Dear Reader,
SAVAGE is the third book in my Rosewood High … the third book in my Rosewood High series. It’s full of drama, angst and of course steam. Are you ready for a turbulent ride with Rosewood’s #89 Ethan Savage?

This girl received bullying beyond belief. The boy who started it had his own miserable agenda going. Then the girl posses kicked in following his lead and his guy friends. How she survived all this was well written and the twists and turns lead to a good book.
Ethan thought he had the perfect family, two parents that cared for one another and were happy together, but little did he know his family was unraveling. His father’s indiscretions were catching up to him and Ethan’s mom couldn’t handle the fall out so she checked out and that left Ethan drowning in their mess, and in turn brokenhearted. He doesn’t know what to do with himself, how to handle all the crap happening at home, so he begins to self-destruct.
Especially after his father show up on their doorstep with his new lady and her daughter in tow and informs him their moving in, and he is to welcome them with open arms… which is never gonna happen! He wants them gone and his life to go back to normal… no matter the cost!
Savage is one of those stories that will have you wanting to clear your schedule so you can devour it in one sitting, because once your eyes find the words, it is darn near impossible to pry them away. My heart broke for Ethan, what he was going through could not have been easy, and he was handling it as one would expect. The boy was self-destructing quick, it was so hard to see him struggling. Then Raelynn and her mom show up on the doorstep and that’s when things take a different turn, he sees her as someone to torment and take his anger out on, but she sneaks up on him and finds her way into his battered heart too. Watching these to go to battle was not only entertaining but seriously hot too… the angst, passion, and tension were at record levels! I loved every minute of this one, it is by far my favorite of the series, it had everything I crave in a story and left my heart so happy! Highly recommend!
I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased opinion.
Wow, I was so captivated by this book. Ethan and Raelynn story will keep you turning the page for sure. This is story has angst, drama and heat and is a mature YA bully romance. Ethan found out that his parents separating his world about to change, because his father’s new girlfriend is moving in with her teenage daughter into his house. Raelynn had to deal lot with Ethan behavior towards her, but she handled herself well. The characters were well written and I felt for them as I saw their emotional connection building. The chemistry between these two is explosive from the start. Ethan and Raelynn what a great ending for their story. These two go through a lot in their relationship, but it is perfect. This author know how to keeps us readers wanting more. I can’t wait for book 4 in the series.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Disclaimer: I received an Advance Reader Copy at no cost from the publisher/author. All opinions in my review are my own.
I loved every moment of this book! This is such a great bully romance. This series has really improved from the first book. I thought that the first book of this series was okay, the second I liked much more, and this one is damn near perfect. This one really exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier about that.
The author’s writing style is so smooth and natural. It was so easy to fall into the story. The author’s narration is effortless and inviting. I really loved the plot of the story. There was so much emotion in the story.
I enjoyed these characters so much. They were so relatable and I felt an immediate connection to both Ethan and Rae. Both of them had a lot of feelings that they had to deal with because of the situation they find their lives in. Ethan is angry and he takes his anger out on Rae. Rae hasn’t had the easiest life and she is just trying to cope with her new lifestyle. Both Ethan and Rae had plenty of depth and incredible character growth. I really loved seeing all the secondary characters from the first two books as well as a few new ones.
This was a straight up bully romance and I think that the author really pulled it off well. The author built such intense tension between Rae and Ethan. Their chemistry was explosive. I loved their banter. I also loved that Rae never backed down from Ethan even when he was being a dick.
Overall, this was a story that I couldn’t get enough of. I was totally captivated by this book. There is a compelling plot, incredible characters, and a writing style that is dream-like. I can’t recommend this book enough and I am excited for the next book from this author!
There’s a thin line between love and hate in this enemies-to-lovers story. Raelynn has been shuffled around more in the last eight years than anyone knows. She is the victim of her mother’s bad decisions, much like Ethan is of his father’s. Ethan has miles and miles of misplaced hate over the recent circumstances in his life. In the blink of an eye, his world has been turned upside down and he’s having a hard time dealing with it. Both he and Rae have a rather large chip on their shoulder and take their frustrations out on each other. The snide, sarcastic banter between the two keeps them each on their toes and makes for an entertaining read. The evolution of their relationship has a little help from their friends, but is fun to watch unfold. As this is the first I’ve read of the series, I will be going back and grabbing Thorn and Paine but I can’t wait for Chelsea’s, though I have a good idea who else the story will be about.
Ladies, if you’re looking for your next book boyfriend, look no further! This book is pure fire!
Ethan, ha! Who would have thought he’d endded up being my favourite! Of course Tracy will keep on writing and I’ll keep on falling for her heroes. But in this moment Ethan belongs to me.
