As a wedding planner, Autumn is focused on what matters most – her clients’ weddings. She has no time to search for her own happily ever after. So when she moves to Maple Glen, she doesn’t expect that Charlie Mitchell would be the one who makes her second guess everything. Charlie’s plan of keeping Autumn as a friend backfires when he throws her plans for a loop. Creating drama was the last thing … was the last thing he wanted.
So when his brother threatens to toss him out of the wedding, Charlie has no choice but to make things right with Autumn.
The only problem? She’s focused on what could go wrong instead of what could go right.
When everything threatens to fall apart, will Charlie and Autumn run away from all that could be? Or will they see the potential to be the next ones down the aisle?

I was so excited to get back to Maple Glen….love this little town.
This book is a sweet fast read. I loved, I laughed, I cried, I felt. The transition from friends to more can be tricky and difficult to manage. You know that you have deeper feelings for the other person, but you also know that you don’t want to ruin the friendship.
This is the dilemma that Autumn and Charlie find themselves in. Getting her business up and running in a new town is all that Autumn has time for. Charlie owns his own business, but is watching his siblings fall in love all around him. They have an immediate connection and quickly become friends, but treading that line between friends and more because an issue in their relationship. Can they get on the same page and figure things? Will they have a great romance or are they destined to remain friends?
I can’t wait to visit Maple Glen and all of the Mitchell family again soon!!
3.5 stars
It was great to be back in Maple Glen. Christina Butrum has managed to really make me feel at home when I read about this amazing town. I can really picture Fran’s and the deli. I always think it’s amazing when an author can create a world I want to live in. Not only that, but the character are just your everday people, no celebrities or millionaires. They are people you could run into walking down the street.
RSVP focuses on Autumn and Charlie. We already met Autumn a bit in Coffee for Two. She’s Cara’s business partner. She’s a wedding planner and love what she does. At times, Autumn may be a bit too involved in her career, but there’s no reason for her not to be.
Charlie is one of the siblings we’ve been reading about the past few books. He never really knew what he wanted until he bought his bar. Since then, Charlie has been happy. There’s no happily ever after yet, but Charlie isn’t sure he’ll get his. He’s hard on himself and has a hard time letting that go!
What I loved about RSVP for Two was the morning coffee the girls had together. It was fun seeing the characters we have come to love get together. This gives us a little update about how they’re doing. Fran is my favorite character, so it only makes sense that they have their morning dates there.
The romance between Autumn and Charlie was a lot of fun. The moments they were teasing each other or just having fun had a big smile on my face. Even when things get difficult, Autumn is determined to be there for Charlie. I think that’s really important. It was clear to me they needed to be together.
That being said, the moments between Autumn and Charlie were a bit lacking for me. I loved that the author added some family issues into this story, I mean life isn’t all happily ever after. The family coming together was something I loved reading about. Except it felt that the book ended up being more about that and the wedding planning. I missed more interaction and moments between Autumn and Charlie. I think this would’ve been more balanced out if the story was just a bit longer.
All in all, I loved Autumn and Charlie and being back in Maple Glen. I enjoy reading about all of these characters and can’t wait to see what characters we get next!
I love these small town stories in Maple Glen. Autumn comes to Maple Glen to be near her best friend Cara. Cara’s brother Charlie starts liking Autumn. I absolutely love their story and how they grow. 5 amazing stars from me!!
I absolutely loved this book. The friendships between everyone were lovely, Autumn and Charlie are such wonderful characters. I love Fran so much and wish she was my aunt.
Another great visit to the charming small town of maple Glen and the MItchell clan. I love visiting this small town and I feel like I know all the Mitchells. The Mitchells are a close knit family. Like all siblings, they have their differences but, when push comes to shove, they all stand together.
Autumn Martin and her best friend, Cara, moved their wedding planning/photography business to Maple Glen, Cara’s home town. Having formerly conducted their business in New York City, they find Maple Glen very different, but Autumn is learning to love the easy going small town life. The fact that Cara’s older brother, Charlie, comes with the territory makes it even better. Autumn and Charlie strike sparks off each other from the beginning. Even though the sparks weren’t of the good kind in the beginning, time and proximity begin to change that.
I recommend RSVP for Two and the entire Maple Glen series to anyone who enjoys reading clean, sweet romances. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
It was so nice to visit the town of Maple Glen again. I adore all the towns people. They are like one big family…loving, supportive and slightly meddlesome (hahaha). As I dived into the pages of Autumn and Charlie’s story I got the sense of coming home after being absent for a while. A lot was the same but there were a few big changes. One being Autumn’s move to Maple Glen and her reconnection to Charlie. The man she’s been secretly crushing on.
Autumn and Charlie have been friends for awhile but now that they’re in the same town it’s harder to deny the growing feelings they have for each other. Will they take a chance and make the leap from friends to lovers? Maybe with a little push in the right direction. 😉
Their story had me laughing, smiling and even crying. I enjoyed going on this heartwarming journey with them.
Can’t wait to return again.
Such a heartwarming, well written story. I loved this book even more than the first 2 in the Maple Glen Series. The story of how long time friends see each other again and fall in love so quickly. Autumn moves back to Maple Glen to plan her best friend’s brother’s wedding. Unexpected things happen and the wedding is moved up by 2 weeks, but Autumn is a pro and handles all the bumps along the way and takes it in stride. Charlie who has feelings for Autumn is away and worries about her having to do so much. The ending will make your heart melt. Can’t wait for the next book in the Maple Glen Series. I’m so happy that I was introduced to Christina Butrum’s books. They pull you and your heart right into the story. Her books are so true to life and I think that is why you can get drawn in so easily.
