“I didn’t enjoy this book, I LOVED it!” – Jennifer “Is it possible to fall in love with a fictional character? Because I am so in love with Matt!” – SarahWhen Samara Oldroyd meets the most amazing guy ever, she’s frustrated their conversation is cut short. Her wishes that they’ll run into each other again come true when she meets her sister’s new boyfriend. It’s him! Eeek!Inspired by the film Dan … Eeek!
Inspired by the film Dan in Real Life, this novella will tickle you pink as Samara tries—in vain—to undo her crush.
Note from the author:
Though there is no magic (or Eklaron world) involved in this story, it contains characters you’ll meet in the Kilenya Series. It can be read separately, and will only take a couple of hours to get through. Enjoy! 🙂

This was a very easy and quick read. It was definitely more of a younger feel, if you don’t mind that. While reading Kilenya you forget that everyone is so young most of the time. This short story is a great addition to that series, giving more back story to Matt!
A sweet, well-written short story. Matt is awesome, and it’s fun seeing how he and Sam met, but it had nothing to do with Kilenya, which was a little confusing for me.
I received a free copy, and this is an honest review.
This is Matt’s story of finding the right love of sacrifice and compassion. Matt’s medical skills learned in the Kilenya series’ war comes in handy in this story. I felt like I was left hanging a little bit at the end, but it ended well. Definitely my favorite short novel ever written by Andrea.
This is a story about two sisters, Samara and Molly, and how they fall for the same guy. One sister is egotistical and the other is sensible. Of course Matt meets the vain sister, Molly, first. Matt and Samara have to do a duet at a concert and they get to really like each other. Matt finally realizes that Molly is not for him. What is he to do?
The author, Andrea Pearson, tells the story of two totally different sisters but their family still loves them. There is a message for all of us in this book. It is not only for the YA but for every one of all ages.
Samara is a cute little romance about two beloved characters from the Kilenya series. It is a fun, quick read. The great thing about it is that there are no x-rated scenes, just sweet romance. It was great to learn the back story of Matt and Sam. Now I want to know more about Sam’s family…*I received a free eBook copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This is a great read. Samara has a crush on her sisters boyfriend. But tries her best to not encourage it. The storyline is great and is a wonderful short read, the Author pulls you in right away. You learn to really love the character. This read is definitely a must read. There is never a dull moment in it. The characters and scenery are brought out so well that you feel like your right there with them.

Such a sweet story. Molly was a big flirt. Matt was her current boyfriend. Little did Samara know when she happened to meet him at the music store. Samara immediately crushed on him. Then surprise! Matt came to pick up Molly for a date. I totally felt Samara’s angst over the situation. But when Molly finally showed her true colors, Matt was stunned. But this is only a portion of the story. I would highly recommend you read it for yourself as Ms Pearson does an exceptional job with her multidimensional characters.
SWEET TARTS!!!