And he’s an enigma, for quite some time. He’s hurting, and it’s understandable. He’s angry and he feels like somebody pulled the rug right under his feet. But then he finds himself a target… An outlet!
He sworns to break her…
”I’m about to become your worst nightmare, sweet cheeks.”
And Rae! The girl’s a firecracker. Short, bold, fierce, beautiful on the outside and on the inside.
A perfect match for Savage’s cruelty and mockery. She was thrown into this new world and she’s just trying to cope with it. She gives as good as she gets.
”You think you’re the king? Well, meet your motherfucking queen.”
… but how could someone break a person that’s already broken?
Now, I don’t do spoilers and you’re probably still lost after reading my review. But know this: this is a book you shouldn’t miss! Trust me. I couldn’t recomment it more.
Ethan Savage is mines!!!! Just a forewarning to everyone who is going to read this amazing addition to the Rosewood High series! Ethan is a savage with how hard he pushes and pushes Raelynn. He wants her and her mom gone. He did not expect her to push right back. These two make for an amazing young adult romance. The conflict is with Ethan himself and how his parents split. Raelynn has her own set of horrors from her life of constantly moving but that made her strong. Not only is this book a romance but it’s a story of finding family and a sense of belonging.
Just reminding you that Ethan is mines
I recieved an ARC in exchange for a honest review
I thought that Ethan and Raelynn’s story was a very compelling read. Intense emotions flow thickly throughout this tale. I really loved Rae. She was strong and incredibly fierce! Her history made my heart hurt for her. As for Ethan, I could feel for him also but I honestly wish he had been able to channel his anger where it was deserved but alas, that is the nature of the bully romance. Raw and steamy, this book takes you on one gut wrenching ride. This is my frank, freely posted review.
TOTAL RATING:
ARC PROVIDED FOR AN HONEST REVIEW
From the moment Paine-Mason and Camile’s book ended , I have been waiting for Ethan’s book. This book certainly made the wait worth it!!
The first book of Tracy Lorraine that I read was THORN and from then I have been following her work. Just like all of hers books this one also does not disappoint.
In the starting of the book I absolutely hated Ethan, What an ass he was !! and it was absolutely unreasonable. My heart got pulled towards Rae and I sympathised with her so much!!
But as the book progressed, just like all of the Anti-heroes of Tracy Lorraine, this one too won my heart.
Ethan and Rae’s story is not easy at all. There were times when I was disappointed in Rae because of how rude she was to people who did not deserve it , but then i completely got where she was coming from and then fell in love with her even more!!
her courage and strength was absolutely mind-blowing!! and I just loved the way she gave back as good as she got from Ethan!! she was truly the most strongest female character of Tracy Lorraine .
I totally recommend this book to all the bully romance lovers!!!
I absolutely loved this book! Ethan and Rea were fantastic. I loved the push and pull these two did. They each saw what the other was trying to hide with their masks. I think this was a very emotional book; not just happy or sad but it was all over the emotion spectrum! I highly recommend this book and the other 2 books that are already released and I can’t wait for more!

I’m not quite sure why, but I wasn’t chomping at the bit to read another Rosewood High book (I did um and ahh for a little while before pressing request on Booksprout). I think it is all the angst and teenage men acting all hard and tough. However, once I started reading ‘Savage’ Ethan, and Rae won me over.
Ethan is really struggling with the changes in his life, and he is angry at the world and everybody in it. Including his new housemate Rae.
Rae is the daughter of Ethan’s dad’s new fling. His dad has moved them in, and she finds herself starting yet another high school. This one is a lot tougher than she is used to as she has made enemies before she even starts.
Ethan attitude at the beginning of the book was somewhat shocking. It made me feel quite uncomfortable. Usually, when these macho men are acting all alpha and tough, it makes me roll my eyes, but Ethan was very menacing.
I really liked Rae’s feistiness. She didn’t let anyone bother her and even got a lot of the barbs in before anyone else could. She also didn’t give in to Ethan’s charms straightaway. Yes, there was a physical element going on, but she did manage to stay emotionally detached for a large chunk of the book.
The author has advised that this is the longest book she has ever written. At first, I did feel like it was too long, but once I was past the 50% mark, I couldn’t put it down. By the end, I was chomping at the bit for more of the Rosewood High saga. I’m really hoping we get Shane’s story soon. He seems very dark and mysterious, and I’m hoping he isn’t just all anger like the other three we have read about so far. It would be nice to see a different male emotion other than fury and hatred towards a woman.
Overall, a tantalisingly good read and I was glad I requested it in the end. I would have kicked myself if I hadn’t have read this as it was a very enjoyable and emotional read.