Maple Glen – what can I say other than another one of the Maple Glen Romances that I loved!!!!!!
I was hooked from page one….. until the end. This is such a sweet touching story!!!
5 stars for me – definitely should add this to your library
Autumn moved her wedding planning company to Maple Glen to be near her best friend Cara and her family. Autumn is a sweet caring but spunky girl who has her eyes on Cara’s brother Charlie but Charlie has his eyes on Autumn too they just don’t say it to each other. They go on one date but it isn’t what Autumn thought it would be so she has a chip on her shoulder and Charlie knows he was wrong and needs to fix it, but it isn’t the easiest thing to do when she just ignores his calls and text. Things happen and he ruffled Autumn’s feathers to get her to talk to him but it goes wrong too. Then things change for Charlie and Autumn they work things out just enough to get stuff done for his brother’s wedding but family illness takes over. Will Autumn be there for Charlie? Will they ever find out their feelings for each other? You have to read it to know. I do feel like Autumn and Charlie need more in the next book. There’s Autumn’s past that we know nothing about. Like her grandparents and brother and parents. Hoping to get more of her story.
The emotions! Christina didn’t disappoint. I loved going back to Maple Glen to see the people we have already got to know, and learn more about the others! I can’t wait for more.
These Two!
This was a great addition to the Maple Glen series, one which I was looking forward to. I love the Mitchell family, they make you wish you can visit Maple Glen. Like I have said all along, Aunt Fran is my absolute favorite person in this series! I love that Christina can bring us a small town story with heart, that draws you and and just makes you SMILE. This one left me wanting more of the Mitchell Family.

I found it humorous that I was reading RSVP for Two and listening to an audiobook where the main email character in both books was a wedding planner. Autumn is fun and just full of life. She moves her business to Maple Glen to be with her bestie Cara. Charlie is Cara’s brother. Him and Autumn are definitely fighting a bit on an attraction. I adored Charlie. He’s just this gold ol’ boy who’s too shy for his own good. He just can’t seem to get out of his own way! I found him completely charming.
Christina Butrum always gives us this good wholesome romances that feel authentic and have a sense of realness. I really appreciate that Butrum doesn’t give us characters that are outside of the everyday persons realm… these are people we’d have BBQs with on the weekend. I think I say this in every review but it’s just one of my favorite things about her writing. There’s no sexy and dominating billionaire’s who’s just as caring as he is rich looking for a sweet and wholesome nanny for his little angels. We get what feels like every day people, working for a living.
My only real complaint is I wish I knew more about Autumn. I just don’t feel like I know her as a person or where she really came from and what made her who she is. I could have really read more on both of them, both from their past and a bit more of their future. Hopefully we’ll get more from Maple Glen residents and we’ll see these characters again.
I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that… my opinions.
I absolutely love every single book from Maple Glen. This one is the third one in this series and just as amazing as the rest. Autumn is one amazing wedding planner. She is trying to plan Cayden and Rylee’s wedding. But she is sidetracked by a handsome male who put her in the friend zone Charlie. Charlie doesn’t know what to do about Autumn. He doesn’t know how to react to her and what he is feeling. But things will happen that will bring them two together. I loved this one. Maple Glen is one amazing little town with great characters who are one great family. I absolutely love each and every character and storyline.
This author gets it. When I am lost in the book, well this type of book I want it to be realistic with some drama and the warm fuzzies and that’s exactly what I get. This time we get two that are too chicken/shy to lay it all out. There’s fun and laughs and a bit of drama along with the aunt that’s in all their business and stirring up . . . well you get the idea. A nice easy read that will leave you with the feel goods about the characters and the story. Charlie is just a real nice guy who lets the girl he wants but is too chicken to just say it but finally reaches out. Autumn who’s new in town and doing the wedding planning. She’s too busy settling in and side-eyeing Charlie on the down low to take a chance. Neither has been lucky in love so their a little gun shy. With friends like they have and the small town to boot it’s a great time to be had and a readers paradise. Love this author and the Maple Glen residents that make life sweet. Great read.
Welcome back to Maple Glen. I feel like I’m coming home, visiting old friends. This visit we meet Autumn, Cara’s best friend. And we see Charlie again, Cara’s brother. He also happens to be the one that Autumn has her eye on. Their only problem….they are both stubborn. One doesn’t believe in love at first sight, the other doesn’t believe in happily ever after. But Maple Glen has a way of making believers out of even the most stubborn souls!
Another wonderful, feel good story from Christina Butrum. The story of Autumn and Charlie is not without it’s bumps along the way (just wait for their first “date”!). Charlie is often clueless as to how he’s screwing up with the girl he’s just starting to want more than friendship with.
Autumn was an awesome heroine in that she wasn’t going to let him get away with anything, even when it was breaking her heart. She wants more with him, but not at the cost of her self-esteem. A rough time for Charlie’s family may be the catalyst needed for him to understand just how much he needs Autumn in his life. My heart always feels mushy like an oozing S’mores after one of Ms. Butrum’s books!
I was given a complimentary copy of this book. All thoughts are my own.
A heartfelt story from beginning to end. Autumn a wedding planner who feels she is too busy to find love. Then you have Charlie who doesn’t seem to want to come to terms with finding someone to love him like his brothers have found. One night can change all of that. When something happens in the family it brings the family closer. A page turner with love, happiness, sadness, and closeness. Love seems to find it’s way in Maple Glen. Thanks Christina another 5 star.
Loved It
Autumn and the girls were meeting for their daily coffee chat, plus trying to plan Raylee and Cayden wedding. Charlie comes in but he is nervous around Autumn, can they get past the friend stage.
A really awesome read. This one was my favorite in the series. If you haven’t started the series, you must now.
