Savannah has always been a good girl, doing what was expected and fully expecting life to fall into place in its turn. But when her perfect husband turns out to be a lying, cheating slimeball — and bad in bed to boot — Savannah kicks the jerk to the curb and embarks on life on her own terms. With a new apartment, a new career, and a brand new outlook on life, she’s all set to take the world by … storm. If only the world would stop throwing her curveballs…
A CUTTHROAT BUSINESS — book #1
Everyone has warned Savannah that real estate is a cutthroat business, but she doesn’t think she’s supposed to take the warning literally… until she finds herself standing over the butchered body of a competitor, face to face with the man her mother always warned her about.
HOT PROPERTY — book #2
When Savannah’s fellow realtor and friend Lila Vaughn turns up dead, tied to her bed and strangled, Savannah’s old school mate Rafe Collier becomes a suspect. It’s up to Savannah to find the real murderer before Detective Grimaldi can arrest the wrong man.
CONTRACT PENDING — book #3
Savannah has to make the choice between staying safe by accepting Todd Satterfield’s proposal, or taking a chance on losing her life — and her heart — by trying to help Rafe Collier, when the term ‘contract pending’ takes on a whole new meaning.

Love all of the Savannah Martin Mysteries! If you haven’t read them, you should! Jenna Bennett is wonderful!
This series is great; I literally reread it right after I finished; it was so incredible. I’d always thought the expression I couldn’t put it down was hyperbole until I read this series. Savannah is a great main character, she has her own connections to know the news before the police and she solves the crimes with them. The crime solving is …
I loved the characters. Lots of twists and turns. I couldn’t put them down.
Loved this series so far. I wanted to read more and more. Couldn’t put it down.
Jenna created fun characters in a fantastic location of the country. Having lived in Nashville for a few years myself, I believe her portrayal of both the locals and other residents is realistic. Some stories lines were unpredictable – others I picked up on right away – but it was fun to have the insight and wait for Savannah to learn the truth. …
Where are Books 4-6? I want!!
Very entertaining & kept me from my daily tasks to get thru the 3 & really looking forward to the 4th !
did not like it very much was too hard to read
Can’t wait to read Book #4!!
Good quick summer reading, I ended up buying the entire Savannah Martin series (mostly due to dark-eyed sexy Rafe Collier’s character!).
Enjoed reading, interested in reading more in the series
The only thing I don’t like is the mild profanity.
I was not expecting to love this series as much as I do. At this writing I’ve only read the first two and look forward to the 3rd. Ms Bennett’s wtiting style is witty and hilarious. Here’s an example of one of my favorite passages:
“Steven was composed, at least until he started talking about his and Brenda’s children, and then a single tear …
A romantic mystery. Or mysterious romance. The characters are strong, and the the plot believable even when the romantic formula is glimpsed. By the time I finished the first book, I genuinely wanted to read the next.
Being a realtor is more dangerous for the alert and curious than anyone ever would’ve guessed – and being a Southern belle of …
Ridiculous. Very insulting to the South and southern women. If this book was written in the 1960’s it would be believable but really…
I enjoyed this book that contained 3 stories & then bought the next 4-6 hoping the main character would evolve more!!
I really enjoyed the first three books this fun mystery series. Loved the heroine and her quirky good-Southern-girl outlook on life as it starts disintegrating around her new life as a career woman. Lots of fun, a hottie love interest and a portrait emerging of a strong woman.
I liked this author and this character I bought the next three books in the series. Kind of like a Stephanie Plum with a hot boyfriend and as a realtor. Fun with a deep south flavor.
I must commend Savannah on her quest for individuality. She’s just beginning to be self-sufficient and breaking away from her “southern belle” indoctrination. I look forward to her continued personal growth.
Kudos to Jenna Bennett for making each novel complete.
enjoyed the trilogy.
