What a ride!?!
This ending is not where I thought it would go, but am happy it did. Great story, and a hell of nail-biting, WTH is going to happen, kind of rides are my favorite kind! On to the next! #HappyReading
BOOK HANGOVER TERRIFIC!! I LOVE LOVED LOVED THIS I WANT MORE!
Well, what can I say about Russian Tattoos: Criminal other than it is FANTASTIC!
This is the third and final book of the Russian Tattoos trilogy and what a fan flipping amazing way to end it. The story is full of passion, love, relationships and so many twists and turns your head will spin. From the first page you are transported deeper into the lives of Carter and Vladimir and the struggle for power. I found myself going through many emotions reading this book and each one is only heightened by the chemistry between the characters and the flow of the story line. There’s action, romance, heat and jaw dropping events. I laughed, screamed, was inflamed with hate and I cried. Is that a strange way to react to a book? The answer is no. Actually, it shows the magnitude of talent with which Kat writes and the ease of connecting with each of the characters. I believe there are no sufficient words to fully express the perfection of this book. I love the strength of the heroine, Carter, and her refusal to give up when all the men around her have already done so. I love her tenacity and the fact the author wrote her as a girl who grew into a woman without becoming a victim. I love Vladimir and his love and devotion to Carter…his need to save her at all costs and the all-around alpha male he is. Dmitri is a force to be reckoned with and his loyalty knows no bounds and…He’s pretty hot too! What can I say about Yuri? I LOVE him but not surprising as he is the son of Boris, a character that I still am not sure if I love to hate or hate to love, I just know I can’t get enough. I am in awe of the author’s amazing ability to make you feel as though you are walking through the pages with each of the characters, as if you have a stake in the outcome. When I finished this book, I had to wait to write my review because of the intense and emotional roller coaster ride I was on, while reading it.
I feel as though I have said goodbye to a group of friends with the finality of this wonderful series. I am glad I took this “journey.” If you are going to read one series this year, do yourself a favor and make it Kat Shehata’s Russian Tattoos…you will not be sorry!
“Moscow is in the house!”
I had a lot of fun reading Criminal. There were some scenes that seemed really unrealistic and irrational, but overall I enjoyed this story.
My favorite character in this book is definitely Dmitri, and I hope that there will be a book about him.
