Savannah has always been a good girl, doing what was expected and fully expecting life to fall into place in its turn. But when her perfect husband turns out to be a lying, cheating slimeball — and bad in bed to boot — Savannah kicks the jerk to the curb and embarks on life on her own terms. With a new apartment, a new career, and a brand new outlook on life, she’s all set to take the world by … storm. If only the world would stop throwing her curveballs…
A CUTTHROAT BUSINESS — book #1
Everyone has warned Savannah that real estate is a cutthroat business, but she doesn’t think she’s supposed to take the warning literally… until she finds herself standing over the butchered body of a competitor, face to face with the man her mother always warned her about.
HOT PROPERTY — book #2
When Savannah’s fellow realtor and friend Lila Vaughn turns up dead, tied to her bed and strangled, Savannah’s old school mate Rafe Collier becomes a suspect. It’s up to Savannah to find the real murderer before Detective Grimaldi can arrest the wrong man.
CONTRACT PENDING — book #3
Savannah has to make the choice between staying safe by accepting Todd Satterfield’s proposal, or taking a chance on losing her life — and her heart — by trying to help Rafe Collier, when the term ‘contract pending’ takes on a whole new meaning.

Love this series, hard to put down.
I did like the story line but there was too much repetition about “what a good southern girl should do” and too much recap of the previous book. Reminds me of Stephanie Plum by Janet Evanovitch.
I loved the richly described characters. Unexpected suspense and I found myself talking to Savannah more than a few times to stop being stubborn. As you read you will find out why Savannah is the Southern Belle that she is. Definitely a page-turner and well written ‘who done it’.
I found these books difficult to put down and read with enthusiasm. I am looking forward to more books from this author
thoroughly enjoyed all 3 stories in this collection
Unpredictable who dunnits and fun characters and relationships
Dearly loved this book. Just wish I could afford to buy the rest of book cause it leave you wondering what happen next.
I enjoyed reading Savannah Martin’s mysteries!
They’re easy to read and fun! They’re perfect for an enjoyable beach read.
I really enjoyed this book because it is set in Nashville, TN and I live in Nashville, TN. Well written. Good author.
Enjoyable and keep your interest, these are good, quick reads.
Liked it. All 3 stories were great fun.
I thought the main character was a bit inhibited. She finally let loose in the last book of the series.
These book very good except the author repeats toomuch
Fun easy books to read. Meets the genre of cozy mysteries.
One of the best series that I have read. Absolutely a page turner that keeps you on your toes. Exciting, scary. Sweet and wonderful
Great author! Really enjoyed reading this trilogy.
Everybody needs a Rafe …
Again I love to just keep reading
I enjoy many types of mysteries. This series was somewhat of a grownup Nancy Drew with some sex and dirty words. It was easy to read and enjoyable. I left too much undone while reading at times because I wanted to find out what would happen next. Yes I do read more complicated and intense thrillers. However I found the naïveté of Savannah …
I loved these books and these characters. It was almost impossible to put down. If there are any more about these characters, I definitely want to read them.