:
Savage is the third book in the Rosewood High by Tract Lorraine. To be honest I have not read the two previous books in this series, but since I have received an ARC for this one I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did.
Ethan had the perfect family; both his parents were loyal and loved each other each other. They were the picture perfect. But unfortunately, not everything it what it seems. The next thing Ethan knows his mother leaves the house and his father has a new woman.
Ethan is angry and filled with hatred toward both his father and the woman who ruined his parents’ marriage.
Raelynn had a rough life growing up, with a desperate mother longing for attention and love she had to uproot herself more than she can count. But what happened to her when she was 13 has changed her life irrevocably. She has a bigger wall than the Great Wall of China to protect herself, she never had friends simply because she never stayed in the same place long enough to do so.
So when her mother tells her that they will move to her new boyfriend’s house, Raelynn in not that exited about that idea. But what she doesn’t know is that she will be the target of Ethan’s hate.
’ . .
I loved the push and pull game between them. Ethan was a big asshole and a mean bully, but Raelynn was a not a weak girl. I loved how she kept surprising me and how she stood up for herself it was amazing.
, ‘ .
I loved both Amalie and Camila. It was really sweet to see them accept Raelynn and make her feel loved and cared for.
This was a highly entertaining bully/ enemies/ lovers book. I really enjoyed it.
This Electric, hot, and angst filled high school story will have you feeling all sorts of emotions. Ethan is a typical high school jock with a big ego, while Raelynn is the quiet outcast forced into a world she wants nothing to do with. Their chemistry together is so strong.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
An authentically emotional book with two characters that are hurting over the huge changes in their lives and with no other outlet to express their emotions turn their coping mechanisms into anger and hate. Their story will touch you on every level and Rae will make you cheer for her courage and strength.
Savage is the third book in the Rosewood series and here we get to know Ethan Savage a whole lot better. He has always been a big party guy, but lately he’s taken it to a whole new destructive level. Showing up to school wasted and missing football practice isn’t quite like the Ethan his friends know and that is when they find out his parents are no longer together and his father has a new woman in his life, oh and by the way, she is moving into his home with a daughter in tow. Ethan doesn’t plan to like his new “ready made family” in fact he plans to make their lives hell.
Raelynn hasn’t had an easy life. Her mother has a new boyfriend as often as she changes underwear. Okay, maybe not quite that often, but often enough. The problem wouldn’t be that bad, except every time she switches boyfriends she also switches towns, which means Rae has switched schools a lot. Rae has been to more schools than she can count anymore which means she has stopped trying to make friends and her armor is pretty thick when it comes to teasing, taunting, or bullying. When she moves once again into Rosewood and meets Ethan she wasn’t exactly expecting open arms, but she wasn’t expecting the angry hostility either. However, she isn’t planning to stay long so she will make due, like she always does.
The one problem to both Ethan and Rae’s plan is the huge underlying attraction between them. As much as Ethan wants to make her life a living nightmare, he also can’t stop himself from wanting her in every possible way. Rae also can’t stop herself from ogling her new roommate, as much as she wants to detest him and his horrible manners. Neither can help the attraction even when they want to hate the other person. When the attraction finally sizzles to an all time high…will they be able to resist? Who will lose the battle? Will they still be able to look in the mirror when the war is won?
Raelynn is a really strong character and I admired her bravery and strength. She doesn’t let her guard down very often, but with her background, she doesn’t have a lot of guard to actually let down. She’s spent a ton of time growing up alone, basically raising her mother, and that changes a person, makes them leary and untrusting. She is the perfect dark horse for Ethan who normally gets whatever he wants.
Once I picked up this book I couldn’t put it down, it was that good. I everyone can relate to the emotions swirling in both characters whether you’ve been through what they have or not. Tracy did a fantastic job of relating that frustration you feel when things are out of your control and you truly feel helpless, but also so angry you lash out at whatever is in your proximity. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Savage can be read as a standalone, for better understanding of the world, you might want to read the previous books first. This is a high school bully romance with mature new adult content.
4.5*
Wow. Savage is a beast. Ethan is the biggest playboy we read about in the other two books always throwing the parties and hooking up with all the girls. If you read Paine you get a glimpse that something is going on with Ethan and he is spiraling out of control. Ethan is having a hard time dealing with the separation of his parents and then finding out his dad had an affair and the woman and his daughter was coming to live with them. He vows to make Raelynn’s stay a nightmare and torture her. To his surprise Raelynn doesn’t cower or show fear and fights back just as hard. I loved this book. I love how strong, feisty and independent Raelynn is after everything she has been through. Love when characters banter and these two don’t disappoint. Can’t wait for the next book in this series
