH * Alt POV * cliffhanger
A Steamy RH With A Fab Story & Great Characters!!
One To Lose Yourself In
Willow is fairly new to New York. She’s working two jobs to survive, one is for passion – baking, the other is to pay rent – bar waitressing. She’s 27 years old and made the big move after finally finding the courage to get a divorce from the most unsatisfying marriage imaginable!
After being attacked whilst walking home in the early hours, she’s saved by 3 guys – Malcolm, Jarrett & Sol. After making sure she’s healed, they pretty much send her packing to get on with her life – with a few drastic new changes!! They don’t explain why but much is implied, it’s almost as if they’re trying to protect her somehow, maybe!?
I wasn’t a massive fan of broody Mal initially, but he started to grow on me and I’m sure, as we learn more about him, his story is going to break my heart!!
I loved Jarret His edgy, sexy vibe and playfulness were the opposite to Mal’s grumpy brooding. He snapped into hunter mode at the drop of a hat, when it was needed, which was hot!
Sol was a total sweetheart He seemed really Zen. I’d very much imagine he’s the balance between his ‘brother’s’. His strength is quiet but soul deep. (I could imagine him as a Dom very easily!!)
I really enjoyed this story, it’s definitely my kind of reverse harem. It had a good balance of hot, slow burning steam Potential romance/s and intrigue with action mixed in There’s a fabulous twist at the end which I didn’t see coming – I love being thrown off like that the world building is going well and has plenty of scope left. I don’t want to give spoilers away but believe me, the Author has allowed herself so much space to expand, I’m really excited to see where she takes us!! The only reason I didn’t give the full 5 Stars is I found the writing a little stilted for the first few chapters, this definitely smoothed out as the book moved along & it soon flowed really well!
I highly recommend this one, I can’t wait for more books in this series. It’s really captured my imagination and that’s not always easy in the RH genre!!

“Saved by Blood” is my first read from the author and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
Told in multiple POV, I loved that I get to have an insight to each characters mind and made me relate and connect to them. As the first book in the series, this one promised to be a great start. Great plot, well written and lovable characters which are among my criterias for a good read and this book got it.
The world building was there but I would love to see more of each characters back story which I’m hoping would be tackled in the next installment. With that intriguing ending, I cannot wait for book 2.
I received an ARC from the author in exchange for honest review.
Once upon a time, vampires had actually been the leaders of all supernaturals. The vampire court had settled disputes between races, kept supernaturals safe, and made sure humans remained in the dark about their existence. King Carrick, vampire king of North America, reign wasn’t about any of that, didn’t feel like taking the reigns. Instead, he spent his days indulging in the pleasures of the flesh and feasting on fresh blood, benefitting only the sycophants who threw themselves at his feet. Sol, Malcom, and Jerrett were vampires who decided if they waited on their king to do something, there’d be thousands of rogue supernaturals roaming the streets of New York, taking their pick of the humans on offer.
Willow had come to New York eight months ago, leaving Ohio and her ex-husband behind in order to make a new life for herself. During the day she worked at a bakery and at night as a server at a bar. Her goal was to one day own her own bakery. She’d gotten a little braver each day and had often walked home without much fear after an evening at the bar until the night she was attacked.
Sadie Moss has created a magical world of Vampires, Werewolves, Shades, and Fae in this book. The storyline flowed evenly with the plot expanding as it piqued my interest and held my attention. The characters themselves are absolutely relatable with unique personalities. What a great book and beginning to what appears to become a terrific series.
Saved by Blood by Sadie Moss is a medium-burn paranormal reverse harem romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Lia Holland and C.J. Grey.
The book does come with a caution: “This book contains strong language, sexual situations, and a heroine who doesn’t have to choose between her men.”
I absolutely love Sadie’s books! She does a great job pulling me into the story and I can’t help but binge them in one sitting. I really enjoyed the relationship blooming between Willow, Jarrett, Malcolm, and Sol. I really enjoyed getting all of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
The book ends on a cliffhanger, but that wasn’t a surprise since its the first book in a three book series. I can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series Seduced by Blood.
Lia and C.J. did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you like paranormal romances, fantasy romance, reverse harem romances, or romantic suspense.
I loved this book/audiobook! The storyline and characters are amazing! The FMC is badass and the guys sound so sexy! The Narrators are awesome! You can practically hear the sexual tension between the characters through their voices! I cannot wait to dive into the next book!
This review is for the Kindle format that i own and the audio format that i received a free copy from the author. This is me leaving an honest and volontarily review for both formats.
I’ve read this book a while ago and shame on me never left my review!!!! Soo sorry Sadie Moss but here it is finally.
I’m so glad that i had the opportunity to rekindle with this series by listening the audiobook version. Love Sadie Moss writing and her stories that keep me glued to my Kindle. Saved by blood is one of them. This first book was a great intro into the vampire fae series with wonderful characters and a thrilling storyline.
You need to grab the audiobook Lia Holland & C.J. Grey did an amazing job narrating this story. Love both of their voices but holy smoke C.J. Grey voice is toe curling hot!!!
5 stars for Saved By Blood by Sadie Moss. This is book 1 in The Vampires Fae Series. I am a huge fan of Sadie Moss’s and this book did not disappoint. This is a paranormal slow burn reverse harem. I will say I am glad this whole series is out already because I can not wait to continue reading.
Willow is a strong female who is just now getting used to being on her own. On her way home from work one night she is attacked by what looks like a shadow. She is dying when three vampires save her by turning her in to one of the. They all have an instant attraction to each other. Malcolm is the silent, strong type, who has lost of secrets the he is keeping from Willow. Sol is a blind vampire who can see people’s auras. He seems wise beyond his years. Jerrett is the fun one, who everyone thinks looks like a rock god. He doesn’t seem to take much seriously. These three have dedicated their lives now to protect humans from the paranormal. A different aspect of this reserve harem is that Willow is actually a divorced women , this is something I haven’t read in any other reverse harem.
This is a great book and I can’t wait to read the rest of this series. Just be warned it end in a cliffhanger.
Paranormal. Rh. 3 Vampires. Slowburn. Willow gets attacked on her way home from work by a shade. When the guys get there she has less than 5 min to live. The only way to save her is turn her. Pretty cool story plot. Intriguing characters. And a minor cliffhanger.
I really enjoyed this book I love the twist she added. I now understand why Mal is grumpy I would be too. I love how they all have different nicknames for Willow its so sweet. The boys are fine as whine an as sweet as candy. Willow is kick ass I can’t wait to see how she dose in book two.
Great start to this series. Willow is an interesting character and Sol, Malcom and Jerrett are intriguing as well. I love storylines with Vampires and Fae and this one is no different. I really like how different this storyline is from others I have read with vamps and fae. I did not expect who Malcom is though that kind of threw me for a loop. I can’t wait to read more and find out what is in store for Willow and her vampires.
