A wildly funny, ridiculously romantic spinoff from best-selling author Melanie Summers… her leash considerably. Desperate for an out, she sneakily signs up to co-host a new nature docu-series, starring Will Banks, the man dubbed McHotty of the Wilderness.
Will has ladies all over the globe lining up to meet him until a hot, new adventurer comes on the scene, and his ratings take a nose-dive. Producers decide an emergency change in format is in order. Enter Princess Arabella. The pampered and proper royal is the perfect foil to Will’s rugged outdoorsman.
It’s hate at first sight, but their on-screen loathing makes for great television. Surprisingly, when the cameras stop rolling, these two finally see each other’s good sides. Can these opposites find their forever in each other’s arms, or will their differences be their undoing?

Royally Crushed is the first book in the Crazy Royal Love series. It tells the story of Princess Arabella of Avonia. She is very bored with her life and wants something exciting. That’s why she decides to co-host a documentary. The hot Will Banks stars the series and they immediately hate each other. Until they find out they both do have good sides. I really liked this book! The story is very well written. There were many funny, sad and sweet moments in it. I can’t wait to read the next books. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who likes to read romantic comedy.

A laugh-out-loud romantic hoot. This is a terribly entertaining romantic tale of Princess tearaway Arabella and the master of the outdoors heart-throb, Will. From detesting each other, they come full circle to falling in love in the midst of filming, through a series of hilarious scenarios that other readers, I suspect will enjoy as much as I did. This is book one of their story, so we don’t get a definitive closure on their fate but their attraction is undeniable and they complement each other’s personality. A page-turner of a book, if I ever saw one. I am looking forward to the second book.

Princess Arabella is tired of being boxed in. Choices dictated, down to hair and nails, and something save her from pastel dresses, heels and hose.
When she takes a chance at adventure, romance becomes a possibility. But can she hold onto it once’s the media sinks in its fangs?
Furious, funny and flirty action filled romance

I love both Melanie Summers Crown Jewels series and Paradise Bay series. Both have sweet, funny stories with characters to love. Royally Crushed brings the two series together for an entertaining read.
Princess Arabella of Avonia is looking for adventure she will not find the course of her royal duties. She signs up to co-host an outdoor adventure show with Will Banks. They do not get along at first, but feelings begin to change as they get to know each other better.
Melanie Summers writing is solid and the plot is a great mix of romance and humor. A perfect start to Arabella and Will’s story and I cannot wait to read more!
Thank you to the author for providing an ARC for an honest review.
Fun Jungle Rom-Com
This is the first in a series which is a spin-off from another series featuring the royal family of Avonia (Crown Jewels)and a family who owns an island resort (Paradise Bay). It is a fun story with so much humor that your cheeks will hurt. It is also a romance that gets a little steamy in the jungle. Like this author’s other books, it is a happy story that will make you anxious for the next episode. I received this ARC for free from Booksprouts and this is my honest review.
This book was given to me by the author in exchange for my honest review
I have loved all Ms Summers royal book series. They are fun reads that will suddenly amaze you with a truth about human nature. You do not expect a light hearted book to slip a thought in there that makes you go- wow! That is true. Deep. That fact sets Ms Summers books apart from the pack in this genre. This book threw in a surprise twist. This is a very light read and is a great escape from the uncertainty we are all living through right now. I look forward to Ms Summers next book. She is a very talented author.

I got this book just when I needed a lighthearted look at love that bordered on slapstick at times. The Princess and the wilderness daredevil couldn’t be more mismatched. Yet somhow, there Will and Arabella are knee deep in a rain forest surviving by his skills and knowledge. Arabella needed to break out of the tidy box her family had her in. What better way than to go on an adventure and prove she’s made of tougher stuff. Will gets corraled into taking on the Priness because he needs his danger bonus in order to fulfill a promise he made to himself. As you might expect, it gets a little or a lot crazy out in the wilds but when Will and Arabella spend the time to really get to know each other, the sparks fly. Once all is said and done they both need to decide what they really want and then go after it.
