would you sacrifice your life be it literally or figuratively for the ones you love ? If you could see the future and knew that certain event’s , or certain people needed to be saved for the greater good would you give up your own happiness if it meant you could stop a war.?
Sacrifice by kate Bonham was truly a pleasure to read . I devoured every word i read . I felt as if at parts I couldn’t breathe just waiting to see what happened next. Sidonie broke my heart. She had a heart of gold and wanted what was best for everyone. She sacrificed her own happiness her own love for her one True love to do the right thing for her covern but in the end she gave up the ultimate sacrifice. I cried so hard at the end of this book the twists and turns where plentiful as they were in previous books in this series. Kate Bonham knows how to keep her reader’s hanging on the ledge . This is a 5 star read for me and so far my favorite book I’ve read in this series. It resonated alot with me actually and made me think about the sacrifices we our selves make in our every day lives for one thing or another . I look forward to reading the next book in this amazing series. This book was a definite 5 star read from me I highly recommend this series by Kate Bonham

The third book in this fantastic series explores Saskia’s recovery from the Nosferatu attack six months after the second book, Redemption, concludes and introduces a new character called Sidonie, who is an Alchemist. Saskia does tend to find herself in quite a few dire situations.
Sidonie is the royal daughter of reigning queen in the Goldleaf Coven, these alchemists were ruled by their queens. Christopher, a human in the town close by, and Sidonie feel an instant attraction but it is forbidden. Trickery and deceit seem to be the order of the day. Saskia is allowed to see Sidonie’s memories as though living through them herself, thus sharing them with us, the readers.
Sidonie’s story is extremely upsetting at times and for someone so young it is amazing how she kept going however I think it’s because she was so immature that much of this happened. I have to say this author really knows how to create a strong and abiding relationship where the love is deep but not necessarily a happy ever after! It goes to show that like in real life that does happen, even though in our fictional world we’d rather it didn’t so much.
Again this is a fast paced, easy to read story but I warn you once you start you’ll be hard pressed to put this book down, luckily it isn’t a long story…so you don’t lose out on too much sleep!

Craving Crimson continues with novella #3 Sacrifice by Kate Bonham. This is an intricate story that has characters that are intertwined with each other that reach back centuries. With so many lies, and secrets being told it is hard for Saskia and Xavier to tell who is telling the truth and who is out to get them. There is one known enemy, and she has a growing army that is willing to die for her. Much like the enemy though Saskia and Xavier have their own support it’s just a matter of time to see who will come out the victor.
Kate Bonham continues this series with a ton of twists and once again leaves us dangling with a cliffhanger. This is a unique take on the telling of a vampire tale and will keep you glued to the pages to see what happens next. Hold on to your kindles reader the next novella is sure to be a bumpy ride.5-stars for Sacrifice by Kate Bonham.
